Had this happened at highway speed, I could have been seriously injured or killed, and my vehicle likely would have been totaled. After the incident, I spoke with a neighbor who is a mechanic. He explained that because AAA was the last shop to remove and reinstall the wheel during the tire rotation, the situation strongly suggests the wheel was not properly secured. Based on that advice, I had my vehicle towed back to AAA for inspection. Despite being the last service provider to work on the wheel, AAA denied any responsibility and refused to assist with the cost of the resulting damage. I found their response extremely disappointing, especially considering the potentially catastrophic consequences of what happened. I am grateful to be alive and that this occurred after I exited the interstate rather than while traveling at highway speeds. My experience raises serious concerns about the quality of work performed and the way customer safety concerns are handled. I would encourage others to carefully consider this experience when choosing where to service their vehicles.

I am a pretty avid believer that you should throw your trash away and treat others with dignity and respect. The actions of the driver reflect poorly on the company, and the actions (or non-actions) of the company show that they could care less about their city, their streets, and their patrons. I'm sure in an economical battle field where companies like Uber and Lyft make it more difficult for taxi and limo services to prosper, actions like these support people like me to look elsewhere for services when I am in the Chicago area. While I personally haven't used their service, their actions do not represent the values that I hold dearly. Our streets, cities, states, and country are not a garbage can for you to dispose your trash in. I hope this company rectifies the situation at hand, but until then, I will stand strongly by this honest review. Honestly, it was the integrity of the team that made the purchase a no-brainer Had to get some work done on it after purchase and worked with Mark and Mike. I don't have a single complaint. Mark treats me like an old friend every time he sees me; asks me about my kids, remembers their ages. Mike gave me a demonstration of the unit before I drove off in it. I have no other previous experience with Camping, but common sense told me I would not enjoy sitting in a tent on a bleak, rainy day, like Abel does. My wife and I call him "Misery Camping" when we see him on YouTube. She has no interest in Camping *or* RV'ing - so I knew I'd want a teardrop with room for me and my dog. After a couple months of *very* diligent research, I've analyzed my Requirements (and sadly, my budget!), to determine which of many options "was best for me". Using that learning window, I emerged with nuCamp 650 as one of my "Prime Contenders". So, I got on Facebook, joined a couple of NuCamp Groups, and asked for the name of a RELIABLE local Dealer. The name "Vacationland, in Big Rock" kept turning-up, all with positive comments attached. Vacationland's website states they are Family Owned / Family Run - which is an absolute *must* for me, versus a "McRV Juggernaut" (especially one brand that Liz Amazing constantly calls-out on YT.) I drove myself out to Big Rock, and with a touch of trepidation (I'm a newbie!), went inside on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by Joel, who sat down and looked-over my notes describing what I was looking for. I was honored (and proud of) the fact that he immediately mentioned the NuTab trailers - the same one I had honed my list to. He walked me out to the lot. He was helping another set of Customers, so he asked if I minded - I said "of course not!", and he left me with his permission to wander and explore anything I saw. So I checked out the 650's, taking videos and pictures, sitting by myself in the campers in the rain to gauge whether my claustrophobia would kick-in. It didn't, and Joel came back every 10 minutes or so to see how I was doing. His "being cool" with me just wandering around gave me the opportunity to collect data with NO PRESSURE - which in turn changed my requirements just a little bit - now to a 650 Black Canyon. Even more amazing (to me, anyway) - when I showed those videos to my "never ever camping Bride", she was intrigued, and said she'd accompany me on at least one trip, someday. THAT's Progress! I left Vacationland with a very good impression. Although I didn't buy anything on Saturday, I was not pressured to... and Joel's attitude told me an awful lot about the Dealership, too. When Purchase Time approaches (retirement, spring 2027) I'm going to go there *first*. My compliments!

I do a lot of research before I purchase large ticket items and I thought that by having a lot of different rental options I could narrow my new motorcycle purchase down. The reason I still have not purchased a motorcycle is that the service at my local Eagle Rider Facility has been exceptional. Danny Brown, the manager, has always been exceptional with his communication. If he can accommodate a last minute rental request he will do what he can to assist. If my first choice is not available he will work to get me something to ride. With that said all of the Eagle Rider Rentals are top quality newer model bikes. The service rep on the phone was rude and I feel that their rental practices are discriminative to people with insurance. Although my insurance would FULLY cover me and their motorcycle, I would have to leave a $3,000 security deposit. Something you don't do on car rentals. However, I paid for their insurance and still had to authorize a $1,000 deposit which I was told would be released within 24 hours after returning the bike. I arrived on time but the bike I reserved was not prepped or ready. Because the battery would not hold a charge, I had to ride a different model - neither of my first or 2nd choices. I returned the bike at 3 pm (their hours on Sunday are until 4 pm) yet no one was around to check in my bike. Two days later and the deposit still has not been released. The service rep was also very rude. My first reservation was done online, but my credit card was charged 4 times! It took several days for this to get resolved, but it did get resolved. They all seem to have an attitude that is "if you don't like it go somewhere else" which is not the way I would run a business!

On the morning of my very early pick-up, I had scheduled 5am but it ended up being about 5:15 am as the driver had issues finding my office. I ended up walking to the main street to help him in finding me. He played classical music on the way there which in turn made me feel classy. He also chatted quite a bit which I can appreciate most of the time but for whatever reason that morning, I just wanted to kind of zone out in my solitude. Either way, I was pleased for the most part and would book Suburban Rides again for an airport trip.

She gave me several options of river cruise companies. Asked me where and what I wanted to do and see. She explained to me that she was on several and helped me pick out the right one for me. She was very thorough and very professional. Gave me all the prices and information about the cruise. I appreciated Linda, who took the time and effort to get me what I wanted. We held the space and the next day I deposited on the cruise. She told me that if I had any other questions to call her. Leaving that office I felt satisfied that I got the best deal. I will certainly refer her to my friends and family.
