I said kids because they were in their 20s kind patient I went through a lot with Mavis on Hanover Road and from Morris St they kept giving me failed breaks they kept lying to me. I had an awesome car rental experience at the 91 Ridgedale Avenue Morristown Location. While my vehicle was in the shop, I found myself in need of a rental. Matt set me up with a great car. After a 15 minute "getting to know" what you need/ want in a rental, he presented me with a perfect temporary car.Matt was thorough as he made sure he explained the bells & whistles of the car. He was efficient and kind, two things that matter when you are dealing with people. The SUV was clean and well equipped. I was in an out in about 20 minutes. When I came to return the vehicle, once again greeted with courtesy and a friendly smile, this time by Matt and another gentleman, Micheal. After a quick inspection of the vehicle, I was on my way. Cat was dirty, only 2 to choose from. Smelled like smoke. Had to wipe down the inside And go and vacuum it. I didn't sit inside before they gave it to me. And there was nothing else on the lot. My Acura RDX was part of the nationwide Takata airbag recall and due to the large amount of cars affected, Acura has been without the replacement airbags for months. My experience with Enterprise has been the only silver lining to this experience. I have been driving a rental car since April 1 and it seems like I will be renting for at least another month. The staff at Enterprise is extremely friendly - I have gotten to know almost all of the employees at this point (I need to renew my rental agreement every 30 days, so I've been in there multiple times). When there was a billing issue with Acura, the team at Enterprise was patient and gave me a few days to work with Acura Corporate to resolve the issue so that my personal credit card wouldn't be charged. My wedding is coming up next month and the team will even ask me during my monthly check-ins how planning is going. Talk about personalized service! Quick and simple, and usually apparently a better weekend deal on all the cars they don't rent to businesses during the weekend. (except minivans) While they aren't as fast as some of my other experiences, it's still a very friendly place to rent a car. read more

Overall nice employees, however service is incredibly slow because they are understaffed. We had to wait about 30 minutes to check out a car, and another 30 minutes to check it back in. From the lobby, we can hear the manager inside the office constantly answering phone calls from customers - bottom line, they just don't have enough people working at this high volume store. If they get more employees up front and do more proactive car reviews/visual checks earlier on, then they can definitely make the customer experience better. Not sure if they have VIP type programs like Hertz Gold, but I'm hoping their more frequent visitors won't have to wait so long. read more

Unfortunately after several positive experiences with enterprise was disappointed that when I brought my car back to a different dealer I was told I was Being charged for paint damage on the kick plate that was present on car when I rented it but was not documented by Jake who works there. His prep guy did not show up that morning and he rushed through the check out ... When I pointed to some of the chipped paint he remarked "Oh don't worry about that" I informed enterprise that I would not be paying for the pre-existing damage and their response was to send me to collections while it is not cost effective I have retained an attorney ..I rather pay them the 700 dollars than pay for damage I am not responsible for... Grade A Service I needed to rent a car while my primary car was being worked on and I was able to get in and out quickly.

Check your receipt before you leave. They tacked on a few gallons of gas when I had replaced all the used gas and could have easily shown a receipt had I known they were going to claim I didn't properly refill the car. Once I noticed the charge I called the next day for a refund and am waiting for the final confirmation. This could have been avoided had the rep simply commented about the gas charge instead of blindly tacking it on. The wait in this place can be very long. The amount of time they spend with each guest is insane. The entire enterprise process needs to speed up. At airports it is a fraction of the time this place takes. The line was 10 deep this past weekend with only two guys at the counter. read more

Good location, friendly people, but kind of a weird setup. I've rented from here probably 5 times and each time it's a different experience. They get bonus points for being a great local option for those of us around Morristown and their staff is pretty cool. You can tell there are a lot of regulars and that the staff interacts really well with them. With that being said the car choices are pretty dismal and on one occasion I had rented a certain class and received something in a lower class then this past time I rented an economy and because they only had an suv I got a nice free upgrade. You win some and lose some. All in all not very consistent. The real issue for me here is their gas policy is not pick it up full and drop it off full. When you get your car it could be half full. Normally not a major issue but when you're going on a long road trip the last thing I want is to stop an hour into it to fill up. Will I rent again? Yes because of the convenience factor but that's really the main reason. read more

During strike duty our company rented cars here. They picked us up and took us back to this location and checked us in and got us out on the road quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff. I did have to wait for an hour while they went to get the cargo van I reserved because the reservation was taken incorrectly - not their fault. Reservations should be more careful that when someone says 9am they might be angry if car isn't ready until 12. Fortunately for me I was running late and didn't get there until 11. Jake made up for it with very friendly and professional service and extra daily miles. The value was great and the pick-up/drop off location was very easy and convenient. I wanted to write this review because I have been very disappointed with this Enterprise branch. We rented from them the first time about 8 years ago and had excellent service, and a reliable car. The past three times though things just seemed to get worst and built up to now. The first two times with a grand caravan, the van was dirty, and while in Florida we had to put air in the tires which I understand because of the weather, a door handle broke as well. This last time we traveled 4 hours away and when we first pulled out of the lot a tire pressure light went on, we went back they put air in it and said ok. During our trip we continued to put air in until we felt lets get it checked. Thank God we did, the tire had a slash in it that was improperly fixed with a plug, we would NOT of made it home SAFE! The manager was a young kid and said OK, Sorry and offered 10% off next time. My main concern is my safety as well as others and he was not concerned. Will not return!1 read more

After issues with the dealer, Beyer Ford doesn't want to pay for their part of the contract and Enterprise wants to come after me for their crooked act.
