We waited almost an hour before they told us they don't have a car for us and knew the entire time just wasted our time. Told them my account was closed and that i needed to receive it a different way, they proceed to issue it back anyway to that account and blamed my bank for not giving me a check. They never answer the phone and god forbid you have to call the corporate office because you'll never get a call back then either. Made the reservation for 6pm. Due to flights and transportation being MINIMALLY late, we arrive at 6:03. Upon arrival the gentleman tried to sneak out the back door to avoid us. The employee stated he tried to call but it wouldn't go thru and we must have been on a flight. (Wrong. We were not anywhere without service from the time of booking to our 6:03 arrival.) Another employee informed us that this location closes down EARLY! So now, we have a 30$ uber bill that took us from the airport to this location, and another 45$ uber fee to take us the OPPOSITE WAY to our hotel. Very unhappy. Had we known this location didn't follow thru with their hours of operation we would have never wasted our time or money. Where is the holiday spirit ??? Was promised an intermediate Car for my reservation get to enterprise and they say they don't have any.

Rented a car that turned out to have a bad tire. The tire sensor keeps going off and the tire is losing air . Took it back less than 24 hours later and the guy says there is nothing wrong and puts a little air in it. Then he suggests that if it keeps happening that I can pay to have it fixed since apparently it is my fault. Both times I have rented from here there have been serious issues. I had a reservation for someone to either drop off a vehicle or pick me up from a local repair shop. Never received a call as to which service would be provided. I called the morning of my appointment to be told the repair shop would text them when I was ready for pick up even with me telling them I would be ready at a certain time. The repair shop sent them a text at the time I knew I would be ready. I waited 30 minutes for someone to pick me up causing me to cancel and move other appointments. read more

Arrived at 8:40am and had people ahead of me. They were going in order at first until it was our turn then they helped 3 individuals that got there after we did before us. Still sitting here and no one bothered to even explain WHY they assisted 3 people that hot there after us first. It's 9:38am now and still no one cared to at least let us know why we are still waiting the employees are all just walking around. Another person came and the guy came to explain to her and were still waiting. Finally a really nice lady by the name of Kiana assisted us very nice and friendly and explained whats going on. Overall experience is poor other than KEYANA professionalism and awesome customer service. I was going to rate this place 1 star but thank you to Kiana i am rating this at least 3 star because of KEYANA and also TAVIAs awesome customer experience. Thank you KEYANA and TAVIA . Horrible experience here. I've lived in Texas a year and a half now and I've had a nightmare of a time getting my Texas DL. So I called Enterprise before taking an Uber over there with my two small children to make sure I had everything I needed for my 1-2 day rental since I have an out of state DL. I've rented many time from Enterprise before, but never at this location. I spoke with Jay, who told me all I needed was a major credit card. I was like ok, that's it? Cause I got a few of those. Any other requirements? Nope that's it. I was like "Are you SURE? Because I'm paying for a ride over there so I want to make sure I have all the info." He impatiently replied "yes that's all you need. And your DL of course." Okay, great! Ordered my Lyft, waited on someone to accept it as I'm out in Grangerland and finally get a ride out there. The driver misses the exit and I end up paying like $40 for my ride but whatever. I make $200/day so being able to take my boys to their Montessori daycare & preschool plus get in full workday is totally worth the 1 $40 ride plus the cost of the rental. I get there and they won't rent to me because I don't have a credit card that I can put a $350 hold on. My debit card I can but they won't accept that. They won't combine it between two cards, take the $350 from my debit plus some extra deposits from my credit cards, nothing. I asked if I could speak with the branch manager and he said he was the manager. Okay... so I referred to him as Alex when speaking with him as the card in front of me labeled Alex as the branch manager. When he said he was Jay, and also the person who I spoke with this morning I said then you're not the branch manager. He said well I am right now. Ummm, not the same thing. He also mocked me and said that if I've rented from Enterprise all those times I should know their policies by now. Umm, unacceptable. I wasn't using an out of state DL all those times!!! And that's why I called. He admitted that he didn't give me that vital piece of information but said "You told me yourself you had to pay a $250 deposit before once so you shoulda been prepared." Are you freaking kidding me? That was when I was paying in cash and it's completely irrelevant to my phone call this morning in which he left out the most vital piece of information. He gave me excuse after excuse for not doing his job right, refused to let me speak to his supervisor the first couple times til I finally started to get irritated and explaining to him that NO to a customer he is not the friggin branch manager. When he said he was too busy, and actually acted like I was supposed to feel sorry for him because they were so busy that he had to have the calls sent to his cell phone, I got irritated. I obviously called to make sure this DID NOT happen. Nobody likes wasting money!!! He mocked me again and joked about throwing me the $10 in his wallet but that was all he had when I pointed out how his impatience wasted my $40. Anyways they acted like they were doing me a HUGE favor by driving me home, no rental, no kids at the already paid for school/daycare, and out $40 for my earlier ride. All for nothing! Now the guy who gave me a ride (Gregory) was super nice but I left a message for the two other managers and got no response. This guy could have saved me the trouble and the $ had he just mentioned that one fact to me. And treating me as he did was unacceptable. Before I left I told him- not everyone has $350 available for you to charge on their credit cards. My cards have a $300 limit and I hardly use them. He told me to just call the card company to increase my limit. Is this guy for real? Who does he think he is? Half assing his job, lying to customers, blaming us for his mistakes, mocking us, and of course acting like he's God's gift. He insists he gave me "all these options." No, one. He gave me one option and frankly my responsible phone call should have prevented this. Dunno why they got a bunch of young jerks running this place but I'll never recommend it or go there again. And yes, he SHOULD pay for my ride. His incompetence alone is bad enough but then his shitty attitude? Nope. I hope he gets fired. I just want to update that I emailed The "CARE" department and never got a response. So they can post whatever they want on here but doesn't show the reality of continuing to be ignored. read more

