The location is surrounded by trails and a large municipal park. All in all it is a good location but generally appears to be underutilized. Air traffic is light here. The signage for the place is spotty and moving around on the property, if you are unfamiliar with it, can take more time than you'd expect with lots of wrong turns. Services are adequate here as is pricing.
