First, we were never offered a rig for handicapp, once we started down the road, we got as far as Mt before we broke down. Tire blow out, a stop at the Butte, Mt dealership resulted in major repairs. We couldn't get the door opened from inside the trailer, no windshield fluid, changed out wipes, put In fuses, replaced gas cap that was stripped, tacked up wall in bathroom. I asked if I could replace our rig for one that worked from their lot, and I could, but I would need to rerent another rig. Subsequently as we went on our trip, we had 3 blown tires, due to dry rot, replaced air filter in engine-due to bugs, dirt, dust and grime. Last blow resulted in getting stuck on the drivers side of freeway, for 4hrs, at least, with 18 wheelers barreling down rode, leaving us swaying inside the trailer. C.A. refused to call a tow off road, until the person to change tire came and told them we needed to get off the road, that took another 2 hrs. We had to extend our trip due to these and many other issues. The Everett, Wa manager could cate less. All this occured in 2019. I have since been connected by C.A., they will reimburse $275., we paid almost $5000. to rent a rig that was suppose to work and safely carry passengers. I have come to find out, if you read your contract, C.A. is not responsible. We are, because we rented it. Beware, there are good places and not so good places to rent C.A., but, read the fine print, you inspect vehicle on lot, request test drive- for front end alignment issues. Don' t believe everything that's told to you. And you will not get good service out of Everett, Wa.

Corporate office phone were overwhelmed that day but Shannon was always available and helpful. So was the corporate manager when we were able to get through. This was our first experience with renting an RV and so far it has been a somewhat mixed bag. However I appreciated that CruiseAmerica made it right and we are immediately renting a 17' in Vancouver BC so I expect that will be fine.

The heater shook and made terrible noises. I also found a previous renter's contract with their information, plus some of their items under the passenger seat. Safety is definitely not in Cruise America Everett's mindset. After the first day of driving, we could tell the RV needed realignment and we called the service number. The service folks were the only attentive, concerned beings in this whole experience. They tried to find a repair shop on our route but no shop wanted to take it on so we had to deviate to an actual Cruise America shop in Henderson, NV, which, because of the weekend, we had to make arrangements to stay places an extra 2 days. The shop was not equipped to do realignments so they put on 2 new front tires, a new driver's side mirror, and new screws in the heater. The new tires helped but it still needed alignment. When we returned the RV and talked to the 'manager' of the issues we had, she asked the woman who had done the preview inspection if the black tank was open and empty, to which she said yes, which was an out and out lie. We were offered either $300 in credit to use here again (no way) or $150 back. We were told if we accepted any of these, we could not complain any further up the chain. That's BS and unacceptable.

Certain lights would only work sporadically, the gas knob on the stove was broken, etc etc etc. Would not rent from them ever again. They didn't offer a discount. I called about 8 times over the week to ask for assistance and no answer or return calls. So disappointed.

I…read morerefuse to write a long diatribe of a Yelp review as I am a small business owner myself, but trust me when I say that I have had an out of the box horrible experience with this company; and I am usually beyond patient with these types of things -Broken down RV including busted kitchen extenders (that you had to physically push out and pull in), light fixtures falling out, broken power steering, water pump not being set correctly, charging plug out, radio didn't work, mattress was too long for bed, so rear hatch wouldn't shut correctly, on and on and on (I'm sure I'm forgetting things). All of this was after being told that we had a "premium" RV. -Super shady up front costs on initial rental (went from $1500 to almost $3000) - Guy tried run an insurance claim on a flat tire. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run

This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. To make a long story short here are the details, planned a Labor Day weekend getaway for the Dave Matthews concert at the Gorge. We had to get towed into the camp grounds..... 1. Picked up RV (Beat up Van with well over 100k miles on it and it showed) 2. Started driving to Gorge and after about an hour it DIED 3. Called the "owner:" and he said "What would you like me to do about it" 4. Called my own tow truck and told the Owner of F Corners that I had scheduled a tow truck his response was classic "Can you just go ahead and get it fixed.....". Mind you this was Labor Day weekend, I am on my way to a concert and the van I just paid over 1k for just broke down...... 5. We got towed into the camp grounds and figured we would simply sleep in the RV and use the amenities.... no gonna happen 6. Batteries all died and then no water pump or AC 7. Called owner every two hours to get help and no answer 8. At night the carbon mono sensors went off every ten minutes (such a peaceful night) 9. We left a day early because of this mess and when I arrived at the lot with the RV on the tow truck the "owner" came running outside asking "What happened???" It took everything in my power to remain calm but I did for some strange reason. It is now 6 week later and I barely got my refund back for the RV rental and my deposit. Funny how they can take your money within minutes but when it comes to getting it back the "bank" always takes longer. Plus it took me approx. 10 phone call reminders to get my refund because apparently the owner doesn't know how to do anything except tell you what he CANT do for his customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - TRUST ME
