The lady who was working the front desk both times that I came here was extremely rude. Both times…read moreshe had airpods in her ears and was on her phone the entire time I was talking to her. She barely spoke to me at all. When I picked up my rental car, I asked her where the gas tank button was and she glared at me, silently walked to my car, and then pointed at it and walked away. When I dropped off the rental and she was working again, I told her that I was waiting for a car dealership to pick me up and asked if I could wait for 15 minutes in their waiting room for my ride. She looked extremely annoyed and said I couldn't because she was "about to take her lunch break". I ended up having to stand outside the store for 20 minutes in the blazing hot sun. Overall terrible experience and will not be returning.
