My experience with staff at this Lynnwood location was very positive. They were most accommodating to my need for comfort, and gladly exchanged vehicles when a better fit became available. They even contacted me several days after my return to let me know they found something of ours in the car, and held it at their office for us. My personal car had issues, so I had to take it to the shop. So may car insurance gave me a rental car for the mean time and put me at this location to pick up my rental. So far, I had a great experience with McKenzie and Eric. I also had to switch my car to the one with Apple CarPlay and usb-c port, and they both immediately processed my request. I reserved a car online for 3 p.m. I reserved on ashort notice; they had plenty of cars.  I was picked up on time.  Tyler was extremely courteous and pleasant.  In addition, on  the ride to pick up the rental, he mentioned they sell cars too.  He had them contact me, and long story short, I have a nice newer used car.   If I ever have the need for a rental in the future in Lynnwood, this will be my go-to place.  And, I would also recommend this location.  I was treated quite well; so well that I only had he rental car for 4 hours, great group of people there as well. read more

Not only did they come through in the clutch and put me in a decent little 4 banger.. Though my insurance didn't cover the cost of a rental, they were still kind enough to give me a significantly discounted rate! Traffic coming back was pretty gnarly, making me about 30 min late, and they didn't charge me an extra fee. Jacob and Ian helped me ensuring my experience was seamless and comfortable. I've been renting from Enterprise at this particular location for years, although intermittently. In the past two months, due to a medical emergency and having only one car, I've been renting quite a few times from this branch lately, and probably will once a week for the next couple of months. It's just easier and more economic, as strange as that sounds. I've never been treated with anything but professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. I'm been particularly impressed with Jake and Trevor (I may have his name wrong, but he had great professional service). I honestly can't thing of a negative. Maybe another chair in the waiting room? But then I rarely have to wait. Kudos, then, to a fine team that puts up with me showing up every week or so. It's more rare to find this level of customer service these days, and it's much appreciated. Also, clean and fairly new cars, always fun to explore. They seem to be industry standard in terms of pricing, and there's never a hard sell about extra coverage (I have multiple car insurance coverage). This is your place. My second time getting a rental here and seems like they have new management (Scott) from the last time I was here a year or so ago. I was in a collision and my policy covers a rental and Scott and his staff were very professional, friendly and dressed sharp like they meant business. Lynnwood Auto Rebuild (LAR) and this location has an informal partnership for business to transfer people between the 2 locations and Enterprise couldn't pick me up for some reason and LAR drove me over there. The Scott's staff was surprised how quickly I arrived and asked me if I came from LAR; I told him yes and he told me he thought the request was to pick me up at another location further away so apologized and even called LAR to apologize for the miscommunication. I witnessed all this while getting my rental and was blown away by the culture here at this branch in putting in Quality work and creating/amending relationships. This is the only way to create a sustainable business. My policy only covers up to $40 per day and Scot first asked me what kind of car I drive in order to choose his selections to offer based on the customer's life style. He offered me a BMW, a Camaro and a standard Nissan SUV. I appreciated the offer but chose the Nissan since it was within policy and Scott did not try to push it a sale in any way. I was thoroughly impressed. When my rental was due back 3 weeks later, Scott called me and informed me that my policy limit was coming up so I don't forget. When I went to return the rental in the February 2019 shit storm snowmageddon I forgot the spare key and Scott was fairly okay with me returning it the next day and noted that he can't rent out the vehicle without the spare which makes total sense from a business perspective. So definitely more kudos to Scott and his management of this branch. Before I left to get transferred back to LAR, Scott's staff ask how the overall service was and honestly told him this was the second time I came here and the first time (a year ago under different management) it wasn't as good, but now this experience was stellar. The system that Scott put in to engage customers and obtaining feedback to improve and better at key elements of a business that prioritizes quality and customers first. I know that not everyone will have the same experience and it can fluctuate, but consider giving this place a second try if you don't have a stellar experience the first time. Either way I will be coming back when needed and would recommend this location. It's the best E-Enterprise experiences I've had ever. read more

Excellent location and speedy service- first time I've ever been the only customer at a rental agency. I am at an age now where I wouldn't normally get the optional "insurance". However, they posted a good argument and talked me into it. I have to say I am very grateful for this; as I nailed not only a squirrel in Oregon, but also some debris on the road. I had made a reservation on line and had a total with tax and e everything, when I go get the car they charge me the price on line + a $100 for deposit Wich I never heard befor,and after I drop the car I ask how long for my deposit to show on my card and the guy said 3-5 buss days so I call after 7 days and the guy said that because I kept the car for an extra day I don't get it back , when I made the reservation the e specifically said for 8 days so I should have total Already right well he said no instead of paying $639 I was charge $739 They are a scam !!!I will never rent from them ever !!!! read more

