AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more Visted this location today 02 July 2026 to rent a car and the entire experience was horrendous. The employee at the counter was Alexis Medrano and she should not be customer facing as she's extremely rude and doesn't know anything. Her people skills are non existent. Firstly, my friend was renting a car, her ID was expired but she recieved the renewal data stating it's good because of military service. She asked the manager, Kliff Durham for a second opinion and he said no because anyone can print that and it's not valid. We asked to speak to the manager following too and she left us patiently waiting and said nothing so we reengage and she said he's on the phone. We then differed to me as the renter and asked about additional discounts due to my profile, and she didn't know. She then went over the price, and I said that's high however she was including the deposit in the price. Following she asked me to sign for the car by seeing pictures that had no date time stamp or data and I said no. I need to see it. She proceeded to say, I took them myself. I said well similar to this ID issue I can't validate this without seeing the car. She immediately took the keys like I was stealing the car. I then asked to unlock the car and take the photo to compare the photos and she had an attitude. We then asked her to accompany and she went to the door only and did nothing further. After further review we decided not to continue with this provider and asked to speak to the manager. I also asked for the area manager and was told an email was not possible because it's a personal hertz email which makes no sense. I was provided their cards and a customer service number. I also got no confirmation of the cancellation other than a photo I had to convince him to print and allow me to see. Not to mention they misspelled my name too. This Hertz and staff are lacking customer service and deeply are in need of retraining. PS the manager was also making calls and talking to customers via speaker phone. They told someone they could extend but then decided not to honor it and charge him late fees too. It's very unprofessional to have a call like that via speaker phone in front of customers. I will follow up with customer service but will never use them again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Bizarre experience- paid our bill and then later got a note demanding additional payment. When we…read moreinquired as to what it was for- they said you didn't pay! I read the credit card charge and date and amount to them. It wasn't resolved and then got a note that we can't rent from Herrz ever again- ah.... Okay?

I brought my car to this place about 2 months or so ago for side mirror lights on and a message in…read morethe dash that they needed service. He said it was a sensor in the back module. $700 to fix. Said majority is labor and to be honest hed wait to fix till something else is wrong and they are already in the module. Ok great. Hes highly recomended. Well than driving down hwy car shuts off, like i said months later. Every light, heat ect...off but still drives. Luckily finished drive to work, its a safety mechanism on the car, to work till you shut it off. Called nate. He picked up car by tow. Couldnt get to it right away, totally fine, but no communication till i call him, a few days later. Said he bad people with apointments he didnt get to it for awhile again would have been just fine if he said that. He said it had a mouse, not alternator like he thought. He needed to go wire by wire to find damage. No damage found, again no communication. I call him again few days later and now its not a mouse but the module in back now all of a sudden giving a code and as long as hes back there he might as well fix the side mirror part. Hes stopping for a few days and waiting for the part to arrive friday, hopefully. No communication. Called him tuesday. He said part just got in monday and they are right than working on it. Ok great. Get call, part only fixed "a few of the codes". Started once but doesnt even run or start. So hes gotta keep looking wire by wire. I talk to my husband. We are getting nervous and decide to go to a dealership as he quoted me $1,200 if the part worked! It didnt! And we are done with this keep searching, for weeks! I called him wednesday. He says dealer wouldnt give me anything as is, as i told him the dealership told me they'd come get it and i need to cut my losses. He said he had my car tore aprt fixing a sensor that is giving a code now. And if he stopped now he couldnt charge me for hours worked. I said no i dont want anything else fixed. Never did i give ok to fix a sensor. And i said weve put enough money and time into it and its been 2 weeks. We have to borrow a car. He argued it wasnt 2 weeks. Ok sorry a week and 6 days with no end in site as he has no clue. Dealer came and got car friday. They call us the next week, they did tell us it would take a few days to get in. Communication! They have it in shop. A few hours later i get a call. The module did not need replaced and is actually bringing up a code! AND the part he said hed fix while he was in there, he didnt fix! There is no mouse, he assumed by very few droppings and it is the side mirror problem that shut my car off and essentially crashed it. So once he tells me he could advise me to not fix it and the next time hes got it tore apart and didnt fix the part that needed fixed and kept "searching". I tell dealership that i was told it was ok to not fix it at the time, a couple months ago or so. She says no way! Its a computer issue. Not mechanical so if the computer cant communicate completely over a period of time it will, or can, shut off...as it did in my situation. Dealer calls this person to question why he says that, he says, as he said to me when i reached out to him, that he has a hand fill of cars with the same issue in his lot and none of them shut down! $1,100 for nothing! $350ish for 1 part. Rest labor. He should have said i needed to take it to a dealer when he realized he had no clue. Not convince me to go wire by wire charging hourly as i hated the inconvience of another tow fee and more $. He even argued when i tell him id like to move it but did say he cant tell me what to do though. Another $1,200 to fix the part that actually needed fixed, and fixing what was done wrong, and a few days.. and we were good to go. Very unprofessional. Bad experience. Im sure for both of us. Only thing hed admit is the code for the back module is because its still not fully working and thats $100 of the $1200 quote from dealership to finish setting it up. Didnt tell me that part.
