The driver in the taxi labeled "1" with the license plate 17960-LY, decided to speed out of a motel parking lot in McGraw, failing to stop and check for safety, and cut me off. When I honked and threw my arm up (like any person thinking "wtf" would), he decided it would be funny to mock me and flip me off. He then proceeded to do 20 in an 40. Apparently these drivers don't seem to remember that they represent a brand, and that their actions do matter. I hope that whoever the "manager" is (that doesn't seem to exist across many reviews) takes action, and that their employees receive consequences for their actions.

He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! I live in NYC but will definitely be making a trip back out here for a wine trip per Enzo's recommendation and will ONLY be booking Imperial Limousine & Transportation!

I have literally never witnessed such vile behavior by anyone in person in my life. These girls were abominable and should be ashamed of themselves. Conversely, the person behind the counter, Ian, remained professional, helpful, patient and kind. I was extremely impressed with his ability to handle these unsavory characters and situation. Despite rude and demanding customers, Ian kept right on doing a great job, gave us a perfectly cleaned car with additional cleaning amenities and took the time needed to show us the car and answer our questions. I also appreciated the communication and follow up of Kyle today. These guys did a great job and we will be renting from here again. Thank you!

There was a slight glitch in the beginning - the limo we had originally rented had a flat tire, so the driver took the next-biggest car available. He tried to call us, but we didn't have cell service where we were. In the end, it all worked out - we all fit in the replacement limo, and I think it was nicer than the one we'd rented. Andre, our driver, showed up right on time, and had our itinerary already mapped out. He was friendly and courteous - getting out and opening the doors at every stop, and joking with us the whole way. The interior was clean, and came with bottled water on ice. I recommend Superior Limousine for their courteous, professional service.

We reserved a limo for this upcoming weekend for my sister's bachelorette party (8/10) only to find…read moreout last Thursday (8/1) they have gone out of business. We had already paid our deposit of $300 and never received a call to let us know they couldn't fulfill the services outlined in the contract. After stopping in personally to find out what was going on, the lone employee working was extremely rude and promised a call the next day with an explanation which was never received. I found out through my own sources that they have been shut down by DOT and there are NO plates on the limos. Now, we are without 1/3 of our collected budget for transportation and left only a few days to find a new limo service.
