The rooms were FILTHY. We were put in THREE rooms upon check-in. The first the mattress was…read moreabsolutely vile. There's no way we would ever have slept on that bed. The second room was never cleaned by house keeping. The bed was unmade, there were towels all over the floor and garbage everywhere. The third room the bed has fresh sheets and the room appeared to be clean, but the shower had mold in it. We had traveled all day and called other hotels after the three rooms and there were no an availability nearby. So we went to Walmart and bought bleach cleaner and new pillows and pillowcases, came back and cleaned the shower and went to sleep. Upon our 8 day stay, housekeeping did not clean our room one time. We had to ask for clean towels and carry our dirty ones out of our room several times. We even emptied our own garbage twice. We asked to speak to management 3 times and were always told the manager was not in. The last two days we were at the hotel our room keys stopped working because of some electrical issue and we had to be escorted to our room EVERY SINGLE TIME we left the room to be let in. I have stayed in MANY Marriott hotels and have never had an experience like this. I would NOT recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay here again. (I also called Marriott customer service to escalate my issues and never heard back from corporate either. I was told someone would contact me. Well it's been almost a week and have heard not a peep from hotel management OR corporate.)

Nice rest area! The women's restroom was clean and smelled decent with the fan on. The men's…read morerestroom was closed off and could only be accessed by going around the back of the building. It was a bit confusing seeing the vending machines barred off but still operative. You can still use them, since the bars are wide enough to fit your hand through and grab your food. The bars are probably there to prevent people from smashing the machines. They also have plenty of outdoor seating, giving those a chance to relax and enjoy being outside.

My first time in a rest area and I was pleasantly surprised! I thought for sure a public bathroom…read morewill be dirty and smelly but this was the exact opposite! It was probably the cleanest public bathroom I've ever seen. It seemed to have been cleaned right before we got there because the smell of cleaning supplies was out the door! No paper towels to dry our hands but there was an electrical dryer. There is a changing table also that is similar to the ones you find at airports (not the hanging plastic one). Outside, there are multiple vending machines as well as tables and benches to eat on. The whole area is very well kept. The organization that is managing this area is doing such a great job! If you are on the road and this rest area is on your way, stop by and rest a little!
