So I had rented a car from National at the airport for work related travel and it had a low tire pressure. Tried once to fill it but machine wasn't working. Called National roadside and they gave me an address that turned out to be this Enterprise place. They helped me get air in the tires and had me out of the place in a few minutes even though the car wasn't there's (even tho National is a sister company). But very friendly service even for such a minor thing as low tire pressure. read more

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Made an online reservation for a car at 8am on Friday to pick up. I get dropped off to pick up the car to head to Texas. I had to be in Houston by 5pm. When we got to Enterprise there was a line of people standing at the locked door. The girl working that day was 15 mins late. Then I was listening to all the people in front of me trying to get a car nobody walked out in a car. One man was trying to swap out an Enterprise car from Shreveport that had 3 bald tires.. one tire was going flat every hour. Worker told him to go get it plugged at Mavis. The man tried to explain to her the tires were so bald that no plug would work. She didn't seem to grasp how dangerous that is . Needless to say he left without a different car . Then she gets to me , by this time it was 8:45am.. I show her my online confirmation number and my credit card & DL. Then she looks at me and says " oh you used the website to book a reservation , sorry but that's not accurate so we don't have a car for you. But, you can sit in here and wait eventually today someone will drop a car off." I said " it's pretty crappy to let people book online get a confirmation number & time for car pick up to be told sorry!" Needless to say , I was my first time EVER renting a car ( well thinking it was rented) , I couldn't wait for a maybe car to get returned. So I called my son to drive all the way back from Brandon to pick me up and take me 30 mins away to get my car. I did not get on the way to Texas until 10am... I cannot believe the largest name car rental company practices such terrible customer service .. being late when people need their cars when told 8am . If all stores are as bad as the Clinton store, I don't see how Enterprise stays in business. No business should allow online booking for cars if they can't keep it accurate. No excuses for such terrible service . And this generation of always late workers... need to be fired. read more

The Enterprise in Clinton is the worst they don't follow thru with reservations and give the round around.I requested a 7 passenger van over a month ago.They called and asked if I still wanted it I said yes.I came in to pickup van worker took off running in side when she saw me.I was told this morning at ten that they had to get it from the airport it is now 4:30.pm.The airport is a maxi 1hr and half away.They wouldn't even come out and tell us anything.The lie it's on its way.I have a wedding to attend out of state if I knew I was going to get this kind of poor service I would of gone with another company.The lie told this morning that they had sold 4 vans .No it was too easy to rent the van for triple the price for what I was charged before the storm. I see why there ratings are so poor because of there service.So if you're in need of a vehicle I would suggest going to a company that's cares about there customers. read more

Made a reservation about a month ago for an economy car. Great price. Get to the location to obtain my rental only for them to tell me they only had a pick up truck and no other vehicles and they would call me when vehicles came in. The people working there were very nice and polite but what's the point of making a reservation if you aren't going to have the vehicle. They did call before they closed to let me know they had a vehicle and they upgraded me so it was cool. read more

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, HAD RESERVATIONS TO PICK UP RENTAL NONE WERE AVAILABLE. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PICKED UP AT 10:00 a.m. on the day of rental the individual was late. Once arriving to location to rent the car, I had to wait 3 hours before I could get a car! When I returned automobile I was informed that the $200.00 deposit would be returned to my bank account the next day. It was 2 days later before it was returned. I am very Unhappy with the results. You need people who will tell the truth to the customers and not just anything to get the customer out of their face!!!! read more

After a car accident, the paying insurance company told me to contact Enterprise (who they were contracted with) to arrange a date/time for me to get a rental car while mine is in the shop. So on 5/16/18 I called Enterprise general reservations and I was told they have a customer service department that specifically handles booking insurance replacement rentals so I was transferred to the "Enterprise Insurance Replacement Team" and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful, he set everything up to have a standard car for me to pickup two days later at Clinton MS branch. So on 5/18/18 I arrived at the Clinton location at the designated time to pickup the standard car. But when I arrived they told me they didn't have any cars at all, they only had one really large truck. I waited about 40 minutes, then a very nice employee took me to another Enterprise location for a car. So my 1st question is - what good is a reservation if it doesn't hold a car for you at the location you're booked to pick it up at? Then on 5/21/18 I called Enterprise-Clinton MS to let them know my car repairs would be taking longer than anticipated so I need to extend the amount of time I will be driving the rental car. I asked Assistant Manager if he could transfer me to the Enterprise Insurance Replacement Team, but he told me no there is no such thing. So I told him I spoke with them last week and I'm positive there is. But he continued telling me no that department does not even exist. Then without warning he transferred me to the Enterprise general reservations number who then transferred me to... the insurance replacement customer service team. So my 2nd question is - why wouldn't each location's personnel be aware of the different departments within reservations? Perhaps Enterprise could provide better training so their employees are more knowledgeable. read more
