I would recommend this location to anyone. I required a vehicle inspection, and Justin handled it for me. I chose to explore this mechanic shop - and they inspected it at no cost. Just so you know, if you go to a dealership, you will incur a diagnostic fee. The inspection was completed in less than 20 minutes. Since the car was warm, be prepared to wait a little longer before they can begin working on the vehicle. I talked with nearly all the staff here: Chad, Justin, Mike, & Vicky and they all indicated that the problem was with the turbo. - My experience with my third-party warranty that I got when I exceeded the factory warranty was utterly disappointing. I will still keep it, though. lol. My third-party warranty was a complete letdown. You can count on Vicky; she is available to help you. I must say, Vicky was invaluable throughout my experience. If you are uncertain, I would strongly suggest coming here and asking for Vicky. In summary, the turbo failed, and the team repaired it in under 3 days. They saved me a significant amount of money. That said from the friendly and knowledgeable front desk manager Jessica to all of the mechanics, everyone is very thorough and do excellent work! They did a tremendous job on our Chrysler minivan that needed some electrical work. Instead of having to replace the entire fuse box, they researched and ordered a work around for our specific issue! Saved us over a thousand dollars. We just picked up our Ford Escape who had the check engine light and diagnosed and fixed the issue and my wife's SUV is driving like it was new again!!! We dropped our son's car and they are working on it now! We do not live in Magnolia and live in Cypress. We will continue to drive a few extra miles to get great excellent service, repair work done right, and at very competitive rates!!!
