I would like to update my review. After some follow-up regarding a $125.92 charge on my credit card- although my insurance had covered the rental- the team handled everything beautifully, today! At the time, Nate, the manager, kindly picked me up from the repair shop. He was exceptionally polite and welcoming-truly one of the most gracious professionals I've met. He made the experience feel almost like the start of a vacation. Although the location was short-staffed and the process initially took some time, I visited again today to clarify the charge. made a reservation online, took a lyft over to pick it up, and instead of being greeted and helped i was told there were no cars. i said that i had a reservation but the representative said "everyone has a reservation" and then took a personal phone call at the desk before heading to the back. i wasn't offered assistance, solutions, or even an apology. i wasn't even asked for my name or reservation. i waited there for 20 mins on hold with a different branch and the agent literally never reappeared (though i could hear him cackling in the background on the phone). fortunately was able to cancel with corporate because i wasn't even able to cancel with the agent. read more

I reserved my car for this morning for 830 pick up. It is now 1030 and I still have not received an update on the rental. I've been waiting for two hours. I went in to ask an associate how much longer and she said "give us a few minutes" I've given them 2 hours. I've rented from here before and I has never been this long or the customer service this poor. I will not be bringing my business here again. Even if you reserve a car for a certain pick up time you can expect to wait over two hours with very unhelpful staff. When I finally received my vehicle it was filthy. They had washed the outside but the inside had not been wiped down per their updated covid protocols. The inside smelled like cigarettes and I actually saw ashes all of the dash and cup holder. On the outside the van had so many scrapes and dents it just looked awful. I was told I could switch it out at another location if I like. Please note that if I can give this place minus 0 stars I would. Yes, this was the worst experience I ever had with any business! The worst. My nightmare with this location started the day before I was supposed to pick up my rental. I called to make sure someone will pick me up the next morning at 8am. They said, "Call tomorrow at 7:30, and will send you a driver". First Lie. I called the next morning as instructed, and they said "We don't have any drivers until 9 am". Red flag. I decided to call an Uber so, I will be on time to pick up the rental. After paying $8 to Uber, I got to this location, and they proceed to tell me they will be charging my credit card with $300 deposit. Fine. I gave them my credit card. After entering ALL my information into the system, they told me (Are you ready?) THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY RENTAL. Mind you, I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance, because I was attending an event from my office. And why in the world they didn't warned me they didn't have a rental when I called asking for a pick up? Because they are the worst! They saw me so desperate, they told me another lie: They said they spoke with their location on Dixie Highway, and they had a car waiting for me over there. They dropped me like a hot potato at that location, and when I explained to the manager my ordeal, he said: "No one has called us". And (are you ready?), he said: WE DON'T HAVE A RENTAL FOR YOU. At that point, I was beyond upset. I researched who was in charge of these awful, and dishonest employees. I found a name: Jason Nissan, the regional director. I left a message so appealing that two managers called me. One of them, Carlos, sounded apologetic. But he totally missed the point. He failed to acknowledged something was wrong with the employees working at his location. Instead, he tried to convince me to give Enterprise a second chance. Carlos, the damage was done, and you as a manager failed the company. I can honestly say I WILL NEVER EVER CALL ENTERPRISE AGAIN. I ordered an suv to take on a week end trip for a celebration of life for a loved one! I did this two weeks prior to the event and because I am an elder who is disabled truly needed the suv . I could lie down in back seat when in front seat got too much my disability. To my dismay chagrin and anger the car was not available! I was quite stunned and stressed and the best they could do was tell me to go to Mia airport!! An hour there and hour back and then no service to said new pickup spot. To this day not one single customer service has done anything to make this wrong a right! Unacceptable and just stressed me out more because of the sudden death and emotions were running high. Again to date nothing not even an apology letter was granted to me. I would never after being a loyal 40 year customer would recommend this company enterprise any further. We contacted to confirm multiple times and we were still told they was nothing they could do. They said they called in advance to say they had no cars but this was ONCE three days before our pick up date, even though we called a day in advance and was told the reservation was fine. I arrived to this location on 9/23/21 (booked 5/31/21), to pick up my van (booked through AAA). My traveling party was waiting for me at home to leave. Upon arrival to the location, I was informed that there was no van to pick up and that the company tried calling me. I was never contacted via phone or email. Worse, I was out of a vehicle for my travel. The attendant on duty did not provide an additional support. When I asked if there were other vehicles, I was told "no." When I asked if she could cancel my order, she said "not to worry. As long as you didn't pick up an order, you'd be fine." When I asked for assistance to connect to another rental site, she told me that she couldn't help me. Frustrated, I had to search immediately for another rental vendor, of which was Enterprise but at a better, more professional location just minutes away from this location. However, I was charged double for the booking. Now I'm disputing the price with Enterprise and may seek legal counsel. In brief, this is very disappointing. When I returned my rented car I was greeted with keys. He did not ask me my name he goes outside to check the car and when he comes back in he comes to me and calls me someone else name. I said to him if you would have asked me my name when I came in you would not be standing in front me calling me someone else name. He lied and said he did ask me my name, he tries to give me back the car keys and says he was not going to help me. When I called him out on what he did . I had made a reservation to pick up a car 2 days ago. My plan was to spend Thanksgiving with my best friend who's husband just passed away. I show up this morning to pick up my reserved car and they had no cars, but did have a full staff inside. Firstly, it makes no sense at all as to why this place is actively taking reservations when they have no cars available. Secondly, utilize your staff in a more efficient manner by having them call those who have reservations and let them know that you have no cars. I spent money on an Uber to go back and forth to this garbagetrash business just to yell at customer service on the phone in the rain (in the hood) and come home. A royal waste of time and money, THANKS! You have successfully succeeded in breaking my best friend's heart. The one thing that she wanted was for me to spend the holiday with her so that she would not be spending it alone. She will be by herself in the house she shared with the dead husband she just buried on Thanksgiving. I was in a car accident on Monday. Monday evening I called to make a reservation for Tuesday morning. I walked all the way so that I could be there when they opened and they told me they did not have any cars. This morning, I called the local number and pressed the number to speak with the local office. I asked if they had any cars in stock and they said yes so I walked there again and the agent told me that they did not have any cars available. Your one job is to rent cars. I have rented from this location multiple times and never had an issue. Everyone has always been very friendly and extremely helpful. The rentals I've had from this location were both insurance and personal. Today I picked up a personal rental. Yukon XL. They went and put gas in it before giving it to me (they easily could have given it to me on E and said "just bring it back on E" which I've had said to me by my vehicle dealership before), and even filled up the washer fluid for me. read more

