I will not be visiting this location back.There so unprofessional AF.Walk in for a reservation that was made months ago for a 3pm appointment get there and they advised no cars are in yet and to come back in a hour.Arrive back in a hour and advised still no car so I had to go to riverside dr location to get a car.They even called the day before to confirm the reservation so they should have advised than that no cars was not available instead of waiting on me to get there.The whole staff needs to be fired and I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.And ima continue to post reviews until the people at this location is removed.I only recommend to go to the riverside dr location they are so professional and helpful. read more

Never will use Enterprise again. Money grubbers. Neglect to tell you full details, no paperwork, tiny screen only to put initials. Would have been nice to know that damage waiver can be declined along with anything else a customer might need to know. Most people don't make a habit of renting vehicles and might not know to ask. Should pay more attention to customer understanding of charges before proceeding to the gouging than to size of dents or scrapes. read more

My son had a corporate rental that he picked up from this location. He immediately noticed that the windshield was cracked from left to right as he was getting onto I-75, but he did not have time to return to this rental location before his meeting. I am more than certain that the representative should have spotted the LARGE crack in the front windshield when he drove the car around to the front for inspection. read more

I doubt enterprise will even care but Rodney at this location was absolutely no help don't bother making a reservation because reservations are not ever guaranteed. Wednesday 10/12/2022 I used the online reservation system to reserve a vehicle for this location. I set my pickup time to 5pm because I made my reservation in the afternoon and figured vehicles would be returned by then before the close of the business day. I arrived at 4:45pm and gave the Agent my name and reservation number. She advised me that she had no vehicles. Stated my reservation was just put into the system so there are others in front of me. I questioned Why their reservation system was giving me a confirmation email of my reservation if there isn't a vehicle available? She said I don't know? Shortly after a customer pulled up to return a car and the Agent walked off to go check in the vehicle. I then asked the other Agent who was present and seated at a desk. I asked there is a vehicle being returned why can't I rent it since I have a reservation. He responded that about some 20 vehicles were to be returned today and they were not so they do not have vehicles plus turn around time to get me a rental isn't until Monday of next week. My ride had already left so I had to call them back. Waste of time I would not use enterprise again for personal use. Good customer service would be to clear out your reservation queue by calling Customers and alerting them to not come because you have no vehicles not wait until I'm in front of you and tell me. Then walk off with not so much as an excuse me I'm going to attend to this return. I just refuse to even give them another chance. Things happen but its how you bounce back that tells me your values. After the horrible experience I had with not having my car after I had put in a reservation and then calling the police because a few of the other 7 people who's car they also didn't have voiced their frustration. Enterprise then reach out through the previous review like they actually cared and that they were going to get in touch with me regarding the incident. It is hard to believe two branches could be so different. Riverside and Pio Nono. Pio Nono location is miles above the Riverside branch. Yes they are short staffed which led to long wait times. Yes the virus had us all waiting outside. Yes they are hard to get on the phone sometimes (they are very busy, with little help). Yet, these lovely people were friendly, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. They stayed calm even though they were slammed. When they were dealing with you it was as if you were the only one there doing business. If you have the choice do business with the Pio Nono location, next to Krispy Kreme. read more

I had a terrible experience due to enterprise practicing different policies in their locations. I no longer have trust or have high expectation of enterprise's companywide level of service. I made vehicle reservation for Saturday, September 22nd using my company (GEICO) discount code. I met the listed requirements to rent a vehicle (credit card, insurance card, and valid license) and called in advance twice (giving my name and reservation number) to check on my reservation and inform them of my arrival. Both calls I was assured everything was fine. However, when I arrived I was told I needed additional documentation which I didn't have and couldn't get on a Saturday before the location closed at 3pm. Because of this I wasn't able to receive my discount, increasing my price from around $50 to $177 on the spot. Enterprise makes no effort to communicate these additional requirements and this is a huge inconvenience and disservice to customers because we're not able to prepare proper documentation to avoid price changes. I am very upset smh and hope no has to feel the pain and frustration I've endured today. read more

If I could rate a negative star rate it would certainly be below a 1 star. It would be -5 instead. First off, I reserved a rental for a Monday at 4p.m. showing available vehicles for what I wanted. Everything was confirmed & about 3:35p.m. I got a call saying they had nothing available until Wednesday. Smh I chose to accept/agree with that. Got there a little late and the place was packed inside and out, with people waiting on cars. THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE!!! & Their closing time was 6p.m. I waited an hour in there before they decided to assist me any further. Just to tell me that a one way rental would also require a major credit card. Why was this information not specified on the initial reservation call? Or in their rules & regulations for renting a one way with a bank card? Then knowing they don't have any rentals for anybody, they continue to answer their calls & asking people if they're paying with debit or credit. Why does that matter if their lot is completely empty? I'm over enterprise car rentals. Smh read more

