That day the truck rolled in; I greeted a gentleman to grab the mileage and to check the fuel level. I mentioned diesel fuel foams and the length of the nozzle might have clicked off the pump before it was full. He smiled and said, " that makes sense. I'll run it down to Holiday to fill it." Thank you, Sir; see you in a few minutes. Debbie arrived and demanded to know what was happening. I explained the gentleman went back to Holiday to top off the fuel level. Debbie then began to scream and yell. "Why wasn't I told this in North Dakota?" Again; I don't know why somebody in another state would or wouldn't tell you something. That is beyond my reach of influence. I can help organize the happenings at my store. Debbie yelling at all of us, simply put me over the edge. Since I was not getting anywhere being polite, I decided to remove myself from the situation. I did drive to the Holiday Gas Station and profusely apologized to the gentleman fueling the truck. He apologized for Debbie's behavior. Myself and my employees don't deserve the treatment Debbie show us and she is no longer welcome at our business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - and lack of truthfulness. Returned a Penske rental truck and found…read moreout the tank was not full. We had just filled it two blocks away - letting it fill until it automatically shut off and then removed handle. Was told upon check in that you have to pull handle most of the way out and continue filling to avoid being charged $8 per gallon. I questioned why I was not told that when I rented it - as that certainly would have prevented my frustration of having my husband have to get back into the truck to drive back down for another four gallons. The employee did not answer why I wasn't told at time of rental, causing even more frustration for me. He said, "I'm done" and walked out from behind the counter. Left the building and pulled up out front and waited for the older gentleman inside to go out and get into the truck. Before he left I asked for his name and he would not respond. The older gentleman said his name was Bill (the owner I am guessing based upon business records I checked later) and so I asked him for the employee's name and he claimed it was Bill, too. One young man was left there to finish my check in. As he also had a beard, I asked if he wanted to tell me the employee's name as I would be filing a complaint with Penske and didn't want him to get blamed as my description would be the employee with the dark beard. He then told the employee's real name was "Matt" since they both had dark beard's and I did not want the wrong one attached to the complaint. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere where they will treat you well and will honesty.

Bad bondo job in the inside bed. Plus a bent shift linkage. Old tires that came from two previous owners ago with the current owners owning it for 10 years, etc I saw this truck in person and looked it all over for a while. The gear shift linkage is bent. It will pop out of gear when driving it and you'll have to get out and pop the hood and shove it back in. The VIN number is the engine number. I am shocked to see it for sale this quickly knowing you all did not have that much time to fix all these concerning issues. These guys worked more than 3 hours taking out dog hair that took a year to gather. the interior gleamed... the seats looked new.... there were a few stray hairs but what are ya gonna do when 126 lbs of floof gets carted around everyday... my furbabies (and their humans) are now able to see out the back windows again and not have nose print (or drool) distortions.... people... this company worked hard and earned every penny of a very reasonable $250... I brought my car in for a new strut, a muffler re-weld, and a valve gasket replacement…read more Price: 800+ Appointment: 8am The manager of the service center said that the service would be done by 1pm. It wasn't done until 5:30pm. I picked up my car and immediately noticed that they hadn't re-welded the muffler. They promptly did that job after I brought it to their attention. Now, they did do a great job in fixing the issues. The problem was their communication with me. I did not feel like they were being honest with me. the manager and the mechanic would whisper back and forth right in front of me like they weren't telling me the whole story. I figured I'd be treated a bit better given the fact that my parent's use Adams Auto exclusively for all of their car needs. They have purchased 6+ cars from them and only go to them for servicing. I made sure the manager knew that. Will I go to them again? Not likely for a big job like this one but maybe for a little tire rotation or something.

I ran over a dead deer laying on on the road in the early morning damaging the bottom of my car…read more.. pulled in to Abra at 7:20 am(they open at 7:30am)...in ten minutes they had our car on the hoist and were able to give Me an estimate and by 9:00am I was in my rental car on my way home... repair took about a week and a half and they kept Me informed of progress the whole time...Great People to work with and I highly Recommend...We had an Awesome experience for hitting a deer...lol

i earlier posted a review n didn't even realize how snobby it made me sound n had already posted it…read moren made these guys seem like a not so good place too go... but that is totally wrong. everyone that i had to work with at this company to be able to get my car fixed were spot on. my car was stolen n recovered and it was repaired and looks like a brand new car again. i would recommend this company to a million n one people if i needed. the only problem was me. i was in shock n i dont even ever wanna see or drive the car because it scared me to the point that i dont even wanna be in that town but again that was me they r great....
