I was invited out to take a look at the vehicle. It was my first time at this dealership. I walked in and it had a real hometown feel to it. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist. My salesman was Chad, he came out and meet me in the reception area with a smile on his face and a firm handshake. He had the car outside pulled to the door waiting for me to look at it and test drive. Chad and I jumped in the car and took it for a ride and had a conversation. I'm big on energy and vibes and I definitely got a good feeling from Chad. He was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Chad was very personal and informative about the car and the deal. It was either cold or hot, no in-between. We paid over $700. We drove it home (not checking it out - I know, our fault). The next time I drove it a few days later, it was doing the same thing it did before we took it up there, only NOW my power door locks aren't working and the drivers power window isn't working. We took it back, and they said "well, it's an older vehicle, these things happen. It's nothing we did"! When asked about the climate control knob, they said it was bad and they replaced something else, so we were quoted almost another $1,000 to replace it! WE LEFT. I only drove about 10 miles since it was in the shop, and the check engine light came on and it started "chugging". Transmission fluid is pouring out the bottom! It has NEVER leaked before ! ! ! They lost a lot of business from us and I am telling everyone I know NOT TO GO THERE!
