He also provided an explanation of what the issue was in terms I could understand and to help me be knowledgeable when reaching out to other places to get a fix. He's also done repairs on my fiancé's car and they always get things done promptly and for a much more reasonable price than I've seen other places in town. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here =)

My son had some work done on his car and shortly thereafter the part that they replaced (tie rod…read moreend) broke while he was driving the car. Fortunately he was going slow enough that he was not injured but he was left stranded and the front fender of his car was damaged. This was a defective part and repair should have been covered by warranty. While AutoZone (part supplier) did pay for the repair to the front end, they have still not paid for the damage done to the front fender. It has now been 3 months since the incident and I just keep getting excuses. If this had happened at highway speed, my son could have been killed or seriously injured. Greg's and/or AutoZone need to step up and pay my son for the damage done to his car as a result of a faulty part!!!

They did a comparisons of oil and fluid. They replaced the faulty part and repaired the damaged done by previous. They communicated after the repairs to make sure all was good. I go to the Mankato Sam's Club as it is the nearest one for me. My experiences here have always…read morebeen great. I especially like the Scan-n-Go. It makes shopping so much easier, as there is no waiting in lines just scan your items on your phone and total and leave. I also use the ship to home option also. Even though one of the responders complained about this, I have found no problems so far. This is of the reasons I am shopping at Sam's Club; I was a member at Costco for almost 25 years in that time I had only one return of a product. I had ordered the Kirkland Protein drink which was wrapped in plastic if you picked it up at the store. When they shipped, they just wrapped it further in plastic, no box just plastic. When I received the package several of the paper cartons were crushed and leaking. When I contacted Costco the only recourse they offered was to send out another case of the product. I even offered to return the damaged case for a refund. I asked to have a supervisor contact me, no contact was made. I typically order the Tart Cherry Juice from Sam's Club, they are always double boxed, never had a problem with a crushed box. So yeah, I think Sam's Club is great.
