I rented a car from Enterprise at Chetumal airport. There were some scratches done during the trip (though I did not make them, I take responsibility for them. Every time you use valet parking, please check your car).
I returned the car, and I noticed the scratches for the first time. I took full responsibility and requested the proper documentation to submit to my insurance. Several days later, I did receive pictures and a rental agreement showing the damages as one line item on the agreement for $400.00. I have called several times to request the documents that the insurance is requesting, and they are not answering my call; the number listed shows a disconnected number.