I have rented from this location several times. This time the experience was not so great. Customer service is always good and it was good this time as well but the vehicle was not ready and I had to wait. When I was asked to come and retrieve the vehicle I was told the windshield had just been replaced and it still had the TACKY blue tape on it. It was raining so the representative did get me into the car and out of the rain. I expressed that I was a little uneasy about the car especially since the windshield had just been replaced but he assured me it was ok. The USB/AUX connection did not work properly, the steering wheel was shaking on the highway over 60mph. I was not due back until 1:00pm but I just cut my trip short and returned that piece of a car when Enterprise opened at 8am. read more

The employees working there currently are so rude. I understand when an employee cant do anything about certain issues but the way they come about it is ridiculous. I have gone 4 times to rent a car reserved by my insurance company and every time i go its the same story... They don't have a car available for me. I just find that extremely unacceptable considering the fact that they ARE a car rental place. The 1st time around i understood things can happen but 4 times in and you still don't have a car after its been reserved by my insurance is ridiculous. Ive never had this issue with any other Enterprise. I will not recommend this one if you absolutely need vehicle I worse part is the 4th time i went in i even called before going to confirm that i will be able to drive off with a car that same day and they said YES.... Just left this place returning a car my husband I rented this past week. After picking up the car and driving to our first destination TVs oil change notification and filter replacement light popped up o. The dash. So because we weren't close to home we figured we'd get it changed. We got the oil and filter change and kept the receipt for $70 to turn into the company when we returned. My husband gave it to them and we were told that they would have to get it " approved" by the manager. When the rep went inside to ask the manager he said that they would contact us to let us know if we would be reimbursed. First off we shouldn't have had this issue at all because maintenance should be taken care of before we picked the car up. I would like my money back ASAP! This is insane. read more

