I reserved and confirmed with one of your agents that the Charlottetown location also accepted this form of payment and deposit prior to reserving. I went to pick up the SUV I had reserved this morning, as it is the day of my sisters wedding, and the agent at the counter said you do not in fact take this form of payment. She was arrogant and said even if I call you again to confirm, she couldn't take it. I'll never reserve with you again. Instead, we found a company called PEI Car Rental which will in fact not only accept this payment, their rates for same day reservations are lower, they pick is up and drop me off at the airport as part of their service. I'd give you a 0 star if it were possible.

I asked how long a wait it would be, since I had a doctors appointment...a pretty normal question for a service you are going to wait for. Didn't get an answer...got smug arrogance in return. Asked to speak to The owner and the old man who is clearly one of the owners, won't tell me who the owner is. He is standoffish to the point of conceit. I exchange heated words with him, because I have NEVER been treated like that by a business owner. employee having a bad or a bad employee sure...but never someone who is doing business and relies on public support to keep their doors open and profits flowing, like any business. I tell him he needs an attitude adjustment and he smirks and says yes..he does. I go inside to try to find another owner since, clearly the old man is having fun being obstinate with me, with answers like Maybe....maybe not... when I ask if he is the owner. I speak to the old lady who tells me she is one of the owners. I tell her what just transpired...and she laughs at me! Then one of their employees, or perhaps daughter...or someone looks at me and laughs and says, "Have fun washing your own car!" I will never go back and would tell anyone to avoid this place like the plague...this is not the first incident with this guy and this business. He has been rude before, but never to this extent. It speaks volumes when you look at their Facebook posts and they are closed a lot due to lack of staff. If they treat any of their staff with the same arrogance, rudeness, conceit and lack if respect that they have shown, it is no wonder. Shameful business practices. Save your money and go somewhere else where they will treat you like a valued customer.
