That day the truck rolled in; I greeted a gentleman to grab the mileage and to check the fuel level. I mentioned diesel fuel foams and the length of the nozzle might have clicked off the pump before it was full. He smiled and said, " that makes sense. I'll run it down to Holiday to fill it." Thank you, Sir; see you in a few minutes. Debbie arrived and demanded to know what was happening. I explained the gentleman went back to Holiday to top off the fuel level. Debbie then began to scream and yell. "Why wasn't I told this in North Dakota?" Again; I don't know why somebody in another state would or wouldn't tell you something. That is beyond my reach of influence. I can help organize the happenings at my store. Debbie yelling at all of us, simply put me over the edge. Since I was not getting anywhere being polite, I decided to remove myself from the situation. I did drive to the Holiday Gas Station and profusely apologized to the gentleman fueling the truck. He apologized for Debbie's behavior. Myself and my employees don't deserve the treatment Debbie show us and she is no longer welcome at our business.     WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - and lack of truthfulness. Returned a Penske rental truck and found…read moreout the tank was not full. We had just filled it two blocks away - letting it fill until it automatically shut off and then removed handle. Was told upon check in that you have to pull handle most of the way out and continue filling to avoid being charged $8 per gallon. I questioned why I was not told that when I rented it - as that certainly would have prevented my frustration of having my husband have to get back into the truck to drive back down for another four gallons. The employee did not answer why I wasn't told at time of rental, causing even more frustration for me. He said, "I'm done" and walked out from behind the counter. Left the building and pulled up out front and waited for the older gentleman inside to go out and get into the truck. Before he left I asked for his name and he would not respond. The older gentleman said his name was Bill (the owner I am guessing based upon business records I checked later) and so I asked him for the employee's name and he claimed it was Bill, too. One young man was left there to finish my check in. As he also had a beard, I asked if he wanted to tell me the employee's name as I would be filing a complaint with Penske and didn't want him to get blamed as my description would be the employee with the dark beard. He then told the employee's real name was "Matt" since they both had dark beard's and I did not want the wrong one attached to the complaint. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere where they will treat you well and will honesty.

AJ and his team let me put a deposit down on the vehicle. They gave me a month and half to complet the sells transaction. I was able to complete sale in about 30 days. If you are in a rush to have the car transported, I would highly suggest obtaining your own transportation. Their transportion company delivered the vehicle intack. The car was just a beautiful in person as was advertised. The car ran beautifully. I was very happy with my over all transaction. I would purchase another vehicle from Unique Classic Cars.     I hope you "fixed all the issues". It was for sale in Houston and it had an oil leak, transmission…read moreleak, Diff leak, teeth missing on the fly wheel, Chip in the front glass. Bad bondo job in the inside bed. Plus a bent shift linkage. Old tires that came from two previous owners ago with the current owners owning it for 10 years, etc I saw this truck in person and looked it all over for a while. The gear shift linkage is bent. It will pop out of gear when driving it and you'll have to get out and pop the hood and shove it back in. The VIN number is the engine number. I am shocked to see it for sale this quickly knowing you all did not have that much time to fix all these concerning issues. If they did get it in writing that they fixed all these issues before buying it. Buyer beware. Check out Houston Mecum April 2026 and you'll see it being sold there.
