My son rented a car for us to go to the beach. The car broke down the second day. My son calls the receptionist cell number to report it and she hangs up on him. He tries to call back and she wouldn't answer. I call from my phone and she answers and we report the car had broke down. The owner did come and bring us another car that night which wasted our only full day at the beach. As he drops off the car he warns us that the car he brought us has a messed up gas hand to be careful. We make it back the next day and I asked the receptionist about a partial refund which was denied. I asked for her name and she said why. I said to take yall to court. I then go to walk out the door and she replied , "Who the hell is she" !!!!! The receptionist is a sad old woman. She needs to be careful of how she talks to people. This place has nice cars but they are only for white people. My son who is black received 2 piece of crap cars. I wouldn't recommend. read more

After making my claim with My insurance company I was informed that the rental company would reach out to me to make an appointment for my pick up. Enterprise reached out to me within minutes and set me up with an appointment that was at my convenience. They were very pleasant and informative during our phone conversation in preparing us on how the process worked with my insurance. Made my appointment for the next morning at 9:00 am. We arrived at our local Enterprise in Asheboro located in a small shopping center just off E. Dixie Dr. We were immediately greeted at the door by two associates . The office was clean and had clear signs posting about face coverings as well as social distancing. Aaron was the associates that helped us and he did an amazing job. He was very clean and pleasant to deal with. He allowed me to look over each car and choose the one to my liking and satisfaction. He did a full walk around with me taking note of any damage as to see that it was noted before me leaving. Arron made our experience as much of a pleasant one as possible the situation had been a difficult one and no one ever wants a rental due to an accident but he definitely made our experience as easy as he could and we appreciate that more than he will ever know . We even were able to get prepaid gas at a set price of 2.25 so we didn't have to return the car with a full tank which was a great incentive since gas is average 2.88 right now.

The 16 foot truck is not only longer but also wider than the 12 ft and is bigger than I felt comfortable driving. I was told "all the 12 ft trucks are in the midwest" and was given no reason why I was not notified prior to my scheduled pick up of the change. I ended up speaking with the Budget Truck company regional manager who was able to find a 12 ft truck about 30 min away. I drove there and picked up the 12 ft truck. Clearly this original truck rental location didn't care if i got what I reserved or not...I will certainly never book with them again.

Not only did they remove what was left of a plug in our tire out, but patched the tire, where we wouldn't have anymore problems with it, the rest of the trip.
