Van.Life is a new and used vehicle dealer specializing in Class B RVs and camper vans used for work and play. We are located at 105 Hwy 80E Pearl MS, 39208. Van.Life is a bit different from other RV dealers. Owners Brian and Colleen have driven class B vans as daily drivers for the past ten years. Frustrated with service times offered by others--service appointments locally can take six weeks just to make a time to drop off; that doesn't include time to fix.--we decided we could do better. We opened a small boutique dealership and take pride in our customers having the best ownership experience possible; everything we deliver has gone through an extensive predelivery inspection where we identify problems and correct them before you take ownership. Though very costly to us, we prefer to not cut corners and this separates us from other dealerships. As our product offerings increase, we carefully select quality lines that will offer a lifetime of enjoyment. Our class B van offerings include: Coachmen, Midwest Automotive Designs (aka American Patriot), Regency RV, Roadtrek, Thor, and Winnebago. Our towable trailer/toy hauler line is ATC Trailer (Aluminum Trailer Company) which makes a welded aluminum frame trailer featuring a single sheet aluminum roof and no wood in the entire unit. RV dealers are manufacturers' quality control agents. A "rv industry quality" search may dissuade you from buying. It's a dealer's job to inspect and ensure everything works to ensure a good ownership experience. The level of commitment to this process varies. Some dealers literally back it off the truck then anything that doesn't work means constant trips back to the dealer. Try getting a service appointment from them; it will take you weeks! The next level involves a 2-3 hour inspection. If one component is a fail, they will catch it. But they don't catch all they could. You get the privilege of doing this on your way home. Our inspection is a minimum of 30 hours of a person's time where your initial usage is simulated. Our process catches much more than the traditional predelivery inspection and customers recognize the value we add to the sale. If there is something blatant that I should have caught in my testing as outlined in the document I sent you, we will do the right thing.

A decade ago my wife and I bought our first van. I was always annoyed with service as 1) manufacturers would not sell parts to me directly 2) it would take weeks to secure a service appointment and 3) dealers had absolutely no regard for the time I would have to spend driving back and forth for service. The final straw was when a very well respected service tech was flown in to address a problem and he took the van apart and left it in pieces as he walked off the job. I decided at that point that I would not be held hostage again and Colleen and I started Van.Life knowing we could do better. We outgrew our initial location quickly and what started as a hobby has turned into a thriving business where we sell and modify vans, RVs, trucks, and Jeeps to meet owners' needs.