I've been in and out of this location for the past month due to a car collision that resulted in a total. That is all besides the point. When I went in with an insurance rental they were incredibly respectful and helpful, I don't know what's up with the other reviewers but I feel like people expect too much nowadays. This is a small location with only a few staff members working at any given time. Dywane (sp?) has treated me with complete professionalism as have all the other staff members. I went in about a week ago with a reservation for a compact vehicle and since they had none I got a complimentary upgrade to a mid-size sedan, I believe, without hesitation. Since I've spent so much time here over the holiday season and am unfortunately still relegated to rentals until my situation is resolved I figured that I would go ahead and spend a few minutes giving them my honest feedback due to their help in all my troubles. To those who are saying that they check their account and they have "unauthorized" withdraws I would highly suggest you OPEN YOUR EARS next time you are in there signing away or make sure you actually read your rental agreement. All the fees were explained to me from the first time I rented and that was with insurance. I had to make another reservation, and since then several more, off of insurance and did it all with a debit card and since I am a "young driver" I had an additional $10 a day but they explained to me that they would withdraw $350 as a pre-authorization. Once I returned the rental I got the money back within 2 business days, not too shabby if I say so myself. With all of that being said this is a very professional location with a helpful and friendly staff, regardless of what the other reviewers think. That is the worst part of Yelp is that everyone thinks so highly of themselves and that they are never at fault. Rented a vehicle here last week. The driver that picked me up used the racial slur, "coon ass" in casual conversation. Then brushed it off as if I should've been okay with it. I notified the employee that provided my rental and he didn't seem surprised at all, but was VERY APOLOGETIC about my experience. Upon my return of the vehicle, I requested to be dropped off by ANYONE besides the original driver. The nice lady that dropped me off asked if everything was okay, so I explained in the car. She too seemed to not be surprised about my experience, but did apologize on behalf of Enterprise. I did reach out to enterprise via their "contact us" area of the website on day 2 of my rental, but no one has emailed or even called me back. I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of response. I've always used enterprise for rentals and really thought that they were a culturally aware and inclusive company. I see now that they aren't. Every aspect of renting was on point, except this incredibly offensive, insensitive, racist, and unacceptable experience with the driver. I can't. I won't support that type of environment. Whether renting for business or personal I will not be subjected to those types of remarks. read more

This place is sorry as heck. Please do not rent a vehicle here. They look for reasons to charge the sh$t out of you, especially one of the managers name Jason I think and the guy who walks around your car. Manager will smile and act nice but watch it. He's two faced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else. I had to cancel the $15 a day insurance because I could not afford it for the two weeks my car was worked on. Who can? When I returned my rental, there was some minor damage like a slight indent on door and chipped paint on the vehicle I rented due to an unexpected storm I got in and something hit the car when the wind picked up. My insurance company had to pay over $2,000 and I had to pay the rest, $500. This was minor damage they blew up to get a lot of money out of me. Never again will I rent here. Sorry basktards. I hope and pray you go out of business thanks to my review. If you rent here before you see my review, I'm so sorry for you. Make sure you get your $50 deposite back when you return the car and block them on your credit card so they can't make up uncessary charges. They will pocket your deposit. Don't think they won't. My dealership rented a car for me sometime at the beginning of this year. The dealership covered all the expenses, I didn't pay a dime, other than the fact that Enterprise requested my credit card in case of losses. Today, I just happened to check my account balance on this same credit card because it seemed a little too high. Low and behold, there were two charges processed yesterday for the same amount of $121. I called my credit card company and they told me I have to dispute it with Enterprise. They better not give me the run around!!! But be warned, some one there is dealing in some shady business, but I hope to get to the bottom of this. read more

