This company will allow you to reserve a vehicle that they do not have available and tell you the day of travel. I had to upgrade to a vehicle 3 times as much because that was all available and I needed to get on the road. It then took the reservations that I originally made and changed my drop off time and charged me an additional day because they didn't put the correct time. They no longer give you physical paper work so they can do this without you knowing. The manager at the Fayetteville Ga location was completely useless and apparently in on the scheme as well. If you take a chance and rent with them please do not allow them to rush through the walkthrough and view your documents prior to paying. Lesson learned customer lost. Picked up in Fayetteville Ga and returned to Griffin Ga location and not one person at the Griffin location said the vehicle was late. Wonder why??? read more

I had a reservation and completed the online check in. The online check in response stated that an employee would greet me, check my license and show me to my vehicle. This was not the case. I came inside and saw several people waiting. I told the employee that I checked in online but that did not seem to make any difference. I was told that there were several people in front of me. Even if I had not checked in online and expected a quicker pickup, the pickup process appeared to be very slow. I was told by the Branch Manager that they were booked up completely. I had already been waiting 30 minutes after my pickup time, so I had him cancel my reservation. I have been to this location several times in the past and had never encountered more than a 5 minute or so wait. The workers do not care and gave my family such a hard time. my family and the pastor of our church are going to New Orleans and are taking a bunch of students, therefor we need to rent some vehicles. The pastor reserved a seven row vehicle so his family could ride with him. He got there and they had given it away and said to him "you still wanted that?" like seriously?!! Then my parents tried to pay for 2 vehicles with the church credit card and the workers told them that they have to have 2 credit cards for the 2 vehicles. So they made my parents pay $800 out of pocket. And once my mom got into the vehicle to drive it home, it reeked of weed. Absolutely unacceptable. Never come here read more

13 minutes ago NEW I have rented more than 40 different vehicles from this location and have received excellent service twice. I am a gold member, instead of being upgraded, I am always downgraded. They never have the type of vehicle I confirm and it always put me in a bind since I am usually renting for business trips. I have even been pulled over in a vehicle that was reported stolen. I understand that these things happen sometimes but It should not happen every time. I guess I will start driving further away for vehicles. I do not recommend this located and actually advise against it, drive to another city will probably be totally worth it. I came to inquire about renting a car the service attendant at this location was not professional at all. Her greeting was inappropriate, she greeted me by saying "what's up!" I thought greeting was totally unprofessional! It just wasn't appropriate, I'm had came from California to Georgia to visit my sister. Rented full size cars and a truck for 5 weeks in a row for 4 days at a time. Everything always went flawless. Cole and both Jasmines will always try and make everything as expected. Even left valuables in my cars 2 times and were held for me and returned when I picked up my next car. Would definitely rent here again. read more

My wife was in an accident and USAA made the appointment to pick up the rental from this Enterprise in Griffin, GA. The lady who helped was nice and provided acceptable customer service. The major issues were with the facility and the rental cars. This facility is disgusting; there is no furniture inside. There is only about four chairs and a desk area. It looks like a business was evicted inside. The rental we were put in was a newer Sonata; it smelled like burnt hair and wet dogs. We didn't say anything at the time because we waited about 45 minutes to get it and didn't want to wait another 45 minutes to get another car which could have had problems as well. We took the car home and cleaned it ourselves. I was absolutly amazed at the dirt and grime which came off the panels. We drapped towels over the seats (which had stains all over them). I felt like I needed to take a shower each time I drove the car. My wife and I will never go back to this place again. I would recommend finding another rental somewhere else, if possible. We have rented cars in many countries/cities such as: Italy, London, Egypt and in Central America. We have never been in a rental this nasty. read more

Flew into the local airport for business and their standard procedure of picking you up or dropping it off at the airport for you is suspended because of covid and they are completely unwilling to work with me on terms of using a business card that is under the business name. What's the point of making it as tough as possible for your customers during a critical moment where your business is bleeding money. I'll use the other options. The other rental locations work with me but it seems a pandemic makes them lazy and un-accomidating. read more

First time renting a car from them. I was duped from the beginning. Car insurance saying how much they would cover for starters. Not the fault of the renters I know. But they continually lied about important information like the rate per day of insurance. And how long you actually had the vehicle. I guess the people were all pleasant just not good on their word. read more

Myself and 3 other people had a 12:00p pick up time and when we arrived a few minutes after 12 they were closed and even though there were workers inside no-one came to the door to help. I have used this Enterprise for the last three years for business travel. The last 8 months the service has gone drastically downhill. The folks that were there over a year ago...really knew how to take care of their customers...and at that time I would have rated them a 5. But the new staff appear to be very disorganized and not care that their clients have to wait for service. Additionally in the past I was able to get a receipt emailed immediately on car check in. I am now almost 24 hrs later and two calls to the store with no receipt. Sad that the second call was to the assistant manager and still nada. read more

I used this facility a few times in late 2011 and early 2012 when I was staying with a friend in Hampton for the winter. The first rental I had, the driver had trouble finding my friend's house. But after the first rental, they had no problems finding my friend's house. I agree with the previous reviewer that said the facility looked like a previous tenant had been evicted, as the furnishings were sparse. But the staff was professional, and removed some charges I had questioned. I rented three times during my stay. Two of the three times I got cars with Sirius radio at no extra charge. read more

