April 7th I had to take my truck back into Koch33 do to a miner mistake on their part. I had an appointment with Enterprise of Nazareth at 9:30am to meet me there. A man walked in asked for me at around 10:00am. I said yes, he didn't apologize for being late or nothing. We proceeded to go out to the vehicle, mind you it was cold and windy. He literally ran around the car to inspect for any damage like dents or scratches. Anyway other time they would WALK AROUND THE VEHICLE WITH YOU, to you as the renter could call things out. His name was Brandon I do believe. After his lecture about the insurance and I paid my deposit, I went on my way. 8 miles in I had to pull over because of a horrible smell. Like vomit or something. After my head cleared I went straight home. The following day I took my husband to his Chemo appointment, stopped at a stop light noticed a cop behind us. Light turned green and I crossed over RT209, light on his car lit up. Pulled over, he asked for driver's license, insurance and registration. Gave him my driver's license. But there was NO insurance nor registration in the glove box. He continued to inform me that the plates were expired as od March. I told them it was a rental. This vehicle had Maryland plate on it, he gave me a very stern warning. Take it home and call Enterprise immediately, if I catch you driving this car again I will fine you and it can lead to more violations for you. I came home and call immediately, of course they were very sorry for the inconvenience. We will switch this vehicle out for you. I waited for 2 hours and called them back to ask when, and who answered the phone? Brandon, the one that bought the car to me. Well they can do it Tomorrow, they open at 8am. I told him that I would have to cancel my husband's oncologist appointment because he needed to be there at 8am. Got his appointment pushed back until 10am. Still nothing from Enterprise, called and I was told that the location in Brodheadsville had no cars available. So meanwhile Brandon called and said to drive the rental anyway. I told him I couldn't do the because it was not legal, which he knew the day before. What a stupid idiot he was for even suggesting that. Needless to say my husband had to Call an Uber for his Oncologist appointment. Got home around 12:15 Enterprise calls again, still no car available. Finally around 4 something a very nice Enterprise driver pulled into out driveway, he looked at the car and said this car should have never been on the road. Plus it had a big bubble on the tire and no spare. He also went on to say that it is the responsibility of the Enterprise driver to go over the entire vehicle BEFORE IT LEAVES THE LOT. I have dealt with Casey on several occasions. She was one of the most personable and professional people I have ever had the pleaser of dealing with. I just recently dealt with Devin and he was very professional as well. I have been traveling and renting cars for years all over the country. the only thing I can say is I would rather Uber from a distance to this location just for the outstanding customer service here!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THE NAZARETH, PA LOCATION!!! I reserved a minivan two weeks ago only to find out two hours prior to pick today. The minivan that I reserved was not available. On August 23, 2022 at approximately 2:20pm I was told by one of the service people that they could not rent the minivan that I had reserved two weeks prior, because it was returned earlier in the day and not in satisfactory condition to re-rent. I was told that they were looking in the area for a replacement and that I would receive a return call by 4:00pm or 4:30pm. I was not offered an alternative, furthermore the return call never came. Totally unprofessional. I was planning to move my son into college and the entire family was coming so that we could also tour Yale University. I would give one star if it was an option. In July, after having an accident with our personal car, we reserved a compact SUV for September. Upon arriving at the dealership, Enterprise delivered a subcompact SUV wit's a cracked windshield. Shawn informed us it "wasn't that big a crack". But since our reservation had been cancelled (?) this was the only car he had, unless I wanted a 10 passenger van. He promised to find a replacement but never did. He doesn't return phone calls and is easily the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Shawn and his staff go out of their way to ensure my family and I are comfortable in the vehicle we rent; i.e., they are sure to not use chemical perfumes like Febreeze in our cars. I have observed their interactions with other customers and can confidently say this: people get what they give. People who are patient and understanding get patience and understanding. I am an executive level member of emerald club. I rented a car here for a local trip. They gave me a compact car "Hyundai Accent" even though I reserved and paid for a midsize vehicle. In addition to this being a junky little car, the inside out of the windows were filthy. The car had no cruise control, I was not offered the option of an E-Zpass and the car had less than a half tank of gas. I would complain directly to National/Enterprise but they do not give you that option on their website. I will definitely avoid this location in the future. read more