Very friendly and helpful. We've used this location multiple times and have always been pleased. You usually will get a cheaper price online or on the 800 number, but you can pick it up at this location. I even had a corporate discount code but the enterprise price was better so I didn't use it. Set a reservation online to pick up a van for our family summer vacation. Chose Saturday and the only option they gave me is 12:00 noon. Showed up at 12:05 and they were unwilling to open the door. You should NOT be able to set appointments for the time that you lock the doors. You just ruined my whole vacation and I now have a bad taste for enterprise. You will never get my business back. Blame it on bad programming if you don't know who to blame. Unfortunately it is not the programmers fault. The store manager should know when appointments are made and when the store closes. I've used Enterprise twice but this location only once. I was getting the rental through insurance because my car was backed into. My insurance agent originally told me I had a $30/ day rental allowance. When I got to Enterprise, the lady told me Farmer's had allotted me only $21/ day. I told her I thought it was $30 and she worked with me and got me a full size car. (Brand new Mazda 6!!) When I returned the car, my insurance still hadn't fixed the daily allowance (even though I called and left a voicemail) and Enterprise allowed me time to fix it with my insurance and not pay the extra $ myself! So I called Farmers, got it sorted, but they still had to get the "extension" approved. I asked how I would know I was all clear with Enterprise and they said "oh it should go through..."; very vague. Not 4 hours later I get a call from the lady that helped me at Enterprise to inform me that the extension was approved and I was all clear! I really appreciated that call because I hate having open tickets or anything unpaid. Overall, Enterprise is a great company and have exceeded my expectations both times I worked with them. read more

This is NOT the location to go to if you are interested in renting a car. When I arrived on a Sunday morning I was approached by a young man who called himself "Jay" I learned later his name is Jacmarcus and he is the "manager" at this location. I told him I had reserved a large SUV, but I needed to downgraded because some of my party will not be going. He told me that was not a problem and pointed to a SUV Jaguar and stated I could rent that. I said that is fine and lets start the paper work, because I needed to be on the road shortly. He then started saying well maybe you need to look at a different car because if anything happened to the vehicle you will be responsible for it. I told him I understood and had insurance. He started getting louder and kept repeating himself like I didn't understand what he was saying. Everyone in the place started looking at us and I was baffled as to not understanding what the problem was. I was finally told him just get me a vehicle I needed to leave. He then pointed to a RAV4 and said I could take that. I left with the vehicle and then returned less than 15 minutes later because of a nail in the tire. I told "Jay" I was not taking this car and I wanted to terminated my agreement with them, because this rental was taking up too much of my time. I again asked him what is the problem with me renting the Jaguar, he then asked me "where do you work at"? I told him even though it had nothing to do with me renting a vehicle, once he recognized my employment, he did started saying OK I will find you a car, I told him NO I wanted to leave and I was done doing business with him, he started getting loud again and said I am trying to do you a favor, I told leaving out the door and then he screamed I found you car! I will have it ready in a few minutes and I have already wrote a rental agreement up for you. I had to take the car but it drove like a wagon and was not comfortable at all. "Jay" was a complete ass the whole time during this process, I overheard him tell another couple he was going to be the next District Manager and he knew what he was doing. I have used Enterprise many times but have never experienced what I did 3 weeks ago. I have written to the Enterprise corporate office but after 3 weeks of no response, I am writing to inform the public. I chose Enterprise because of it's advertisement that we will pick you up, even though another company was cheaper. I called 4 hours before I needed to be picked up and when it came time to have them pick me up at my hotel, I was told that they had no one available and when asked as to how I need to get there, was told "I don't know". I had to take a taxi to their location at my own expense. When I arrived , there were 3 employees at the location and only 2 customers. We then went out to look at the vehicle and had to point out the cracks in the windshield and other damage to the vehicle. When I asked what they were going to do about the expired inspection sticker ( 4 months expired), I was told don't worry about it. It wasn't until I insisted that this would be written on the contract and I would not be held responsible for any citations received for this during the rental that I finally signed the rental agreement. This was a one way rental and when I returned the vehicle, I was asked by the returning agent why they gave me a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. Not a great way to do business and unfortunately not considered serious enough to respond to a customer. I'm not saying avoid Enterprise but DO AVOID this location!!!!! read more
