After having someone (not from webers) use the wrong fittings and mess up the brake lines and having it at the shop a couple times John did right by us and got the brake lines fixed! He also noticed the wheel bearing needed fixed and gave us a good deal to get everything done! I am so relieved to have my teenager driver driving a safe vehicle now! I've lived in different states and cities and this is the best shop I have ever been to. My car battery kept dying. It was a Sunday night and I submitted an appointment request through their website. They called on Monday morning which I appreciate their quick response. I was able to drop my car off and thought I would have to uber home, but they offered me a courtesy ride back home a few miles away. I called for an update and they couldn't find the issue so they asked to keep it overnight to see what happens in the morning. I didn't ask for a loaner car since I didn't need one so I don't know if they offer that. The next morning they found the issue and were also able to squeeze in some maintenance work at my request. When he asked if I needed a ride, he was very accommodating saying "I'll pick you up myself if I can't find someone." The bill wasn't outrageous and I felt like they weren't trying to rip me off. I suffer from a severe case of Mechanaphobia, a fear that any place I take my vehicle to get repaired will turn into a money sucking black hole. The cure for this phobia is to find a good auto repair shop that treats its customers with respect and does good, honest work in a timely manner. Weber's has cured me of my phobia. We took our Toyota van in to get a bearing issue fixed before a road trip to Florida. I was happy that the repair cost came in a lot cheaper than I expected. I was even happier that it was repaired on the same day. I was elated when, not even having asked them to do it, they went looked over the van for safety issues to make sure that it was fit for the trip. Since it is my wife's van, she did all of the communication with the garage and said she was treated in a courteous, professional manner. Frankly speaking, reasonable price, understanding customer's requirement, patience are the reasons I stick with and trust John and his Webber's team. I have been here almost 3 years and never felt uncomfortable from them. He always talks to me like friend, figures out my requirements, does inspections, then discuss with me, then find a economic and safe solution for my old car. For instance, my alternator was down once, they inspected my car and find out it was just a wire broke and only cost me 20 more dollars. Since then I understood they are different from other repair shop, they would like to considerate on customer's perspective. Because if I were in other shops, they might charge me a new alternator and expensive labor. I asked for an oil change and full vehicle inspection since I will be driving cross country later this month. 4.5 stars... I'll admit, I'm a little annoyed that I paid $298 for a $175 alternator. But I also got my dead alternator replaced for under $600, which is a great value when you consider how buried my alternator is next to the engine block and under fluid tanks, etc. They charged me for 2.5 hours labor, but I know they put somewhat more into it. More importantly, they respected me as a customer, did a great job diagnosing the issue, and went beyond in educating me about how my car's different systems work with the alternator. It's been one year since my last update. What can I say? Another job well done! Took my car in for an oil change and to fix the brake light, plus the horns were no longer loud. The horns were replaced under warranty and the oil change completed without a hitch. The only issue was the brake light since a pin was burned in the socket..