I continue to have very good experiences with the Nazareth Enterprise Rental. The employees are always very professional, polite and very helpful. Throughout the checkout process, they constantly check to make sure all my needs are being met. I've even received nice upgrades for free. Since I tend to travel early on Monday mornings, their weekend hours are very flexible This location is the best in the area for off airport rentals, and I always feel like my personal car is safe when left in their lot. The young professionals are just that at this Enterprise branch. I have been dealing with this branch for the last 6 years and although they have a high rate of employee turnover, it is predominately due to advancement opportunities, and the new employees hired meld right into the shoes of their predecessors. I have never had a bad experience, and last year alone I had 36 rentals. The only drawback, through no fault of the employees, is that I have received a few rentals that did not have a fresh exterior wash, but that is due to this site not accessible to an exterior building water source. When I picked up my rental the staff was very nice and accommodating. However, I dropped it off over a month ago and still have not received my deposit back. I called them several times about this issue and each time they assure me it should arrive soon but it doesn't. They also always say they will call me (on a certain day or within a certain time frame) and they never call. I rented the car March 9th and returned it 3 days later. Whomever I spoke to on the phone told me that all paperwork etc was finished on March 19th and refunds normally arrive the week after that. Now it is April 21st and I haven't gotten my money back. I rent from Enterprise when my car is being serviced. The friendly and professional service of the Enterprise staff on Nazareth Pike in Bethlehem is always appreciated. And I sometimes use their free pick up service when I am unable to get someone to drop me off at their office. Poor service and management. Branch manager is a liar. I reserved my car 10 days in advance. Received a call from associate Crystal on a Friday before my pickup on Monday, while I was traveling out f town for the weekend. Crystal who rambles was asking me to contact my insurance company for my upcoming reservation on Monday. I was shocked, this was reserved last week and she was to lazy to do her job, so at the last minute she tried to me to do it for her. I was traveling to the pa Grand Canyon with very spotty cellphone coverage, so I mentioned this and asked her actually take care of my reservation and confirm a pickup truck for Monday at 10 am. Crystal had lot of excuses. I knew instantly she lacked customer service skills, but she confirmed this further by making excuses and repeating herself numerous times. After warning I was about to lose service the call was dropped. Monday came and I did not get the pickup truck I reserved, rather a filthy suv. I mentioned how dirty the car was and of course, Crystal took no responsibility and began another list of excuses for the dirty vehicle and for having a pickup truck available. The branch manager was just as bad. I spoke to him and he only offered to have the car cleaned, but I would need to bring it to another location. Very negative experience. After an early morning encounter with a deer, Nationwide insurance set up claim before Enterprise opened and was to be called within two hours by Enterprise. I had to call them and was informed they had no cars available until the next day (would have had to miss another day of work). Got the feeling they could care less if they had your business. After wasting several hours of my own time trying to get a car, they and several other locations as well even gave the insurance company the run around. There was not one rental car available in the entire Lehigh Valley according to the Enterprise. At the insistence of my insurance agent we were able to go to another company and had a car secured in about 15 mins and the even stayed open past closing until I picked it up. They look at you like your stupid, and when you don't give into their pressure of buying the more expensive insurance for the car they somehow end up charging it anyway. Rented a car last Monday. While I was picking up my car the lady in line in front of me asked if she could leave her car on the lot. Travis told her yes she could as long as it's parked in one of their spots. When I got my car, Trevor or Travis said I could park my car next to his Subaru. When I picked my car up after I left I noticed there was spray paint all over my car...both sides the front and the windshield. When I went back...not sue if it was Trevor or Travis, but he said..Oh I guess you are here about the paint. So they knew about it and didn't tell me when I picked up my car. He said there was an incident overnight and someone ran over a can of spray paint and I got on 4 customer cars and 4 company cars. And they said they are not responsible. I was thinking the management, since they have a detail shop at least would say they were going to clean the customer's cars, but they are saying it's not their responsibility. i had the opportunity to rent a car from enterprise rent a car in nazareth, pa when my car was in the body shop in bath, pa. they showed up with a jeep wrangler which i didn't care because i wasn't going to use it much anyway. the person who brought it seemed very nice. he proceeded to pull out a rental contract with 5 x's on it and said to me to sign full name here and initial here, here, here, and here. no explanations of what i was signing. he wanted 150.00 deposit and said it was in case i had any damage to the car when i brought it back. he said i would get back my 150.00 upon inspection of their vehicle. a week later i had to call about my money. they said i should receive it by the following wednesday. well i only received ninety one dollars and some change. i proceeded to call and ask why i only received that amount and their excuse was i had taken some kind of insurance for like 58.00 which i knew nothing about. i finally talked to the manage who assured me he would refund the rest to which i am still waiting for over a week later. don't get caught by surprise. read everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. read more
