I called Autorent in a panic last minute for a vehicle that would seat 6 and have room for our luggage for two weeks. We were looking for an SUV when Rebecka at Autorent suggested a mini van as they are often overlooked. I guess you dont get style points in a mini van but at that point I didn't care. They had a Chrysler van with way more room than I was expecting and the price was way cheaper than what I was going to pay at the other rental place. The entire staff was very helpful when we arrived, the process took a total of 10 minutes and we were on the road. So glad we discovered Autorent and will be using them exclusively in the future.

Small selection of cars. Even as a preferred plus / chairmans member - you get the same selection as regular folks. This past week I was given a selection of 5 colors of the same car. Sometimes I even get downgraded from what I reserved! And there is never a car or portfolio set up for you if you are preferred plus. So there is absolutely no advantage to having status. Sometimes the run out of cars. If the one employee sleeps late, needs to use the restroom, or has a tough customer - you are out of luck. If 4 people beat you there at opening, the wait is 30 minutes. Positives: there is a wawa right near it to fill up at a cheaper price and they don't charge extra for one way to airport. Like all Avis' - spouses drive free.

Free tow with my plan to a shop less than two miles away. However, the estimate was extremely high! The original one was padded to the hilt with recommendations that I declined on (I have a true honest mechanic of seven years, thank you!) The estimate I okayed was for my ONE new tire and an air filter. So high (still) - Im embarrassed to share the price ... ugh! I do have to say though that the texts I received with pictures of my poor car, with pointers to the issues seen, were pretty cool. Ahhh technology! Charles helped me through the process - very nice and knowledgeable guy. The facility itself was big, bright and clean. I had no idea that there was a full shop in the back! Live, learn, and have your car towed to your mechanic OR put your spare back after thoroughly cleaning your car two days prior - Murphy's Law!! WHAT A DAY !!!!!

There were 3 of us with an Emerald Club reservation for a full-size car and only Nissan Sentra size cars or smaller available in the Emerald Club section. We would have barely fit with our luggage (we were all traveling with at least 1 suitcase each). There were cars we would consider full-size that would have worked great but they were all either locked or had "no key" written on the window. We ended up with a Tahoe, which was too big but the only thing that was available bigger than a Sentra, and had to pay the upcharge. Otherwise, everything was fine as expected, that is why it got 2 stars instead of 1.

You will find a National and Enterprise counter next to the restrooms and sheriff's office. You have to check in and then fill out your paperwork. The attendant is extremely friendly and gives each renter the attention they need. You then get your key and head to a lot by the cell phone lot. Hit the lock button to find your car and head on out. If you return the car before they open, there is a drop box for your keys before you catch your return Frontier flight.

I had to get an International Drivers License. I walked in and was greeted immediately and told I would be helped in a few minutes. The staff is very professional and friendly. The process to get my license was very fast. If you need to bring you car in for inspections or maintenance the services are offered here. Members get a 10% discount on car care services. You don't have to be a AAA member to get your car care needs taken care of. I had visited this location before, this is the 1st time I checked in and wrote a review. Really convenient. Cash, credit and Debit cards are accepted here.
