We were stuck in a bind - the truck we were planning to purchase wasn't ready so we had to get a…read morerental. We Yelped the nearest place near us and found this location. I did everything online - booked the rental and entered credit card info. When we arrived, we were greeted by Gabrielle. All she needed was the cc number and she got us our car in about 10-15 minutes -- quick and easy. She gave us her contact number. We were heading in the long weekend - Jan 1st 2024 so she let us know if we needed to extend the rental, we just let her know the next afternoon by 1 pm. We soon found out we had to extend, gave her a call and our rental was extended! They provided us the cost to extend. On the morning we returned the car, we went in and she recognized us and greeted us with a smile and wave, as she was on the phone. We gave her the key and she asked how the rental was and if we got our car. Yes, indeed! Everyone there was nice and helpful- I'm glad we went to this location. Would highly recommend- she made it so convenient for us! Thank you, Gabrielle! Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I arrived at my reservation time after a long…read moreday working as a teacher and had someone drop me off who was also on a tight schedule. The gentleman who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly asked whether I had a credit card even though I had already confirmed that I did. He initially processed the $200 deposit, which was clearly showing on my card, yet continued insisting that I check whether it went through. He then disappeared into the back for approximately 10 minutes. When he returned, he continued questioning the transaction and became increasingly confrontational. He told me he had the authority to cancel my reservation and was cursing under his breath in a low voice. At the end, when giving me the vehicle key, he held onto it instead of handing it to me, forcing me to pull the key from his hand. Given how aggressive and confrontational the interaction had become, I found this extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. I did not feel safe or respected as a customer. I will not be returning the vehicle to this location and will be filing formal complaints with Hertz and Priceline. This experience was completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed by management.

I went to drop off my rental car and pick up my vehicle at Autonation collision. I arrived 22…read moreminutes before closing (6pm) and no one was at the enterprise counter. The collision center employees told me they had left just before 5:30. So I had to leave my rental key with my name on a piece of paper on the counter for them, where I found two other keys left in the same manner. Throughout having the rental, I had "change oil light come on the same week I had rented it. The low tire press light was on, and the registration expired while I had it. I notified them of these problems at least 3 times while I had the vehicle. I was told that they would find me a replacement vehicle because of the registration but they wanted me to take time out of my day to take the vehicle to a local shop and wait for the maintenance to get done, which should have been done before renting it out to someone. They never did get me a replacement vehicle, so I just kept driving on an expired Registration because I had no other choice. Basically, rental cars are in such high demand right now that they aren't maintaining them at all. The priority is to just make it look nice before pumping it out to the next customer.

Sam checked it out for me and told me it would last, at that time the truck had 167000 on it. because I felt comfortable with Sam and his team i brought the Honda in for a transmission service. The guys did a great job on that, and it didn't break the bank. Sam is always honest & makes sure I know what the truck needs. This team has earned my trust. Fast forward to yesterday I now have 206,000 on my truck and I brought the truck in again to Sam and the team; this was after I'd gone to Easy Honda for the services. Sam and his team gave a softer blow to my wallet and provided me with another transmission service and rear diff service this time. So what I'm saying is SAM and the Proline team have never switched up and that's the value! I recommend the shop to anyone for those reasons

The car was junk - the ugliest on the lot. Was never given an option on which car/model I…read morepreferred. The agent was eager to put me a hunk of crap (a big Toyota 4-runner with big tires that made it sit higher than every other car on the road), knowing full well no one would willingly ask for a car like that. It had been smoked in, and the chemicals used to mask the smoke smell made it even worse. The tire pressure was all over the place on 4 tires - 42, 37, 39, 32...so the truck smelled, and it was unsafe. Agent also tried to interest me in purchasing a car from Enterprise (he knew my car had been totaled in an accident (not my fault)). Another agent called me a day into the rental to ask me again if I'd be interested in buying a car from Enterprise...to which I said 'no, never'. They put me in an ugly garbage can that my children could barely climb into, it smells like crap, tire pressure is unsafe, and they think I might be interested in buying a car from them?! Never, ever returning to Enterprise! Oh, and I just received the toll bill for the 1-week rental --- $60, of which $25 is a "Convenience fee". I was told the fee was $3.50, NOT $3.50 PER DAY --- SCAMMERS!!
