THEY'RE GOING TO ROB YOU AND LIE!!!! Got a vehicle under insurance as I was rear ended a week prior. I wanted a vehicle that was slightly larger than the absolutely unsafe Mitsubishi Mirage that should be illegal to even give as a rental vehicle. I got a Ford escape and was told by 2 workers that it would only be $8.00 extra in total for this vehicle. I was also told that the deposit would be $50 and returned to me when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Instead of being charged the $58.00 plus 7% Florida tax, I was charged double of $100.41, which I did not authorize or agree to. They also did not give me back my $50 deposit and instead gave me $37 even though they gave me a dirty vehicle and I filled up the tank completely before returning their vehicle. - Charges are being disputed and please believe I will be contacting the company very soon. If they do not fix the issue, I will have no other choice than to dispute ALL charges made by Enterprise. My name is also spelled wrong on their paperwork, so technically I did NOT authorize any payments. read more

Rented a premium car and have a valid Canadian drivers license. I came in and Elizabeth told me they need an additional document but couldn't tell me what it is. Tamera, the area manager was in and also didn't know what the document was. I rent cars from enterprise all the time and actually worked for enterprise many years ago. I've never experienced such poor service. Currently in an uber and now going to be late to the rest of my appointments and meetings today due to the experience I had in this store. This has to be the worst branch of enterprise companies. We made a reservation for an SUV. When we came to the branch, they told us that the only vehicle they could give us was a Van. Since we had no other choice, we agreed to take the vehicle. We soon realized that the battery of the vehicle they gave us was dead and every time we wanted to start the vehicle again, we had to jump it with a cable from another vehicle. Our vacation and all our plans were ruined. on top of that, we were told that a total refund would be made and no refund was given. We were able to change our vehicle from orlando airport with very hardly on the last day. It was a terrible experience and at least we expected to have compensate from the branch but they were playing tricks on us. Totally a shame . It was one of my best experiences in car rental. All personnel is extremely friendly, polite and positive. It took 10 minutes to take a car. All the process happened automatically on a tablet. I got my contacts copy on my email, which is quite short and understandable. The car, which is Ford Edge, was new, quite cheap and clean with good technical conditions and even window cleaning liquid. The return process was much easer than anywhere else! They accepted the same gas level. My manager Fernando was extremely supportive and polite. But I'll repeat that all guys there are positive and having best communication skills. Not sure why this location has a low rating, but I had a great experience here. The staff were all friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door. This location was clean and well kept. I was given the option to choose my preferred vehicle from the choices they currently had, the vehicle was clean inside and out. Paperwork was also done quickly- basically just sign the iPad after my license and credit card (for deposit) was inputed. I had the worst experience with this enterprise. I booked my rental a month in advance and when it was time for me to get the rental, it wasn't clean and smelled like smoke. When I asked if they could give me something else, they said that I had to take that one because it was in the price budget that I booked for. I decided to take the rental and I didn't even drive 5 blocks out and the car warning "reduce engine power" appeared and the car was sputtering. My reservation was for 5:30pm, didn't get the car until 5:45-5:50pm, and this location closed at 6pm. I had to drive to the nearest airport to get a rental and didn't get on the road until 7:40pm. When it was time to return the rental, they didn't allow me to return it to the airport, I had to bring it back to the first location and they closed at 5pm on Sundays. I returned the car and thought my troubles were over and the next day I noticed they charged me for gas after I returned the car full of gas and they charged my card another additional $50! When I tried calling them, no one picks up the phone and when they do, they leave you on hold forever! The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. read more

