Through phone conversations between him and Matt at CNY, I decided to go with the Ferris, Zero Turn 72 inch. He ran all the paperwork and we proceeded to go pick this up on Saturday. When we got there, I actually got to see the Ferris as well as the STIHL mower. Honestly, I changed my mind on the spot and went with the STIHL, 72 inch, zero turn. Matt was so very accommodating to me and re did all the paperwork. The finance company that was used was down for the morning so that made things a little more challenging for Matt and for us as we had to wait as well. Totally not Matt's fault at all. We waited around for quite a bit but then decided to go and Matt said we could finish the paperwork on Monday through fax or e-mail. Before I left I had found a nice pair of STIHL sunglasses that I wanted to purchase and told Matt for all of my pain and suffering of waiting, he should just give them to me (jokingly) and he did! Not to mention the great goody bag that I received as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Matt made it easy and relaxed and as smooth as possible. Give this guy a raise! Customer satisfaction is always a hard thing to get these days, but this customer is VERY happy with the way things went. Thank you CNY and thank you Matt!!

I tried to purchase a mower and was told it would be held for me. I called the next morning to leave a deposit and they said no sales people were available and one would call Right back. Only no one ever called. I called an hour later and they had sold it. Previously I put down a deposit on a trialer and they sold it the next day! called the company for some resolution and the owner spews some horrible lies (obviously could care less about ANY CUSTOMER WHO DOESN'T HAVE $$$ IN HAND STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM!!! Nand when I call him on it, He hangs up. Horrible customer service. Filed complaint with BBB. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. He asked if I was still interested if the mower didn't sell and his response was. Told owner I didn't want it he advised since over 90 days it was mine. I reminded him it was in shop most of time. Fast forward a year later guess what I still have engine issues was told by owner it's my problem. If I could give zero stars or lower I would. Worst part is the owner never told me that it was the shop who said they were passing on message. When I called owner he was to busy for me he said. Don't buy from them.
