Then, after i returned the car on Thursday, they leached another 70.00 out on Sunday, and another 70 monday morning. I called Hertz, and they apologized for the error, and admitted that they were only supposed to have taken 140.00 TOTAL from my account. They said they would refund the money, and that it would be credited to my account in 5-7 business days. I explained that this was not acceptable. I am a single mom of 3 kids, with 2 jobs. My budget balances on a thin wire as it is. So, she said she understood, and the money would be back in my account that day. So, yesterday, (Wednesday), not only was the $ NOT in my account yet, but Hertz had sucked yet ANOTHER 140$ out of my account!!! I called them again. They said that it was going to be released on the 2th, (over 2 weeks from now). They said they took more out because they were refunding all previous transactions, and 140 was the original amount they were supposed to take. I'm sorry I'm making this post too long, but bottom line, I'm still dealing with red tape and phone calls today, and now my bank account is negative because of this, and my bank is about to bury me in an avalanche of fees!

I would recommend this location to anyone. I required a vehicle inspection, and Justin handled it for me. I chose to explore this mechanic shop - and they inspected it at no cost. Just so you know, if you go to a dealership, you will incur a diagnostic fee. The inspection was completed in less than 20 minutes. Since the car was warm, be prepared to wait a little longer before they can begin working on the vehicle. I talked with nearly all the staff here: Chad, Justin, Mike, & Vicky and they all indicated that the problem was with the turbo. - My experience with my third-party warranty that I got when I exceeded the factory warranty was utterly disappointing. I will still keep it, though. lol. My third-party warranty was a complete letdown. You can count on Vicky; she is available to help you. I must say, Vicky was invaluable throughout my experience. They did a tremendous job on our Chrysler minivan that needed some electrical work. Instead of having to replace the entire fuse box, they researched and ordered a work around for our specific issue! Saved us over a thousand dollars. We just picked up our Ford Escape who had the check engine light and diagnosed and fixed the issue and my wife's SUV is driving like it was new again!!! We dropped our son's car and they are working on it now! We do not live in Magnolia and live in Cypress.