I want to rate this place with a negative 100. I mean this place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! I booked a reservation, and after the young lady booked my reservation I headed to the location. Literally as I was about to pull in, they called saying they had to cancel my reservation because other ppl were also booked, and they did the same to them. We had a reservation for a vehicle, showed up on time and then after waiting an hour were told "sorry, maybe come back tomorrow." Tomorrow came and still no cars, even though you could still rent one online. Easily the worst customer service and fleet management I've ever encountered anywhere I've traveled. I just got a car a few days ago I didn't notice until I got up for work which I work at night and sleep during the day while I have four children in school I still have to monitor as well that the check engine light the guild light the tire needs air light was all on now I have my own truck to tell me the tire needs air and I can ride on it a day or two no problems I'm a busy single mother not to mention I grabbed my I'd instead of my driver's license and he made go all the way back home when the exact same information on my I'd is on my drivers license but this car has been sitting in my driveway two or three days and the tire is flat I woke up this morning to it when I was actually taking it out there since I'm off basically the supervisor told me he couldn't assist me in what I needed and it was my FAULT I DIDNT TELL THEM OR COME BACK BUT I'm pretty sure buddy knew when he gave me the car it was up there I saw displays popping up but I didn't check them the only one I saw was check engine so I needed bother to look cause I thought it was the same thing I work a lot and don't notice certain things but when I did I made a mental not to bring it back on my day off gas is not free I live in north Macon so basically instead of helping me and admitting negligence dude said cool ima tow it and close out your ticket never again I swear and ima tell everyone to be careful ima stick to north side services like I normally do it is never a customers job to fix y'all cars you should inspect your cars before you rent them out period! Oh might I add I put air in the tire when I went to get gas myself and it still went flat! I was in need of an SUV to move my daughter into her college dorm. Enterprise was a life saver for me. The customer service was excellent and the representative ensured that I was familiar with all features before leaving the parking lot. I appreciate the fact that my prior reservation was acknowledged before the walk-customer. I felt that this was very important. I was stressed about the move in, but because I was provided a spacious and reliable vehicle I was able to relax. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future and would recommend them highly. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise! I needed a vehicle for a Memorial Day road trip. I initially planned on driving my car to Atlanta and renting a vehicle from an Enterprise there once I picked up my family. But being a busy travel weekend, the Atlanta locations had no available reservations. I checked online and this location had plenty of vehicles available, and at a cheaper rate! I made the reservation on a Wednesday afternoon and picked up the vehicle the next day. Well actually, they picked me up! Once we arrived, Jennifer took care of the reservation. All of the employees were professional and respectful. Jennifer was kind and personable while taking care of all of the paperwork. I was put in a beautiful 2017 Nissan Rouge and was on my way! I returned the vehicle on the holiday, so of course they were closed. But they had a drop box for the keys. The next day, I received an email saying my return was processed and everything checked out. My only complaint would be that the car seats were stained, but they can't really control that. The seats did appear to be cleaned to the best of their ability. But this didn't alter my experience. Overall, I was pleased and I will definitely be doing business with this Enterprise for all of my future rental needs! read more

My very first time NOT renting from Avis and I wish I would've rented from Avis! I'm not a rookie when it comes to car rentals; however, it doesn't take a genius to know that paying customers expect good customer service. This is not what I encountered when I rented from this particular Enterprise location. Courtney C., a manager trainee, attempted to humiliate me in front of other employees jut because I renturned the car with minor damages. Furthermore; Enterprise charged my card the highest deductible instead of the lower deductible. If you ever want to know what it's like to receive BAD customer service I suggest you hop in the car and roll on over to this location where I assure you won't be disappointed by their lac of compassion and willingness to help when you need it I was forced to drive 30mins out of my way to swap out a vehicle that I had already rented from Enterprise only to get there and be treated as if I were a bother while they said they no cars available to switch me into as I counted more than 20 on their lot I know they had other reservations that were later in the day but they were not willing give me the time of day or try to help with issue I was having also while standing there trying to get some I personally witnessed 2 people that had reservations have to cancel because they were unable to rent for personal reasons and apparently those cars were unavailable for me to rent also it was just a horrible experience and I'm very disappointed in Enterprise and up until now I've never had a bad thing to say about then as I've rent from them ever since I was enough to rent a car! This is the WORST location, with the WORST staff. Make a reservation, but no cars. Staff makes it worse. Always rude and that's over the phone and in person, you literally feel "less than". You have to carve out at least an hour and a half of your time just to get a car, if you can. Having to deal with customer service reps that will intentionally screw you over by having you sign up for atrocious amounts of insurance (they tried to side swipe my mother, just circled and told her to initial). When they have no cars they give you whatever comes in, despite your reservation or budget, so it's "take it or leave it". If you can go to the Riverside location that is in the parking lot with Dollar General across from Arby's. read more
