There is a separate counter area but elites get to skip the counter and go straight to the cars. The first week, an electric blue Jeep caught my eye and I enjoyed it. Clean, low mileage and only mildly underpowered. It drove well and I returned it without issue. The second week, Sunday afternoon had a choice of any Nissan Altima that I wanted. There were four of them and a monster-sized pickup truck. A dismal and disappointing selection. I waited a bit but nothing else came around which was a bummer. Unless I wanted something from the economy row, which I did not. So I kept this car which was clean and drove well though was even more underpowered than the Jeep. I picked up the car at 2pm on May, 13th and returned it at 4am on May, 15th (6am flight). I drove the car a grand total of 94 miles. No one walked out with me to inspect the vehicle when I picked it up. The car did smell, but it didn't smell like smoke to me. No one was there when I returned it on Sunday at 4am (drop box). For what it's worth, I've never smoked a day in my life. For the past 5 years I have been employed by a tobacco free health care system where we test all employees for tobacco use. I have already paid for two independent nicotine tests this week (one inside my organization and one outside for validation) showing ZERO NICOTINE (cotinine) in my system for the past 90-Days. My Staff Attorney is assisting me in preparing an affidavit stating I was the only individual in the vehicle during the time in question along with other legal documents in case we need to pursue arbitration through American Arbitration Association (based on Dollar's contract). I've reviewed the parameters and fees associated with adjudication and I'm sure I'll spend much more than $250 to make this right. Dollar opened a case on May 16th, but they have yet to contact me. There is nothing preventing them from doing this to YOU or anyone else.

Service was very friendly! When I picked up my car, the man at the register explained the estimate to me, recommending what items on my car I should prioritize. There was absolutely no sales-pitch to this...just a friendly explanation. Based on this experience alone, I will come back here when/if I develop issues with my car. With the way that I was treated, it felt like I was recommended by a family friend. I've only been to a few other auto places, but this one definitely stands out. I needed adaptations on my rental to be able to drive. The fi issue was instead of giving me what I requested they gave me a mini van. When on my actual rental con it said a chevy equinox. Then the van they gave me also had balding front tire. while the back tires appeared new with a lot more tread. They told me the tires were fine both times I expressed my concern especially since the day after I got it we got massive rain and the traction was horrific. I had to drive 10 miles under the speed limit because of this. I really didn't appreciate the lack of concern they showed. especially since I am driving with a disability!! When I inquired about getting what i asked for they had two different excuses! The first was only the vans have the equipment. The second time they said that they had vehicles except those vehicles had recalls that needed fixing!!! I will never use Enterprise again. They are liars!
