Told them my spark plugs were changed out six months prior. They thought it must be the coil pack & replaced it promptly. That's what it turned out to be because it's running great & the error light shut off. Grateful it was a minor problem, they resolved it so quickly and without an appointment (on a Saturday even)!

Whenever they sell you something that they know is junk they pull a "you cant see me" and pretend…read morethey dont exist anymore.. they litterally pretend there is nobody there you can speak to and they wont return calls. I bought a car less than a year ago and was promised at purchase that 3 issues would be fixed at a service appointment the next week. They said it was all done when I picked it up.. the 3rd time.. and when i drove it the issues were still there. They have never attempted to make any of this right, I have since had 1 of the issues corrected elsewhere and will work on the rest when capable, I have called them and no call back from carmans or attempt to apologize at all, and no explanation from them at all.. the deals may be great but the cars are crap!