While I have an account with enterprise and use them when needed, I Will never use this location again and recommend you find another spot. After dropping my car off at the body shop I waited for 45 minutes after the agreed upon time to meet with this locations enterprise rep, when they finally came the car they delivered to the shop had a nail in the tire that was easily spotted when we walked around the vehicle to inspect the car. I was then taken in that car with the nail in it back to the enterprise location where it was then realized they didn't have another suv that was compatible. So then I was taken to another location in a car that wasn't registered to pick up a highlander, only to realize they were trying to hand be an unwashed suv with bird poop dripping down the driver side door, this is where I thought I was being pranked. After I objected to pick up the second car as is, another employee with attitude went to take it through a car wash, this was now hour three of my ordeal and brought it back few minutes later for me to realize the driver side floor of this Highlander floor carpet is so warn that there is a hole where the carpet belongs (no mats in Toyota Highlander apperently) because I was pressed for time and over 3 hours later I took it as it was. I'm not making ANY of this up and I do not recommend using this circus of a location. Besides that, the signing process for vehicles is rushed through, and they do not tell you details that any other rental camp may goes through in their normal process. Locations like this give enterprise a bad name, my experience was a shi* show nightmare. Almost funny when I play it all back in my mind. Do not use this location. read more

I had a terrible experience at this Enterprise location. The employees were extremely rude and dismissive towards me except for one employee named Brinkley. The first car I was given had a flat tire and the second car smelled like cigarettes. I had to drive with the windows down in the middle of winter because the smell was so awful. On top of all this, I accidentally left my garage door opener in the car and called 10 minutes after leaving it there. I asked them to keep it over the holidays because I wasn't able to come back right away and they told me they would. When I went to pick it up they told me they threw it away. I will not be choosing Enterprise in the future, or at least not this location. read more

I have been waiting for a title to come through on my car, so I called Enterprise to see how much it would cost for the week. I was told 139.00. I knew that there were additional fees to be added on and sure enough there was. The whole total was 27.00 more including taxes. I thought that was great. i booked a reservation and asked the lady that was helping me "is that the total amount I need to bring with me?" She said, "yes." I got my confirmation and read everything on it, seemed great to me. The day I went to pick it up I had to postpone pickup and called to let them know, I asked again what the full total would be. He told me the same as my confirmation sheet said. When I went in to get the car, I had everything signed and dated and then was told it would be a hundred dollars more than what I was originally told because of a security deposit. Why couldn't that have been told to me when I went to make the reservation? Or when I called to say I'd be a bit late to pick up the car? I had to leave because I didn't bring enough cash with me so they lost a sale. Sorry guys, I went someplace else because of all of that. It was quite upsetting after I asked 3 times. Not good. Please inform your staff that they need to remind people that a security deposit has to be paid and an extra 100.00 dollars will be put on the total amount when they come to pick up the car. Hey, I love the convenience of them picking me up or picking up the vehicle at the body shop but it seems like this is a kinda shady operation. First of all, the only reason I have used them was because insurance was covering it. Once inside there is the constant up sale. I'm OK with up sale but once they start making too-good-to-be-true offers I feel like I'm at a car dealership. I only wanted a cheap transportation car since I had to cover 20%. The guy tells me that's about 6-7 dollars. Tries to up sell me a GMC Acadia for around $13, I say no, he says how about for $6 a day. Cool! I'll take it. He even writes it on the invoice. Fast forward to today when I called because they didn't call me to OK the charges to my credit card. I ask him how much was the charge?? He tells me $97.00 was my part, $13 a day. Long story short is that he is going to refund the difference (I hope) but you really need to keep an eye on these guys. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. read more

