Horrible experience at this location I have never had a problem renting a car from enterprise for 10years for business trips and personal trips. When I went to the location I was told because I was associated with a person that is on the Do not rent list they will not rent to me! I was highly upset and confused. Then when I asked can you please explain why you will not rent to me because I know the person on the do not rent list? Then the manger states "we do not even have a car available". As he rented to the other couple right next to me. I've contacted corporate and they will be sending a message to the branch manager. read more

Not surprised to see this facility at a 2.5 star rating and I should have gone with my instinct and checked their reviews first. I made a reservation with this facility months ago. Called today to ensure everything was a go. Spoke with Chance on 3 different occasions, confirming with him everything that was needed. I even asked him if I have "xyz documents" I'll be able to pick up my rental, hassle free. Was absolutely NOT the case. My boyfriend and I had moved money around to accommodate their strict requirements for rental, got to the facility, and Chance decided that the documents he had previously told me were a go, were not afterall. We have a trip planned to leave tomorrow. Totally inconvenienced to find a new rental place. Thankfully I called Budget/Avis rental just .2 miles from them and was able to get the same type of car for the same amount of time for the same price and they don't require you to jump through 5000 hoops to rent a car. Thank God for Budget/Avis! If you're reading this, give them all of your business!! And don't believe anything Chance says. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! read more

They were quick and very nice. They will also drop you off at the shop & pick you up if needed. The car was very clean and they took great note of any prior damage, so I wouldn't be charged. Also, they directly charged me for going under the tolls without additional fees. I would definitely go back. read more

Ruben at this location is awesome! It is extremely hard to find a rental car at this point in time. I called several places and none had inventory. I showed up at this location to try to trade in my current rental car for a better one that is payed by my insurance and Ruben was fast, friendly and efficient. He got me in a much better vehicle and was running a one man show by taking care of customers and answering phones while providing this awesome service! Thanks Ruben!! read more

Last Monday, I booked a reservation for a truck that I was depending on for the day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Chance and notified that they only had two trucks available, one was in need of a oil change and the other was reserved for another customer that was not there yet. I was slightly annoyed because I called ahead and scheduled the reservation and showed up on time accordingly. Thankfully, Chance (the branch manager) was able to make arrangements for me to leave with the truck and started the oil change for the next reservation as that was the best solution for all parties. I spent maybe twenty minutes total in the building completing paper work and waiting for a solution and sure enough Chance met my expectations. If I need to rent another vehicle I will definitely contact them. Thank you again, Chance. read more

I 've rented from this place for over 6 years and I have found it to be a great place to rent from. Now that Chance is the store manager it has only been enhanced the location.
