Chris went above and beyond for me! I have been renting a vehicle for over 5 weeks now while the dealership is in no hurry to repair my RAM. I asked him if I could switch vehicles due to some changes that required a different type of vehicle. I was so happy he was able to accommodate me however I felt bad cause when I swapped vehicles, he was super busy, there by himself, and I could see he didn't have time for this but he did it anyway. I would give it a zero if I could. Called about renting a car was told no problem we will have one for you as long as your here today by 4:45 so I had to cancel an appointment I had only to get a phone call at 4:00 telling me they don't have one. I said if you don't have any full size car like I requested do you have anything available I really needed a vehicle so I was willing to pay more if I had to but they said no we don't have no vehicles. Why couldn't they have told me this when I had called in the morning to rent it! Then proceeds to say maybe I will have one tomorrow little late I need one to drive to work tomorrow! So don't even bother calling ahead and they tell you ok your all set I have one reserved for you! read more

Reserved my vehicle 10 days in advance. Was told mid side SUV would be a Toyota Rav, Jeep Cherokee or Nissan Rogue. Showed up to pick up my vehicle. Brady takes me to a Hyundai (very dirty on the inside and outside) He said if I did not like it I could wait a couple of hours for it to be cleaned. I asked why I could not be placed into the clean mid size behind the dirty one he wanted to put me in as I had somewhere I needed to be. He said no. You take this or I will not rent to you. I explained I called the day before and was told the vehicles were first come first serve. He started yelling I'm not renting to you. I walked inside and Brady was yelling in front of all the customers (there were many) I am not renting to you! Go somewhere else. (This guy obviously has a short fuse and should not be working in a customer service industry) Nikki came to the front and calmly asked me what happened I told her. She put me in the clean vehicle and I left. Nobody apologized for his behavior. He was still there when I dropped off the vehicle. It was humiliating and very upsetting. I will add Nikki was nice and what you would expect in customer service. read more

Horrible! Apparently reservations mean nothing. Save yourself some time/headache and rent from another location. I arrived early for my reserved vehicle only to find out they gave it away to someone else. While waiting to contact another location for a rental, another couple came in with the same problem. The manager gave away thier reserved vehicle as well! UPDATE: I have been in contact with the regional manager and she has assured me that they are working on these issues. UPDATE: I am happy to say that the people at the Monroe location went above and beyond to make sure they rectified the problem. I would still urge everyone to call and confirm reservations but it seems that they are on top of everything now. Thank you for reaching out to us to keep customers. read more

I've never had issues at this location, and I rent very often for work travel. My car is always ready and on time when I need it. The price is always fair and a little bit of kindness and understanding with the employees goes a long way. I rather rent from here than have to drive to the airport and get into that hot mess! read more

Very disappointing customer service experience. Guy behind the counter was great at smiling at us but offered no help until we pushed him to fix the fact they decided to cancel our confirmed reservation because they called to confirm, left no message, and decided not to get the van we ordered. Note the van was ordered online why not confirm over email if you needed to or even maybe call again... would have expected the rep to make some effort to find something or even offer to call around to find one. Don't know why we had to repeatedly tell him he needed to do this vs saying sorry there is nothing I can do for you and making no effort to correct the issue. read more

We have rented before. Usually about one time a year. We have not had a problem until this trip. We got a flat tire 45 min from home. Enterprize was called several times and we where left sitting on the side of the expressway for 3 hours. We where told something would be done by a manager who said he was gonna add this to the notes and said we dont do buisness this way. We called the the local enterprise and the manager Joe and he was an absolute jerk with no empathy what so ever. Said this was third party problem and had nothing to do with him or the rental. Then lied to us and said he waved a 250. Tow bill ...funny the car wasent towed. My wife also called and again he was rude to her and said what dosen't your husband understand rudely. I asked to talk to a manager or his boss and he said he was the top person I could talk to and continued to be rude. I hope the next time i see you joe your attitude will be better. I would still like to talk to someone above this less than qualified manager in monroe now. read more

Had a rental while our truck was in the shop, customer service is lacking when dealing with them over the phone, the rental car had a smell to it, smoke, skunk, or marijuana and the windshield was so smudged on the inside that it was hard see out. It was the only car they had other than 2 big ole vans, I've never used Enterprise before and definitely will not again, next time I'm sticking with Hertz in Woodhaven. read more

The service at this location is horrible, zero stars would be more appropriate. I have rented many cars and Enterprise was always one of the best companies to deal with. This location could use some tips on customer service. My husband is stranded without a car due to a family member's unexpected passing. They picked him up then told him he would need "get a cab to the airport location" instead of working with us on getting a vehicle they keep citing "Michigan State Law" as the reason they are unable to rent to him. When I ask for the statute they are citing they are unable to tell me. Perhaps you should put this "statute" online so when out of towners are going to your location they will know your location has it's own set of "rules". Thank you for nothing. read more
