Management and some of the front office of that shop was quite a different experiance...... The manager was cantankerous at times.....he originally quoted a repairs could take a month. After thinking about that we called to ask why so long.....the manager said that they werent going to make us happy and we should come pick up the truck.....huh?????....... When I called back to book, I spoke with someone else. The quotes were very similar for the same package, but for 4 less days. After some discussion back and forth, the representative gave a 2-day rental quote that seemed more reasonable, so we proceeded. We have kids, so we added the $25 protection insurance but, BE WARNED. It only is for BROKEN gear, not lost. We added it because we were more concerned about a kid losing a mask or snorkel in the ocean waves, not necesarily breaking one. $60 for a lost mask that was of poor quality. (Our Dollar Tree masks actually worked better.)

I was too sick and had to work, so I couldn't unload my truck in time for the scheduled drop off time. Due to this, I called the 800 number and they gave me until the next business day (2 days later) for free! This was because the drop off location was not open. However, this location changed their hours and called to let me know. The owner did his best to accommodate my situation and I returned it a day late and paid $0.79 tax only...virtually nothing...even offered a storage unit at a discount when I told him how I was moving into a smaller place. I will continue to only do business with this establishment and let everyone I know that they are the best I have ever dealt with.