Got there 20 min earlier from the reservation and day the car was going to take 20 min. I left to the corner to grab something to ea t and came back 22 min and the car car was still not ready so I signed where they told me and still told me to come back because they were sanitizing it. So fir the 3rd time I'm back and I see a totally different car to what promise the first, the se cons and the thirteenth time I when there. I saw them nervous when they gave me the keys and pointed to the car so I refused the car since it was too small. I when in and the manager said well you have to pay one day of rental plus we do not have cars now the one that was promised is broken so I laugh and she was sarcastic the entire time until the end. I have been renting from Enterprise out the years and never had a problem until dealing with this Enterprise store. Reserved a vehicle for 11:00 AM pickup from my repair shop. Didn't pick me up. Then no cars ready after 30 minutes stared asking questions rude behavior from staff and management. They said we will not have a car anytime soon drove me back to my repair shop. Just horrible customer service. No respect for peoples time. I arrived to pick up a car, and the manager and his crew kept me waiting for 16 mins before unapologetically tried to assist me. Kept me waiting while supposedly attending to other issues while trying to check me into a vehicle. At the end he refused to complete my rental, because I expressed my annoyance at the long wait and I had to leave which was a blessing, as I didn't really need to rent a vehicle.and by the way, there were no customers on cue. This has got to be the worst enterprise location in Florida if not the US. I had to get a rental from them due to an accident I was in and it was extremely painstaking. First of all their business hours are very limited with no evening hours making it impossible for people who work to pick up or return cars. Also - no after hours returns. Now to get into the issues while I was there. They have a policy that impacts anyone who wants to use a debit card where they must provide additional documentation to verify their address. I totally understand but this should be disclosed at the time of the rental reservation so that people come prepared with the documents. Even though I was not put in this situation I sympathized with these people who were trying to get a rental car and are now stuck without what they need to do so based on their choice of payment. I was in this location for almost an hour to get the car. This is insane. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even talk to me to check me in which to my surprise was just the first step because then I had to wait for over a half hour for them to get a car ready for me. It was honestly shocking how nice the attendants where with the bs they had to put us through. They need some serious work at this location and if this is the case at other locations they need to seriously reconsider who they do business. read more

They charged my credit card 350 dollars unauthorized. They require a 100 deposit on the car even tho Geico was paying for the rental (that is how they got my CC info in the first play). I cant get a hold of them over the phone so now I am forced to go to them in person on my day off work and enjoy the lovely ambience and service (sarcasm). My advice if you are forced to rent your car here by Geico is to keep a close watch on your credit card statement because it looks like i am not the only one who has experienced this. The car had cockroaches First I waited 15mins for them to pick up the phone so they could pick me up from a nearby collision center. Once I'm there I got the car very fast although they gave me a car with low oil, and I didn't notice it at the time but the inside of the car was covered in roaches. Once I found out I called to speak to the manager and he got on the phone without introducing himself by name. He was less than apologetic and told me he would call me back in 40minutes with a new car. Two hours later I called back and was told I'd have a car ready to go in 30mins. I got there in 30 but still had to wait around 25mins. Once I walked in the manager was sitting in the back hiding he didn't greet me or help me I stood there until another worker came back inside to help me. Alex was the only worker that was kind and apologetic about the roaches. It was very disgusting to see about 5 roaches crawling on the passenger seat and the backseat floor. With the exception of Alex Ive never had such unprofessionalism at an enterprise. I would never recommend this location. read more

If you're looking to rent a car from a company who tells you that you'll have a car but then when you show up they don't have a car for you, then Enterprise is the company for you. I confirmed my rental two days in advance at their request by email, then arrived at noon the day that I was supposed to pick it up where I was told that they didn't have a car for me yet and they didn't know when they have a car for me. I continued to ask the person at the counter how I would find out if they had a car at which point they said they didn't even think they'd have a car for me today but they'll call me when they have a car. That interaction happened on Tuesday, March 23. Today is March 29th...I'm still waiting for the call. I was never told that I had a car nor was I called to say that they couldn't provide a car for me. They just dropped me. Yesterday I called to express my dissatisfaction with the transaction and a customer service rep told me that they would elevate the case and somebody would be getting back to me later today (yesterday). I waited all day to no avail. Find someone else. Enterprise is completely unreliable and clearly could care less about their customers. read more
