I don't often leave reviews, but I had to post about our recent experience with RV Connection, specifically Jessica, Barbara and Matt. We have been searching for a very specific unit for several months and happened to find it in Lawton, OK at RV Connection. We live in Aurora, CO. Discussing such a big purchase on a unit 10 hours away comes with quite a bit of stress. Jessica and Barbara were both amazing with their communication. They stayed in touch and answered all emails, calls and texts promptly. They were also flexible in working with our schedule and made sure the unit was ready and in pristine condition ahead of our arrival. Despite our arrival landing on a busy day for them, they were able to start our walkthrough appointment ahead of our scheduled time. Matt did our walkthrough and helped in overseeing the install of the weight distribution hitch, reverse camera and other smaller accessories purchased onsite. They had us in and out it record timing so we were able to hit the road back to CO at a decent time. Talk about exceptional customer service!!!!!! We had decided on an RV, got there, changed our minds, they ordered a whole other rig for us and it was on site within a week. We went to pick it up and had so many questions as newbies that we were there from 1100 until 1530. Bobby, Josh, Barbara, Keegan, and Jessica made sure all of our questions were answered. Bobby went above and beyond learning about the composting toilet that we requested installed, and did an amazing job putting it in. All in all, great experience. We took our motorhome to RV connections in Lawton because our CO sensor went off one night. They stated it was a leak in the system, the kept the RV for about 2 weeks. We are actually using the RV for the first time, using the furnace that was supposed to be repaired, CO sensor went off last night. The whole process was fast and easy and we got good financing at a great rate. Also, they didn't try to upsell a bunch of addons we didn't want, and that was refreshing. They did a good job of prepping the trailer and everything worked as it should right out of the gate. We haven't needed to use the service dept so can't speak to that, but I hear it's very good. My wife and bought a new camper from from rv connection. The salesman was good thats why i gave them a 3. After the sale you are pretty much forgotten especially if there is a problem. I will never do business with them again and i would advise anyone who is thinking about it to go elsewhere. Biggest joke i ever dealt with service and office. read more

I am currently Full time Rving it. I learned that my internal cable wiring was not working. RV Connection sent a serviceman out to my travel trailer to see what was wrong. He uncovered other problems which took longer to fix but came out on 3 consecutive days until it was fixed. I have also called their office numerous times asking about how to operate other trailer features and they have always taken the time to answer my questions...even during these COVID times and short staffed. Beware! These guys are not trained to work on RVs, they did a number on me and my insurance claim. charged for new AC unit but only replaced certain parts, used cheap wiring ends that almost burned my RV to ground. then lied about it to cover their arse. We ask for itemized list of work done when we picked up RV, they gave us the run around for weeks until we dropped it. now they claiming they didn't touch AC but we have pics of before and after. Now have to hire a lawyer. seems like crooks to me! read more