I had the most pleasant rental experience I've ever had, at this location on a busy Monday morning. Excellent, friendly customer service. I was having difficulty with Allstate insurance, covering the cost of a similar sized rental for me while the body shop was repairing my car (damaged by THEIR policy holder)....The manager at Enterprise, overheard my struggle, and stepped in and offered to cover the difference to get me and my family into a car comparable to my own. If I could leave less than one star, I would. I made a reservation to pick up a car on Saturday at 12 pm. I was never notified that this location closes at 12 pm on Saturdays, so when I showed up at 12 pm, the front door was locked, and the lights were off. I tried to get someone, anyone on the phone to figure out how to get a car, but I wasn't able to. I went online to change my reservation to the next Monday as I did need a car, and the price that originally was quoted around $300 went up to $700. I waited until that following Monday and decided to call someone at the store to figure out why no one was there when I had a reservation. The first gentleman that I got on the line named Alex (I believe), thought it would be a good idea to argue. I politely asked if he was working on that Saturday and he said yes. I then asked why, if they know that someone has a reservation (and needs a car) do they not wait around? This employee obviously lacks customer service skills because not only did he argue with me, but he hung up on me. I re-dialed the store to speak with him again, but a new employee answered the phone. His name is Brandon Lett. When I asked to speak with Alex (let's pretend his name is Alex even if it's not), I was put on hold while Brandon searched for him. I obviously knew that he was standing right there. When Brandon returned he let me know that Alex had stepped outside and wasn't available. What a coincidence. It was actually fine because I had wanted to speak with Alex's superior, and it turned out that Brandon was in charge of him. I tried to get some answers from Brandon, but he also lacked any sensible customer skills. He also argued a tiny bit with me and made way too many excuses. I completely understand that you want to go home to your family when your work day is over, but you can't even wait 2 or 3 minutes after your work day ends to see if the customer shows up? Also, what happened to the customer is always right (within reason), or since when do employees argue or make excuses to a customer? Since Brandon wasn't helpful, I then asked who his superior was. It must have been my lucky day because Brandon's boss was also in the same location. His name is Tim Keller. Brandon passed the phone to Tim, and now did I not only want to express my frustration for them not being there, but I hope that Tim would understand how poorly his employees treat a customer. Tim was a lot more pleasant to deal with, asked me how he could regain my business, but at that point it was too late. The bottom line: if you need a car, do yourself a favor, and NEVER rent from this location. In fact, do yourself the ultimate favor and NEVER rent from enterprise. Their rates aren't even that good, and who wants to deal with such lousy employees? read more

I had rented car with them as I had to drop my car to the auto-shop. They picked me up, which was nice. I was being told that I will be given insurance co. allowed rates. Infact, those rates were higher than what they have on website. I had to tell them, still they quoted little more than what I had seen on website. After telling them again, they gave me the same price. It is little disappointing how they try to sell you, which is their job and I understand but be sure to follow what you offer to your customers, not by showing something and offering something else. I had taken the basic protection on the car and rest was covered by my own insurance. So, I knew anything happen to the car is not on me. While returning car back, they checked my account and have me go without checking anything as they knew I already had protection on the car so that was a hassle-free return. read more

I rent a car at this location last week (7/12/2013). Instead of charging the usual damage waiver price, a guy working at this location scratched the already printed rental contract and hand written the damage waiver with $19.99/day, which was $3 higher per day. I questioned him, and he said "the printer did not print correctly"-- baloney! -- he dared to lie on my face! Moreover, that gentleman refuse to give me the car with a full tank! He says there is no gas pump at their location. but I said he could use a gas card to fill in the tank at a nearby gas station, but he said he has no gas card -- lying again! anyway, when I returned the car a few days later, the regional manager, Mr. Dan Pisegna, who usually works at his Kent office, was there by chance. I told him my complaint, and he agreed to change back the damage waiver to the original price. I would like to thank the regional manager, Mr. Dan Pisegna, who really cares about customer satisfaction. as for the agent who worked at this location -- he should take some basic classes to treat customers honestly! read more

My husband and I needed a rental because both our veichle wrecked. Found out from our insurance company are buying out the cars. My husband and I talked to Annette at Enterprise on Arora who meet us at GEICO insurance. We asked if we could buy a veichle at Enterprise? She stated yes she had Craig in sales department talk to my husband and my self. Craig, Richard, Isaac were AMAZING!!! We both ended up buying veichle a RAM truck and a Ford Fusion. Craig, Richard and Isaac were so amazing Craig took his time showing us veichle he was very friendly resourceful and patient with us. Richard the supervisor was so resourceful found banks for us so kind that man and Isaac the Financer made the process go smooth so did Richard and Craig in the Sales dept.. Thank you! Thank you! I have rented from this location twice, both times were good experiences, the staff is courteous and helpful, they do push the extra insurance, which if you use a major credit card and have full coverage insurance is usually not needed, but all the rental companies push the insurance. I see that many people have had problems with this Enterprise office, but my personal experience was positive. read more

I can't verify the other negative comments but my experience in dealing with this branch was over the top in terms of customer service. I can't believe it, but I'm leaving both a google review and a yelp review just because I am flat out astonished in a company that has staff who can provide such quality customer service. I got rear ended in my sports car, and after dealing with an insurance company who wasn't exactly thrilled to be helping me out, that insurance company at least set me up with this Enterprise rental branch. They even gave me a pro-tip on trying to renegotiate with the insurance adjuster to try and bump the coverage to a better tiered car (they unfortunately can't come close to my car but that's no fault of Enterprise). No one likes being a victim of a car accident. And the hassle of dealing with insurance and the auto body shop was stressful enough as is. Renting from this Enterprise branch was smooth pickings. I always rent from this location whenever I visit Lynnwood. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. They never pressure me into buying additional coverage or upgrade.I did have a problem this time since I did not get pick up at my scheduled time but they offered me a half day free for the inconvenience.
