I rented a car as an Allstate customer. They didn't have the cheapest car available so I had to wait 2 days for one to come in. Any other time I used this Enterprise, if the car I wanted wasn't available they gave the next better car in its place for the same price. The car was awful. For starters, the inspection EXPIRED in May (I rented it mid-July). The radio signal was no good most of the time. Every warning light where the speedometer is located sporadically went on. The tires needing air icon was on most of the time. And the car did not smell good either. Since I only had to pay approximately $6 per day I didn't return it. If I was paying for it completely out of pocket I would have brought it back immediately. read more

I rented from this location easily with no problem in December 2021. Since it went so smoothly I thought I'd be able to experience the same easy process again but boy was I wrong. When I went to the location I was told that there WERE cars available, great (July 4th is coming up and many places are selling out). However, the guy with ginger hair at the counter was being a complete scumbag. He kept claiming I was unable to rent a car because my utility/auto insurance bills HAVE to match my CURRENT home address. Note that I only come home (to NY) during breaks and I am originally in Texas where I pay rent, auto insurance, and make income. It wasn't a problem before last year and even the workers back then said it was fine as long as I have proof of income/me paying rent. We went back and forth for a while and I told him that I rented from this location in the past and he said he "couldn't find me" when he searched name in their system. I showed him the receipt I had on my phone to his face and all he did was say "huh, well I can't do anything". Honestly felt like he was doing everything in his power to not rent me a car. Great customer service unless you're a woman. seems like everyone over here responds well to testosterone. Even calling in feels like pulling teeth. There is one guy that is a absolute sweet heart I believe his name was Kevin other than that I say try a location with diversity and more people working behind the desk .. it's like high school in here ! read more

Racism at its finest asked for Area District manager and I was turned away. Rented a vehicle for 28 days while the vehicle was misfiring. The gentleman Kevin who claims he a manager keeps blowing me off account helping the other races but ignoring me. Also asked him to repair the vehicle misfiring but he didn't care about that as well. Also there was a gentleman willing to help until Kevin the so called manager step in and stopped that. read more

Best enterprise ever. I had tire problems in a rental on my way to Columbia graduation. I called Ryan from the highway and he had a car ready to go and got me switched out, including car seats, in under three minutes. I made it on time! Fast, friendly, and terrific service. read more

I brought the rental car back to Enterprise today and forgot my garage door opener in the rental. When I called them to ask, (3 1/2 hrs later)it seems to have vanished. Now I have to pay to have the code changed on my garage door and get new remotes. I also have to file a police report. For me to have to worry about a break-in in my home is not acceptable. I will never use Enterprise again. read more

Friendly young staff helped us as we didn't know we needed 2 bills when renting with a debit card. They waited as a fax was sent over to them. On the not to bright side I didn't read anything while making reservations that the 2 bills where needed when using a debit card.. That delayed our trip but overall 4 stars read more

They could be little more friendly. Some cars need to be tune up before the rental. Other than that it's ok. Plus they advertise proper information,I pick you up anywhere they don't. Plus they make sure use have 2 bills if you use a debit card. read more

Been renting from here for years due mainly to location and the fact that they offer pick up service. Staff is friendly and try to be accommodating. However, they never seem to have cars available to them. I book my reservations at least a week in advance. Always request a sedan. Last 4 or 5 rentals did not get one (only vans/suvs/trucks available). This last week, I reserved a sedan and they were going to give me a pick up truck. This was for a business trip in MD. After flat out telling them that I was not taking that, they made accommodations for a KIA Santa Fe, which was not on site. I reserved a certain size car due to being on an expense account. Do while Enterprise may view this as a free 'upgrade' the difference in fuel costs, was unacceptable. Again, the team was apologetic but that really did me no good when I once again was provided a vehicle other than what I reserved. Corporate really seems to have hung this location out to dry. read more

About two weeks ago I had an accident up Bear Mountain and needed a tow and a rental. Thankfully my insurance helped me out with both, but of course this happened around 5:30 in the afternoon. Anyone who has been on 9W knows what the traffic is like at 5:30 in the afternoon, and especially coming from Bear Mountain. Normally I would have just gone by the next day to pick up my rental, but I had to open at work the next day at 4:30am and that was not an option. I called and explained my situation and the representative on the other side of the phone, Andrew, actually stayed at the store until I arrived close to 6:15. Despite the inconvenience this put on him he was still very friendly and clear about the terms and policies and got me set up with a car on the spot. I'm supremely grateful for the level of service that Andrew provided for me and hope to do business with them again. read more

The worst experience ever! After multiple attempts to resolve the erroneous charges made to my card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I was forced to return the rental a month early. I contacted corporate and the woman i spoke with said to me, "Go ahead and stop payment if you dont care about your license, we have your consent to charge your card without notifying you!" If you want to do business with a company like this be my guest. I have given this company serious business and will never use them again and will discourage anyone I know from doing so either. Because of their fraudulent charges i have been cornered into paying several hundred dollars in overdraft fees and late charges!! read more

I can't say enough good things about this Enterprise location, and the Branch Manager Joe Beirne!!!! I arrived in a panic on Xmas eve. Someone had driven right into my legally parked car causing major damage and leaving me stranded for the holidays. My insurance agent called and spoke with Joe and then called me to tell me where to go to pick up a rental car. She said that Joe was really nice and he would take care of me. And so he did! What a lovely person and efficient operation. I know he gave us the best price possible, and he even surprised me with the exact car I drive, which made me so much more comfortable. He actually seemed as happy as I was at the surprise. He was a caring, calming and generous soul on my very very VERY bad day. I thank him profusely and have already sent several friends there for rentals! read more
