I ran over a dead deer laying on on the road in the early morning damaging the bottom of my car... pulled in to Abra at 7:20 am(they open at 7:30am)...in ten minutes they had our car on the hoist and were able to give Me an estimate and by 9:00am I was in my rental car on my way home... repair took about a week and a half and they kept Me informed of progress the whole time...Great People to work with and I highly Recommend...We had an Awesome experience for hitting a deer...lol read more

i earlier posted a review n didn't even realize how snobby it made me sound n had already posted it n made these guys seem like a not so good place too go... but that is totally wrong. everyone that i had to work with at this company to be able to get my car fixed were spot on. my car was stolen n recovered and it was repaired and looks like a brand new car again. i would recommend this company to a million n one people if i needed. the only problem was me. i was in shock n i dont even ever wanna see or drive the car because it scared me to the point that i dont even wanna be in that town but again that was me they r great.... read more

I made an appointment three weeks prior to bringing my car in. I brought my car in on a Monday and they still didn't get a start to it by Friday of that week. Speaking to them on the phone just resulted in excuses and half-hearted apologies. There service and attitude is ridiculous. read more

Went in to have an estimate done and both estimators were currently busy I sat down to wait. Shortly after another customer came in but was somehow helped before me. Annoyed but understanding accidents happen I continued to wait. Once again a customer came in and was helped before me. Twice in a row. If you can't simply help customers in the correct order I would not trust you to fix my new car. Disgruntled customer. read more

Great customer service! My break light was dead and needed to be replaced. After buying the light to fix it on my own I couldn't get the plastic to pop off to get to the light. I stopped at another place in town and asked how much it might cost to look at it and they said I'd have to leave my car there and they couldn't know how much it'd cost without looking. I then tried stopping at this place to ask the same thing, they told me they could help me fix it right then and there no problem. An older gentleman helped me for no charge and was very kind. Great customer service!!! Got rear ended recently so needed my bumper fixed. Walked in got an estimate in about 15 minutes. Scheduled the repair for a few days later, they said it would be two days and they had it done before that. They sent text messages keeping me up to date on the repair. Best of all when I picked it up they had washed my car, vacuumed the inside, adjusted the air in my tires so the low tire light was off, and replaced my burnt out headlight bulb. I had some drops of black spray paint on the top of the trunk and side of the car and they had buffed those off too. It is like a new car!