It would be great to have a vehicle available for a customer who goes through the trouble of making a reservation. The employees are nice and all. However, I have made reservations for vehicles at least a week in advance and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was not one available. I had to wait on one to either be turned in, or wait to see if one is ready to be picked up from being serviced. Considering I travel for business, these are not good practices for the branch. Taking care of the customers who reserve vehicles should take priority over walk-in rentals. read more

Discrimination against the Disabled and Elderly by refusing to provide services that were requested! Friday Nov 17th: After calling several Enterprise locations to find a minivan that would accommodate our party of 5 plus a wheelchair for my mother, who is disabled, we found premium SUV (Buick Enclave or similar) and conceded that would meet our needs as well. I was told on the phone with the agent helping me that to use my Loyalty points the reservation had to be make via the mobile app which was done while still on the phone with the agent, although it was over 90 min away from where we lived. No sooner did that call end did another agent call me to confirm my reservation. I specifically confirmed that we reserved this vehicle our points to accommodate our family - specifically my disabled mother and it was 3 row SUV that would accommodate all of us and have enough cargo space for my mother's wheelchair. They responded = Yes, Absolutely. Monday Nov 20th: When I arrived to pick up our vehicle at around 3:30pm, the agent gave me a price ($470) that did not reflect the 3 free days that I earned with my loyalty points. The agent (Marissa) proceeded to tell me that they had not been applied. I explained that we reserved this vehicle using our points to accommodate our family - specifically my disabled mother, which they said that they could not override the system and it had to be booked via the app. A gentleman (name never given) came over and using my mobile phone, made a new reservation for me using the loyalty points. While the gentleman was fiddling with my phone, I inquired about the mini-van sitting in the lot since this was told that someone had reserved that vehicle for Wed (Nov 22) and would upset if it was not here when they arrived to pick it up. The agent proceeded to make a new reservation using my loyalty points and giving me a balance of $212. The problem was he booked it for dates different than the original reservation and the agents were not able to change the dates. He then told me I needed to call the Loyalty department to straighten it out and called out the phone number to me from his desk in the back. After being on the line for about 30 minutes and explaining to 2-3 different people that that we reserved this vehicle using our points to accommodate our family - specifically my disabled mother, the loyalty agent proceeded to tell me how to fix the situation to which I responded, "I am not the employee but the customer - you will need to give them these directions" and handed my cell phone over to a different agent (Mackenzie) behind the desk./ She told the agent on the phone that she was not able to perform those tasks because they were 'above her pay grade' and called an agent from the back of the office where they were talking and/or on their cell phones to help me. I asked her name (Mackenzie) and then handed the phone back to me. The gentleman came back to the front, spoke with Mackenzie and confirmed her statement. Mackenzie spent a few moments keying something into the computer and came back with a different amount ($575) which she said included a deposit. As a corporate/loyalty customer, I have never had to pay this large deposit before. I immediately called the number given to me earlier and explained yet again that I had booked this reservation using my points (3,000) to accommodate our family - specifically my disabled mother and that I needed someone to figure out how to rectify the situation. I was again on the line for about 30 minutes, the situation being escalated several times and explaining yet again 2-3 different people that we that we reserved this vehicle using our points to accommodate our family - specifically my disabled mother, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that I could "leave a message for the regional manager to call me back". By this time, it was after 5pm and nearing closing time. My husband had dropped me off essentially leaving me stranded to pay this amount which was over my budget to get a vehicle for my family vacation. I called my husband in tears and explained the situation to him - we either pay an amount that was not what was in our budget because we were told we had 3 free days or we must cancel our family vacation. He said he was turning around to come back to the rental office. While waiting for my husband to return, I tried yet again to have someone at the corporate office help me since it was apparent no one at the location was helping me. In tears, I called yet a third time and explained again that we reserved this vehicle our points to accommodate our family - specifically my disabled mother, to an agent on the phone. I was escalated yet again to several different people and was told that no one could override the system but a regional manager. They went on to explain that they could not transfer me to said regional manager because they didn't have a phone number for them, but they would read more

I rented a car from this location this past November. From the beginning, it was a bad experience: the worker was late picking me up from work. The experience got worse when the "change oil" light came on. Usually a car, is not available for to rent if the car has not been serviced (as the manager rudely pointed out later on). So I figured the car had been serviced and the light would go off. On the way back to Georgia, the digital dash said "Cut Engine Put Oil in Engine" (something to that effect). So I immediately pulled over, to a gas station, and put oil into the car. After driving, the car started jerking/sputtering. To be safe, (and not risk breaking down in the middle of now where), I pulled over to a safe place. I had to wait 3.5 hrs for enterprise to have a tow company, tow me another car. There I was, with a child, middle of the night, in a strange town, in a cold car- stranded! Then to make it worse, the next day the manager at the enterprise was completely unprofessional and passive aggressive, asking me what i want her to do and "cars are man- made": things happen. My point was I pay for a rental for the safety of a trustworthy car. Furthermore, as a manager and agent of customer service I should NOT have to tell you what to do, you should anticipate and know what the customer wants. I am a fan of great customer service: and this was one of my worst experiences. Even IF I decided to use Enterprise in the future, I WILL NEVER use this Griffin location again! read more
