Our "cab " was very clean and the driver Kris was prompt-the music was good! our driver Kris on the other hand was rude-did not help us -5 women 60 years plus with heavy luggage! we all struggled to get our luggage up the stairs and he just sat there. read more

This shuttle service was spectacular. We had a wedding party that needed to be shuttled and they had small busses to make multiple runs for us. They were also flexible when we asked for modify the drop off location. Very affordable. And attentive with answering the phone. They also offer on call pick up for $10 a person as well. I've been going to Gulf Shores all my life and when you don't want to drive while drinking, it's always a pain to find an Uber or cab big enough or enough of them for a group--6 to 8 people in my case. You either can't find car big enough or you can't find two Ubers that can pick you up same time. If you try to hire a van service, they either make you reserve them for the whole night which is very pricey or they just don't show up. Coast Cab solves every one of those issues. $10 per person flat rate for anywhere you go in area. We used them 4 different times this weekend--2 times to and from a crowded concert and to and from the Florabama which gets very crowded and hard to find rides. In all 4 trips, the driver was early with a very comfortable and clean bus or van. Waiting for us patiently outside the concert ready to roll while thousands of other people struggled to get cabs and Ubers. They were patient, accommodating, very friendly, let us have our fun while keeping us safe and we had plenty of room to spread out which is so much different than a cab. From the owner Pam to the other folks that answer the phone to all the drivers, we could not have had a better experience. All in my group talked about how that's the best deal around and we will travel no other way in the Gulf Shores area going forward. read more

Coast Cab is THE way to get around Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. They are on call 24/7. Whenever I called, someone always answered (most of the time it was Pam). We also never had any issues with waiting for the cab to arrive. It always arrived promptly, and Pam would even give us a heads up on when to expect the cab to arrive. We also used Coast Cab in reserving airport shuttle to and from Pensacola Airport. Again, reservations were easily made over the phone, and our cab arrived when expected. Lastly, all the drivers were awesome! We rode with Belinda from the airport as well as Keith, Ben, and Noel on other occasions. They were so nice, courteous, and personable. It's extra fun if you get a chance to ride in Noel's shuttle. His shuttle has the lights and lasers, so the party doesn't end after you leave the bars lol. read more

Wonderful company and so helpful. My friends were in town for a bachelorette party and the ride share apps didn't have any drivers. I called and spoke with Pam and she was able to get them a party bus last minute. The bus was very clean, the driver was incredibly nice, my friends referred to him as a "saint" and they had a wonderful time. Best of all, the pricing was so reasonable. All I can say is that they saved my daughters and me when our ride fell through at the last moment to Gulf Shores from Pensacola airport. They, specifically Pam, actually text to you to give you updates (not automated texts...but REAL people!). They arranged the return drive to the airport a week later, and worked with me after I found out the airline canceled our flight. They were more than happy to take me to a hotel. I was so frazzled that I dropped my credit card in the car and they immediately called me to offer to mail it back. Our party of 9 took Coast Cab to and from Flora Bama out of Gulf Shores. Our ride there was fantastic: on time, fun, personable, and no fuss. However, our ride home was extremely upsetting. We called for a pick up from Flora Bama and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. As we waited, we noticed another group of 13 was waiting for a shuttle. We were waiting outside near the road when we received a text that it was close, but at this time, the other group came outside too. When the shuttle arrived, we all rushed to get on, as we all thought it was our shuttle. It turned out that the driver thought we were all one group. No names were taken when we called the shuttle, no number of people in a party, so this is where the confusion came from. Luckily, we were all going to Gulf Shores, but the bus could barely fit us all (many people had to sit on the floor/on laps). There was tension the entire time between our two groups and it made the ride extremely uncomfortable. When our group was dropped off first, we didn't know how we should pay. The least our driver could have done was offered a discount, but she refused and told us to "get off her bus". This company has a good thing going but they could greatly benefit from writing down the names of people that are calling them instead of just showing up and making assumptions. Just an idea so that this doesn't happen again for you guys. read more

We had such a pleasant experience with this company! We were up from Tampa, FL for my nephew's wedding and needed transportation to the rehearsal dinner from Gulf Shores, 3 C's Condos. Keith picked us up and was so friendly and informative. He gave us lots of knowledge about history of the area and it was like a tour! Called and requested a taxi to pick up me up at the Wharf. Woman who answered the phone stated a taxi would arrive in 30 min or less. After 30 minutes , I called back and the woman who answered stated that the taxi she sent for me had picked up someone else and she suggested I flag another taxi company down to bring me home. This is a perfect example of a company with no regard for customer service or customer safety. I was able to flag down AB taxi and arrive home safely. read more

Here's what I can say about coastal cab. They picked us up quick. Within 5 minutes of my phone call. I really appreciated that. What I didn't appreciate was driving a quarter mile down the road at a total rate of 2.33 and being told as I'm being dropped off that there is a 10 dollar minimum. Now this may or may not be typical, I don't know. But when I called the dispatch on the phone and let them know where I was and where I was going I feel that would of been a good time to mention that 10 dollar minimum as opposed to being shook down for 10 dollars when we stopped.
