Due to the insurance I have, it was supposed to be easier to come here. The car was dirty and disgusting, the car was 2 years old and already had the service engine soon light come on a day into the rental. I was to get a call when the insurance would no longer cover the rental. I got a call on Friday stating that Monday is the last day the insurance would cover. I made sure to call back to confirm, I spoke to Katie and she confirmed yes, Monday. I get a call 3 days later and now I owe a bill for Monday. Why? The communication is terrible and not explained properly if it's Monday that is the last day of coverage then I am good, correct? Tell me Sunday if that's the case so that I am not billed for Monday. What a scam. I would never recommend coming to this place, a bunch of poor communicators who are scammers and don't care. read more

Daughter was on an accident, and insurance told her she could get a rental. At Enterprise they told her I needed to put a card on file, and the money would be returned. $973 later, I find out I signed up for optional coverage. I called and asked for a refund. Enterprise said so sad, you signed a contract, no refund. Get everything in writing and read it first. I was scammed and will not use them again. Buyer be ware. read more

These guys are thieves. Requested a rental through my car insurance and had them bring the rental to caliber collision. They brought the largest car they had with no other option, and subsequently charged us $175 on top of the amount the insurance paid them. I specifically asked for a small sedan like mine and they brought and Infiniti QX80 (massive 7 seater). My insurance authorized $50 dollars a day but enterprise took advantage of us. When I called them to make them aware it was their error they were extremely nasty on the phone. If you can avoid, DONT use this branch. Never had this experience at the other locations. read more

My experience at Enterprise was nothing less than perfect. Marisa made the experience easy and hassle free for me. My car is in the shop sadly but they were right there for me when I needed another vehicle to use. The customer service I received was top tier and the car I rented was clean from top to bottom. They found the vehicle I wanted at another location and delivered it to this location. They were apologetic about the other locations issues and handled the issue promptly. As I got my car fix from my insurance and what happen the enterprise call me and they charge my card but it didn't go through them they call me and let me know what's going on with the insurance and I have to pay .... on my behalf it's not a problem the only concern I have is that they try to charge my card when it don't go through them they call me ... it should be the other way around I'm the customer.... I have no problem to pay but when you try to charge my card and then call me later say the card will not go through.... I know it will not go through cause it didn't arthorize that ... then they have the nerve to call me and say my card did not go through. And I told them it will not cause I did not arthorize that transaction... so my opinion is be careful with them in pitman..... and I will be happy to talk to their customer service ... I'm not happy I should have went some where else...... read more

Made my rental car experience fast and painless. Went in with a reservation and came out driving within 30 minutes. Dropoff took about 10 minutes. I will use them again everytime I visit New Jersey. read more

Overall the experience was good. Pick up quick and drop off convenient. The only issue was given a car with an almost flat back tire. Did not discover this until extremely early the next morning when the car alerted me while driving. Since it was so early could not go back to Enterprise. I filled the tire and kept a watch. Was nervous since I was driving a distance with the car. read more

Unfortunately, this is the WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. I called them for a pick-up and rental as soon as they opened at 8 am. The rep on the phone took my name and number and said someone would call me right back to get me a rental. Two hours later, I called them back and he (Rich) said they lost my information. I gave him my info again and he said they were sending someone in 10 minutes. An hour later, when no one came, I called and he said they were just busy and were preparing my car and coming over "in a few minutes". Then, another hour later, when no one came, I called yet again. The same rep apologized and said they were on their way. A half hour later, someone showed up at my door to pick me up. She was friendly and professional. However, she did not take me to their shop that was 3 minutes from my house. Instead, she took me to a location in Swedesboro that was about 25 minutes away. Had I know the delays would add up so much, I would have chosen another rental. But that is why they strung me along, so they could still get my business even though they were overextended. Then, the only cars they offered were me were two Ford Expeditions and one very small Rio. After getting upset, the manager who drove me to Swedesboro offered me a mid range sedan, a Chrysler 200. The car was filthy on the inside and outside, had cigarette holes on the door, smelled like cigarettes inside, and the seats were all very stained. I had waited long enough so I agreed to take the car. When she started to process my information, she said "You know about the $400 deposit, right?". Of course, I did not know because the rep on the phone never told me. Nonetheless, I agreed so they processed it. I asked for their store manager to call me because I was disgusted with all the service hiccups. Breanne (I apologize if misspelled) said she wanted make things right and asked me to give them a chance to to do that by the end of the day. I told her I would, only because of her professionalism and sincerity, but someone in charge should reach out at this point. At the end of the day, she called and said she was unable to get me a better car. That wasn't so bad as when she said her manager was too busy to call me and had left for the evening. At that point, I let her know I would be returning the car in the morning and getting a rental from another service. I will now have to inconvenience myself again just to make sure this unprofessional business in my own neighborhood doesn't get any more of my business. How disappointing! read more