We had an excellent experience here. Tal Caspi was exceptional. I've never met a rental car representative who was as helpful and kind as she was. She was patient as she went over the operation of the unfamiliar Mazda. She gave me her email in case of further questions. Then, two days later, when I emailed her with a question, she replied within a minute. She was equally helpful l when we returned the car. Unfortunately when I arrived the attendee advised me nothing was available, sent me to another location. The second location didn't have any vehicles either. I called the corporate line who promised me there were multiple vehicles available at the original location, so I went back. Upon arrival the manager, Christian, attempted to up charge me without explanation. We argued on the topic until I realized we were going in circles, so I agreed to his terms. Then Christian told me he changed his mind and won't be renting the car to me... yeah, huge power trip. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business at this location. I usually don't write any reviews, but the customer service was not great, tanisha did not know the company policy with fleet vehicles as she asked me to provide certain documents that my company had all ready provided to Enterprise. Also I called ahead and ask if the driver could drop me off at a local dealership that was 3.5 miles from that specific branch and tanisha stated that they only had a 1 miles radius that they would drop off clients. I looked at the website and it stats that enterprise has a 10 mile radius of pick up and drop off. Very disappointed with that branch's customer service. read more

Frank the manager is very accommodating. But why I'm giving them 5 stars is because they are really the best in helping people. I rented a relatively new car from them, a small Nissan Rouge, with only 4,000 miles. I brought it to Palm Coast, loaded it with my moving stuff from my apartment to bring to Miami Beach. As I was driving close to Ormond Beach, the engine light came on and was telling me to bring the car to be serviced. That was at 1 am on Nov 11. I had to go back to my apartment. At 0900, I called Enterprise at the Airport Road, Palm Coast , a mile away from my apartment. Whoever answered me was really rude, telling me to bring my car to Tire Kingdom and return my car where I got it from Miami. I told her the engine light was on and can't be driven for 4-5 hours! She didn't care. I called this place at West Dixie and the lady who answered immediately helped me. When I told her that it's Saturday and that Airport Road Enterprise at Palm Coast was closing soon in an hour, She connected me to Roadside Assistance and the man from Roadside assistance noted everything and he said that he emailed them and that they would give me a replacement car. I made it there at 1145, only 15 minutes left. The guy Joshua from that Airport Road branch was apologetic and got me a replacement car right away so I could go home to Miami Beach. If the lady that answered my call at West Dixie Enterprise didn't help me, I would've been stuck 2-3 more days at Palm Coast. I believe that the employees at this Enterprise branch are all compassionate and very helpful. I would always rent a car from them. read more

The worst Enterprise I have ever been to. I have rented from Enterprise exclusively in the past from locations all over the country and have been part of their loyalty program, but this experience was so bad that I will never rent from them again. Made a reservation weeks in advance and when we arrived no car was available. Should have known by the state of the office that this would be a poor experience. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (dirt and debris all over the floor and the restrooms were disgusting. The hot water didn't even work!) Waited 45 minutes and finally they have something for us. The car was dented and scratched on all sides the gas was under the empty line. The car was not cleaned (ashes all over the place and STICKY steering wheel). We drove it for a mile and noticed the transmission was jumping every time it shifted gears. Took the car back immediately and nobody seemed to care. Waited another 30 minutes for another car. This time the car had no washer fluid but we were already so angry and late for a meeting that we just let it go. I am not one to complain, but I decided to call the corporate office to tell them what happened. Was told the regional manager would call me but this never happened. Never rent from this enterprise location. Every time I have used this location there has always been an issue. The first time I rented here the car needed maintenance and I had to go to the shop multiple times and waste countless hours. They gave me a car with a hole in the sidewall of the tire and I almost died driving on the road. They held me responsible because they know they don't check the integrity of the tires before giving the rental car. The staff continually repeated that they were not at fault and didn't bother to listen to what I had to say. I didn't expect to be spending most of my time with my mom at enterprise. Rented a car yesterday. Did the walk around told the guy, it had scratches on the bottom driver front bumper he acknowledged it said not to worry. My husband came in today to return the car AND guess what now I'm the one that damaged the front of the car. I guess he forgot what he said and is denying it. Told manager he could care less. They were able to provide a car rental at last minute.The first car that was given made a little noise on the highway which brought concerns but were able to accommodate with another car.
