One of my worst nightmares, my car died while I was traveling, hundreds of miles from home, several states away. & of course, on a Sunday at dinner time, in the middle of farm country! My husband, home- got to work and booked me a rental car for one week, suv- to be picked up around noon. I arranged transportation & Angela greeted me & got me set up so quickly. We did the wall around and I honestly chuckled that she pointed out a dent on the driver side I missed. Detailed, got it. I got a Mazda CX50, heated and air conditioned seats, drove beautifully. It's been a minute since I've enjoyed driving a rental. Surprise though, my car got fixed & I was back in front of Angela the vet next day! I was recently in an car accident where my Jeep was totaled my insurance covered my rental car through Enterprise. After making my claim with My insurance company I was informed that the rental company would reach out to me to make an appointment for my pick up. Enterprise reached out to me within minutes and set me up with an appointment that was at my convenience. They were very pleasant and informative during our phone conversation in preparing us on how the process worked with my insurance. Made my appointment for the next morning at 9:00 am. We arrived at our local Enterprise in Asheboro located in a small shopping center just off E. Dixie Dr. We were immediately greeted at the door by two associates . The office was clean and had clear signs posting about face coverings as well as social distancing. Aaron was the associates that helped us and he did an amazing job. He was very clean and pleasant to deal with. He allowed me to look over each car and choose the one to my liking and satisfaction. He did a full walk around with me taking note of any damage as to see that it was noted before me leaving. Arron made our experience as much of a pleasant one as possible the situation had been a difficult one and no one ever wants a rental due to an accident but he definitely made our experience as easy as he could and we appreciate that more than he will ever know . We even were able to get prepaid gas at a set price of 2.25 so we didn't have to return the car with a full tank which was a great incentive since gas is average 2.88 right now. read more

All employees I encountered were pleasant & courteous. Was picked up at the nearby bodyshop and dropped back off there, as well after turning in the rental. I'll call out the assistant manager Brian and employee Jocelyn as meaning well, but clueless. Had me push back my reservation over an hour to accommodate them, then called me just as I was about to arrive to tell me they would not be able to rent a car to me after all. When I asked how they were going to solve it, they indicated that I could solve it by making reservations over 24 hours in advance. Huh? This is my fault? They knew they wouldn't be able to honor, and had me wait anyway. They told me they had already called all other locations, but would cal all other locations to help. Oh, and their very sorry and understand my frustration (service people, please stop saying things like this. Just fix it). So no. This location is fantastic, I have always remember Ted enterprise and have always been treated nicely, but this location goes above and beyond. I feel like an actual person when I go there, they know me by name and genuinely ask about my day, they are amazing. One thing I wish that could happen would be if they could keel the amazing staff that they have, they are constantly transferring people around because they promote within the company, that is great for the employees, sometimes I feel like I am saying goodbye to a friend. I guess the upside to that for me as a customer is that, hopefully I will see them again when I rent from a different location. Bottom line is that I will not rent with anyone else, even when I had an issue, they immediately work hard to resolve it. read more

Worst service ever. The manager Mike Hodges was rude and condescending. We resreved a car over the phone with a different employee and were told what we needed to rent the car and that it was avalible. When we arrived at the location we were made to wait almost an hour before being helped, then asked for way more stuff than we were told over the phone we needed. We have used them before at a different location and never had to produce 2 weeks of pay-check stubs of give three references along with a major credit card before! After putting up with Mikes rudeness we were told that they didn't have any cars avalible and we would have to come back later when they got more cars in. We ended up using a different company 40 min. away and did everything over the phone. there is no way I would recommend this location to anyone. read more

I was involved in a hit and run accident, so I had to rent a car. The insurance made the arrangements, so the process was pretty easy for me. When I arrived at Enterprise, they did not have any cars available outside of a minivan. I don't have anything against a minivan, but I was promised a Camry or Altima. Needless to say, I had to take the minivan. The manager promised he would exchange my car the next day. To make a long story short, the manager went above and beyond to make me happy. We were able to make an easy exchange at my job. Best of all, I got the opportunity to drive the 2017 Dodge Challenger for three weeks.
