On 6-15-2026 took my 2020 Ford Ranger to Ziebart on Beechmont Ave for sound deadener/rustproofing…read more I was told that this procedure/process would take 3-4 hrs. I chose to wait on my truck since it was my only mode of transportation. Aprox 40 minutes later I was informed that my truck was completed and it was being pulled around front for my inspection. I thought to myself that that seemed awfully fast since I was told it would take 3-4 hrs. I was told that we could make the payment transition while they pulled my trunk around to the front. I payed my bill which was $658.49. I than, along with the manager James, went outside to look over my truck. I immediately noticed that the rear inner fender wells had not been treated as I was advised it would be as that is a part of the work process/procedure. I pointed this out to manager James and he agreed with my assessment and immediately apologized to me and told me how embarrassing this was for him. James than went inside the store and the assistant manager Murph came outside to meet me at my truck. At this time I was opening the hood of my truck and discovered that this area had not been treated also. I than questioned as to whether any of work had been completed via the work processes/sop/diagrams, etc. Asst Mgr Murph apologized to me several times and also told me how embarrassing this was to him also. Murph said he and Mgr James would re-due my truck themselves and they again took my truck to the garage to re-due the soundproof/rustproofing. At this point I am questioning my decision to get any work from this Ziebart ,or recommend this Ziebart to anyone. Aprox one hour later I was told that my truck was done. James and Murph offered me a detail job and a free one year warranty touch up for the actions of their employee. I now am doubting if I got the services that I payed my hard earned money for. At this point I am wondering how many other vehicles got out of that garage without getting what they paid for.

Glenn pulled up to my house in his truck and trailer and it was pretty impressive with all the equipment he had, for just opening about 4 months ago. He clearly takes this serious and is very professional with his work. My car was covered in dog hair and other stains. My car hasn't been this clean since it rolled off the lot. I would highly recommend Lucky Duck Detailing to any of my family or friends. In fact, my next door neighbor saw what good of a job he was doing and came over and grabbed a business card from Glenn. Than brought car in for detailing…read more However for the about $180 approximately that I was charged, they couldn't seem to even wipe out my door jams or clean the rear view mirror! The owner is Mike, and is a complete asshole! He couldn't have acted more like I was bothering him, simply by showing up for my appointment and not being prepared to just leave my car and go away. Actually had me sit outside on his cheap metal bench, in the winter temperatures, because he was more concerned with his remodeling he was in process of when I showed up, TO MY APPOINTMENT. I actually ended up confronting him,(in front of his girlfriend and contractor who was doing the remodeling for him) and asking him if I was bothering him. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Awful customer service! The owner (Mike) is horrible, and their services are too! The stereo I bought from him, I found online for less than half what Mike charged me, and according to him, he made nothing on that sale. B.S.! I went to "Jays" for my wife's tint, and again when I got a new car. Johnnys carwash, down the road will do the same "detailing" that I paid Mike almost $200, for about $20 and they WILL clean door jambs and mirrors! And that's the truth! NEVER AGAIN!
