However, when loading our RV, there was a dirty wash cloth stuck in a drawer and human hair under the mattress. After correcting my contact information, Fairfield sent drop off info to the wrong number, final invoice to the wrong email, then got quite snippy because we did not follow the directions that we never received. When trying to resolve the issue, the Fairfield representative became frustrated, said she was hanging up, oddly had the correct phone to text me a message to contact her supervisor but refused to give me her superviser's number. We had problems with the Internet connection and after we made a call to Hunter he took care of it immediately. All of the appliances were new and the décor was very modern. The apartment included a garage to park one of our cars. When we moved out our mail wasn't forwarded yet so Shannon (an awesome employee) picked up our mail and brought it to us. Basic respectful customer service, even if you can't or don't want to take a customer, really isn't that hard. Didn't feel respected mostly from knowing I got blocked on the first call I made.
