I am changing my review do to my experience with my return. I spoke with Noah who was an absolute pleasure. He was apologetic and very knowledgeable. He was able to take care of the issue and restored my faith in this store Worst customer service I've had in my entire life. Whoever that women is in the front had the worst attitude for no reason. They had me go home to get information just to prove i had a paid bill to use any debt cards (annoying but understandable) then argues with me that i might not be able to use the bills i brought and that it wasn't the correct document she was asking for ( she was wrong her manager took 2 seconds to figure that out) to only wait to say WHEN I GOT BACK that i need proof of insurance or it would be extra per day, which doubles the bill. Also that information cannot be added after so I'm stuck with it. Now I'm late for my college class, spend 2 times the amount i was told, and she actually looked annoyed at me and said nothing when she walked away. Completely unprofessional. read more

What was once my favorite rental company has unfortunately become my least favorite. In the past, Enterprise always provided excellent customer service and was accommodating whenever I needed a vehicle. However, after my most recent experience, I do not plan on renting from them again. As a Platinum member, I expected a much higher level of customer care and support. While my rental vehicle was legally parked, it was struck by another driver who then fled the scene. A police report was filed, and the at-fault driver's insurance information was eventually recovered. What I find extremely frustrating is that instead of pursuing the insurance company of the person who actually caused the damage, Enterprise immediately turned to my insurance carrier and suggested that I could be held responsible if the other party's insurance declined the claim. It makes no sense that my insurance should be expected to pay for damages that I neither caused nor had any control over. To make matters worse, the claims representative I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and argumentative throughout the conversation. Rather than providing reassurance or explaining the process professionally, she repeatedly focused on what "might" happen if the other insurance company denied the claim, leaving me feeling blamed for an accident I did not cause. As a loyal customer, I expected Enterprise to advocate for a fair resolution and pursue the responsible party's insurance first. Instead, I felt unsupported and treated as though I was at fault. This experience has completely changed my perception of the company, and unfortunately, it has cost them my future business. read more

This is a car rental company. Sometimes they have a car for you to rent, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they let you know well in advance, some they don't. I've been using them for 8 years and they are consistent with this and unapologetic about it. I respect it and continue to use them because there really isn't anyone else around. read more

Twice now tried to rent from this place both times didn't have my rental even though i reserved it 3 weeks in advance. First time didn't get a car until next day now have been waiting 5 hours and still don't have a car again. Poorly managed will not use them again read more

Needed a rental car while our car was being repaired due to an accident. The insurance company reserved the rental for us and within 10 minutes of an email confirmation, I received a call from Chelsea to confirm the rental and she answered all my questions. When we arrived to pick up the rental, Sasha greeted us, explained their policies, etc. Within minutes we were in the rental and on our way. It's so good to see employees actually doing their jobs, being professional and courteous and making a stressful situation easier. We can't say enough about Sasha and the great customer service we received. Give that girl a raise! read more

Had to rent a cargo van for a day to move my daughter out of her apartment. Made the reservation online, quick and easy! The day of my rental was the day after a big storm took out electricity in most of Monmouth County. Enterprise was in the dark but still up and running! They had my reservation and I was off and running in under 15 minutes! Kaitlin Davis was outstanding and very professional especially considering the challenging conditions. Absolutely horrible! Rented a car one way from Georgia to return in Belmar NJ and tried to blame a DING on us that was there previously. Will be making sure to take pictures of the car completely next time if there is a next time. read more

Never rent from enterprise they are trying to rip me off saying that the pre-existing paint damage on the car I returned is my responsibility ... I have had to secure an attorney to resolve the situation ... If you are not going to heed my advice at least do yourself a favor and take before and after photos with your phone... Especially if you are dropping it off during closed hours!! read more

Even though the car I had reserved was not available (there was a big storm and it was out of the rental agent's control), the agents at this location could not have been more helpful. They gave me a Toyota Corolla which was equipped with a very worn driver's seat. I drove a short distance and the seat killed my back. I am still in pain. Tried to deal with multiple enterprise locations, told they were too busy and would call me back. I even tried the corporate office, they sent an email to the district manager however made no promises as to when I would receive a call. I was told to expect a call later today, tomorrow or next week. Wow that is a big help. I am stuck at my current location, unless I want get back into that car a further injure my lower back. I was told by another rep from corporate that I could have the car towed at my own expense. Seriously? I will never deal with these people again. read more
