I had been looking for some time for the perfect vehicle to surprise my wife with and found it here. Although it was a 3 hour drive, I knew immediately after talking to Rob Johnson (sales) on the phone it was going to be worth the trip. I was right!!!! Rob had the truck I wanted already to go, worked with me to get it ready and delivered the next day. Needless to say the surprise look on my wife's face was well worth. You should go see Rob if you value: great customer service, honesty, respect and great product info. I will come back in the fall for my own purchase at Groulx Automotive!!!! read more

Doug in service is the most friendly and helpful person here. I have been getting ran around by several dealers about parts and finally I have found this place to get serviced. I have a 2012 GMC Sierra and both outside mirrors and door panel needed to be fixed. Not knowing anything about cars everyone was extremely patient. They hooked me up and to stop by with any questions or concerns. read more

Car went in for warranty work. No problem right; Wrong got the car back and it was missing. Finally got an appointment to bring the car back and was told the coil pack was broke and spark plug wire boot was torn. Think they fixed? NOPE!!!! Charged $100 to tell me what they broke. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE THIEVES! read more

I went to 3 Buick dealerships looking for a new lease vehicle, Groulx was the absolute worst. The salesman was not very informative (fortunately, I had already been to the other 2 dealerships so I had a good idea of what I wanted), and he would not even talk about a better price. The other 2 dealerships beat the money down price by $300.00 and the monthly payment was $93.00 per month cheaper at Superior Buick and $101.00 cheaper per month at Moran Buick. Groulx Buick was a total waste of time. read more

I leased two vehicles in 2018, was assured there would be no additional fees at lease end, but low and behold I am being charged a $500 dollar "disposition fee" or restocking fee on the encore I turned in in February! wow that takes the cake since I am still in a GM lease customer and had fully intended on leasing another vehicle at the end of my current lease, but that is not happening now since obviously they have no customer loyalty, so buyer beware! read more

I bought a used GMC Sierra form here and purchased the extended warranty. My wife made it a point to ask if the brakes were covered in this warranty and the salesman told her everything would be covered. I took it into a dealership to have the brakes looked at and the rotors were rusted through. Also when they delivered the truck it wasn't cleaned at all and the previous owners items were still in the vehicle and they forgot my second set of keys and had to bring them back after complaining. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and be very careful when dealing with their sales staff. read more

BOTH my wife, And Myself, (in more than 5 conversations with service, and a note in writing when we dropped off the vehicle) asked for ONLY a Key to be made, and get the FOB programmed! We Specifically and repeatedly instructed No Work be done without our authorization FIRST! The Clutch was totally GONE! And unbeknownst to us, they went right ahead (WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION) and fixed leaky Brake lines? UNBELIEVABLE! I sent my wife in to pay for the key ONLY while we were test driving a vehicle & I was going back to speak to the used car department. Used car department was giving us $500 for the trade in. WHY would we put over $200 into the car if it did not even run? She gave them her credit card, and was charged over $240. I had no idea anything like this would happen, and neither did she. That is an expensive duplicate key. I would have gone in to pay for the key had I known this sham was happening. She did not look, and she assumed it was just a key charge. We are owed that money be returned to her debit card, minus the charges for the key that we DID Authorize. Someone from Groulx needs to step up and fix this travesty. 734 925-5588 Jeff read more

Great family owned dealer. They were so easy to deal with. Bobby was so helpful when I bought my new Yukon and getting it serviced is easy. Everyone has been so friendly and nice. And it looks so much nicer since the remodel! read more

Only a slight miscommunication when ordering the Terrain. We were not aware there was an option called "Cargo Package" and another called "Cargo Convenience Package". We ordered the "Cargo Package", but really wanted the "Cargo Convenience Package". Sales people need to be aware and make sure the buyer is aware of the difference, so the right one is ordered. read more

Wanting a second opinion and feeling something was off (way off) i found A1 Auto on Monroe and Friends and brought it in. The tech came out with a odd look on his face and said "I don't know why that other shop wanted to replace the entire rack n pinion, we can only find a leaking power steering pump. At best it might just need some new hoses. At worst it needs a $500 pump and that's it!!" First time visiting this shop and they've saved me several thousand dollars already. Why do some of these other shops find woman as easy targets to rip off? HOW is that a good business practice? A1 Auto Center's motto is WE'RE LADY FRIENDLY and I AM LOVING IT! These guys are racist…read more My bandmates and I were on a road trip from Texas when our van notified us that we need an oil change. We pulled over in Monroe on our way to Detroit and stopped at the first automotive shop we saw. We walked in and were greeted by five guys standing around in the lobby, staring at us in an unfriendly manner. We said that we need an oil change and they replied that there's no possible way that they could fit us in until tomorrow. Their reason being that they have a truck that they need to finish by tomorrow. It seemed odd that they couldn't fit in one oil change, as they were all just standing around, but oh well. We asked if there wasn't another place down the road and the main guy said there was but "good luck dealing with those stinky Arabs." Astounded by these remarks, we quickly got out of there and went straight to that shop, the magic quick lube, where we received amazing customer service and the fastest oil change I've ever experienced.

My first contact was with #1 salesman, Mike Hohman! Mike made sure that I drove the vehicle I was interested in a couple of times to insure that I was going to be happy with it. When I picked up the vehicle and Mike was going over the features of the vehicle, a problem was discovered with the radio. I left the vehicle with them and it was repaired by the next day. Unfortunately, the problem persisted and I had to again call Mike about it. He instructed me to drop the vehicle with Doug in Service and they would look into the problem. Doug called me to report what they had discovered, what they were going to do to fix it and when it would be fixed-keeping me in the loop throughout the process. I realize that even new vehicles can have problems sometimes but the way these two gentleman handled the issue was what impressed me the most. These two men are a true asset not only their dealership but to the company as well! Well done!! read more

The service folks at Groulx GMC are nothing short of awesome! I received the bright greeting & smile of Sidney & the warm welcome from Doug Roof. They made sure my car was not only checked over thoroughly for any issues but quickly dealt with the AC concerns I had. They take care of me like I'm family plus take care of my vehicle as if it were their own.
