A guy, Craig, came out and began talking to me about the Nissan that I was peaking in the windows of. I walked around to the other side of the vehicle and asked Craig about the missing antenna. He advised that someone had stolen the antennas of that and some other vehicles some time ago. He "assured me" that this hadn't been commonplace in his years in business. When they pulled the rental up it was a bucket (meaning the car looked bad). It had considerable damage to the body and the bumber was cracked completely in half. Tanya (the rental agent) spoke with my boyfriend and when I asked about the damage she said 'dont worry about it, the car is for sale as is.' We drove the car for the designated week and returned it. I was charged an extra $85 - when I inquired about why, he said that the mileage was 'slightly over." To the tune of $85, I think not. I drove from work to home, and ONCE to the grocery store ON THE WAY back from work ...how was it possibly "over." I asked that someone have Tanya call me back when she got in the office. I heard nothing from her. The charge did not appear on my card after 3 days. I ignorantly assumed the error had been corrected. Several days later, I check my bank balance to find that $250 have been taken from my account from Bargain Xpress. I called immediately. Tanya says "There was damage to the door, like someone tried to break into the car." I said okay, when did this damage occur because at the time of drop off noone made any mention of break in damage to the car. She said she couldnt tell me. I advised that I wanted to see a receipt for the cost of repair to the tune of $250. She stated that the damage wasnt going to be repaired as the car was going to be sold as-is. I then asked what the $250 is for if the damage wasnt going to be corrected. She said its the holding fee....WTF!?! I asked if the damage had been on their lot. Tanya stated that regardless, the car (including damage to it) was our responsibility until the "final audit" had been completed...even though it had been a FULL WEEK since I had dropped the car off! I advised that I was going to bring someone to her location to give me an estimate of the cost of repair and that I'd like to see any paperwork she has regarding the condition of the car and cost of repairs. She then said "I cant tell you that the car will still be here when you get here." Really! That sounds to me like you're going to hide the car as to not have to provide me the information I'm looking for.... These people are scam artists! There cars are junk - (let me say that my use of the word just is not opinion, as I went to the auto repair shop and detailer that this company uses to ask about their business practices and was advised by several members of the repairs shop staff to be wary of that organization because they had been asked to many "patch jobs" on vehicles for sale on their lot") DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY! Of all the enterprise I have tried, I do not recommend this location due to quality of vehicle…read moremaintenance. Using the click and pick deal, I had a mediocre car while the rental had other compact cars available. Two wheels were exposed, missing their covers, and vehicle had long scratch marks! The manager was nice to try to find a better deal but claimed this was the only vehicle available. I drove off the Mitsubishi and found out my trunk couldn't open! I tested the manual lock switch and didn't see any emergency indoor unlock handles inside the vehicle for the trunk. Fortunately, the staff of the day was able to swap vehicles the next day. I found the situation interesting, considering how I received a compact vehicle I saw the other day. Keep in mind, rentals have different authorization of categorizing their rental vehicles. I suppose management requires this location to be more profitable.

Car servicing, travel planning, insurance needs, purchase luggage, you can do it all here. The facility is open 7 days a week. M-F 7am-7pm. Sat 8am - 5pm. Sun 10am - 4pm. I had to get an International Drivers License. I walked in and was greeted immediately and told I would be helped in a few minutes. The staff is very professional and friendly. The process to get my license was very fast. If you need to bring you car in for inspections or maintenance the services are offered here. Members get a 10% discount on car care services. You don't have to be a AAA member to get your car care needs taken care of. I had visited this location before, this is the 1st time I checked in and wrote a review. Really convenient. Cash, credit and Debit cards are accepted here.

I show up and no one is there. Door is locked. Note on the door too me to "hang tight". Seriously?! I called the 800 number and no one cared. Never again Hertz! UPDATE: the whole reason we needed the car then was for a pick up. We had to squeeze too many people in a car to make it work. Disappointing.
