Enterprise as A company I like, but this location really needs help when it comes to the service quality. The employees seem to all have a chip on there shoulder. At first I thought it was just the gentleman they helped with getting my car but then it was also the lady who helped over the phone when I needed to extend my service and again with the other different gentleman who took my return. I needed a car for a week and I went to Enterprise down the street. The guy "TOM" met me there, described what I had to do and I reserved the car for 2 weeks later. When I go the there later "TOM" met me, did all the paper work and I was off ... a week later I returned it and "TOM" checked me in ... everything went perfect, No Problems ... even when I pointed out peeling paint, "TOM" said it was previously noted ... Arturo Ariza (the spineless branch manager) is a joke. I was charged $300 for a scratch that was already on the vehicle I had to rent. When I brought it to their attention at the initial walk around of the car, the associate said that the damage was too small To notate. These guys are running a scam! Do you get bonuses for falsifying documents? Or do you just get your jollies off of taking advantage of young women?? Mind you, I had a baby during 90% or the time I had to rent their vehicle. Had an awesome experience with Sheron Harmon at this location. We had a great time debating who was better Jordan or Lebron. And after I found out that he was from Chicago originally he should be ashamed of himself for even mentioning Lebron with Jordan, and I had 6 rings to back it up. Even a dumb ole country white boy knows Jordan was the greatest. All kidding aside I really enjoyed visiting with him and he was such a professional and the next time I am in the Houston area and need to drop a rental car off or rent a rental car I am going to see my friend who knows nothing about basketball, but knows how to provide great customer service, the man needs a raise or a bonus because great customer service is hard to find. Had an ok experience. I was early so I didn't mind the long wait. They only had 1 person working on a Friday which I dont know why but it seems a lot of car rental places do this. Had I been on time instead of early, I would probably have had a different rating on this place. Rep was very polite. Booked an economy got a standard. Car was fine. read more

Our local Enterprise office came through for us with flying colors when we needed them. We needed a rental for one day to attend a family event due to our car needing some work and not wanting to drive 400 miles and have any issues so we reserved a standard rental through the call center. Our nearby location was short vehicle dues to the flooding in our area. They upgraded us and got us a nice Jeep Cherokee to make this trip a pleasure. When we returned about 1 minute before closing they were cheerful and got us checked in and took care of the return process smoothly and easily despite being very busy at the time with other customers. I called and made a reservation and received an email confirmation. Then an hour before my scheduled rental time the place calls and tells me they might be able to get a car for me in a day or two. They tell me the main reservation office takes the reservations but has no idea what is on their lot. No way to run a business. Thanks Enterprise. read more

These guys at this location are always knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I can't imagine anyone giving them less than an EXCELLENT rating, until I actually read the reasons... Whiners and PO-me's will never be happy. If you aren't happy here? You can't be MADE happy with a car-rental agency. I've been renting with them regularly for quite some time, and am extremely pleased, with the car (though yeah, sometimes they smell like smoke - THESE guys didn't smoke in it!) and I often get whatever they have available. DO NOT rent a car from here. My wife and I got a car here while ours was in the shop and while we were walking around the car to evaluate damages we pointed out a scratch on the car. The guy said "it was too small to write down." When we turned the car in the charged us $300 for that same scratch! Took it right out of our bank account and is refusing to refund the money. They running a scam out of that place and screwing over customers to make more money. We paid for damage that was already on the car. The manager's response was basically "too bad." read more

I called to try to change the vehicle they had giving me, the guy was extremely rude. Told me that the car they had put me on was my only choice even thought I explained him my personal reasons of why I couldn't drive it. He even dare to ask "WELL WHAT DO YOU WHANT?" Obviously Did not want to help me out and help me pick another one or even tell me the vehicles they have in the lot. Giving me the excuse he had other Costumers making my problem unimportant. I give this place a two only because the customer service is a five...however the condition of their rentals is terrible. Covered in fur or wreaking of smoke. Another person was trading in a stinky car when we were dropping our stinky rental off. More care needs to be taken to cleaning their rentals. This location has the most AWESOME team!!! After a rough Monday morning start, the team at Enterprise made my afternoon a delight! Upon returning the car we received a discount on our rental. After returning home I realized my iPad had been left in the rental car. While trying to call (even thought closing time had past) the location my husband received a call from Kendale at Enterprise stating they had my iPad and would hold for us to pick up the next day! What a great team and awesome customer service!! Definitely will return for the awesome customer care! read more

Worst customer service I've ever received. I called for a mechanical issue with the car. I called and talked to 8 different enterprise representatives. Three from the main call center Chris, Kimberly, and a third person. Four different branches around my location and one of them was the location I rented the car from. The 8th was a call center that was suppose to help resolve the issue, but he cause the situation to be more stressful. I spoke to Judith at the location I originally picked up the car. I was either lied to by the call center reps or Judith. My issues I explained to each person and they all told me they didn't have cars to change out nor did anyone resolve the issue. When I spoke to the branch that I rented from I was told that she could call me back instead helping get me into something else. The lady said I could deal with the issues because it wasn't a safety issue. First, this statement is ridiculous. How was my issue not a safety concern? Next, for agreement sake if it wasn't how was it fair that I am in a car paying my agreed upon rate with not a fully operational car. This is unfair and I expected better from enterprise. I wouldn't have seen this being an issue if one or two reps were this way;however, with speaking to 8 people and the last call was to their hotline to schedule the transfer which I stood on hold for over 13 mins. He called all locations I did and all said they had nothing. This experience is terrible!!! Please understand that I could understand someone not having cars at all, but for Enterprise to not move me into something else is ridiculous! This I know is true because I was told that only larger cars were available. Lastly, when the hotline was calling he miss connected the lines to where I was on threeway calling with him and one of the branches. Also he keeps calling the same branches that he already called as I was in the line during the call. Seriously! read more

I rented a car this past weekend and it was great till I received my bill and the people working my service could care less. I am just really upset with how I was treated by enterprise!!! First time, I had an issue with a Sonata and the gentleman was apologetic and placed me in a Kia Sportage. The second time was today. I went in and told them I had a terrible experience with Hertz and was placed in an Altima even though the insurance only covered a compact. Brittany and her team are exceptional! read more

I always rent my cars from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Clay Rd. After my last experience ther3 e I will continue to rent my cars from here and tell anyone else in my neighborhood about them. The manager there went to great lengths to make sure the car I received would be satisfactory to my family and I. After I took thirty minutes to decide which car to get for our family's road trip over July 4th weekend I eventually decided on a Hyundai Sonatra. However, after the final walk through, the car had a crack in the windshield that I knew would not be acceptable for all drivers of the vehicle over the weekend. The manager knew there was another Hyundai that would be available shortly. He picked up the vehicle, cleaned it up, and provided us with a Hyundai Azera right before closing time. He did this with a smile and without fuss or bother. Their service was outstanding and on my next rental I will definitely come here again. read more

The service was horrible. Instead of going by what your insurance says they do whatever they want. They charge a massive unauthorized amount on your debit card and do not care. I was extremely displeased and very upset. They did absolutely nothing to find a solution or fix the issue that was obviously their fault. Even after speaking with my insurance themselves they refused to fix the problem. My insurance agent was very irritated at the situation as well, the guy behind the counter could careless about my needs or concerns. I will not be renting from this enterprise again, I've used many different enterprises in the past and never have i been treated so rudely. Not to mention the vehicle I was put in was filthy, the seats had burn holes in them, grease stains all over the interior of the car. the car that was given to me on empty i even returned it with 3/4 tank full of gas! I am beyond furious with this place! After draining my bank account and not giving a rats ass about me then treated me like i was a nobody and that I did not matter. I was there for 4 hours!!! I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this enterprise at clay road and hwy 6!! read more
