I use the place often. At one point the service was great. It seems like no that Deilhla isn't here the customer service has went down hill. I came in for a rental car through insurance. I was told the car was in hood and available just come in at 5pm and we will take care of you. I explained to them I drive a large suv now and that's would I would like to receive. The kid told me he will make sure to have one for me. I told him I would be in wed or Friday. He said it didn't matter he will be sure to have a large suv just come in. I decided to come Friday instead of wed and of course they didn't have a large suv. The manager (male) offered me a Malibu or a drop top Camaro. I wanted neither. They went to explain that they didn't have any other cars and it's nothing. They could do for me. With no other choice I opted to take the Camaro obviously if I had to take a smaller car I would want the nicer of the two. He then told me I had to pay a luxury car rate even tho I was already inconvenienced. I then asked for a business card to contact corporate. His response was no problem but I'm trying to help you and if your going to contact corporate then it's no point to take the car if your unhappy. THIS OFFICE IS AWESOME!!! I had to extend my rental on a Sunday, the app says I have to call my local office on airport road but they are closed, tried calling others and was on hold forever. This location answered the phone right away, and extended my rental over the phone in 2 minutes! I didn't rent from this office but they get 5 stars for customer service when no other Enterprise office would even answer their phone! read more

The enterprise rental website states they have a "one way rental policy" but they kept my $350 deposit because I dropped the car off at a different location. The car was left with a full tank of gas and in perfect condition. The corporate website also states that all additional charges for their cars must be stated at checking and they did not explain any different rules this specific enterprise had. Long story short.I used to rent from this place every week since 2013. Management change recently and everything went downhill. You reserve a car and you don't get the call you reserved for. Even though the cars sitting right in front of the store. Went to speak to the manager about it he confronted my husband and started using profanity and being a bully. I reserve the large SUV they stuck me in a little SUV with five people in a huge amount of luggage that the passengers had to carry on top of their lap. Horrible service all around! read more

I actually held the car an extra day due to some issue but, it was no problem. I'm not sure how they compare on price because I don't really compare that but, for service, this place is outstanding! First visit, sales rep Luis, refused to rent me my confirmed reservation. 2 hours later the manager corrected the situation and away I drove. 2nd trip, same sales rep, same problem but the manager was no longer there. Alexis Goliash, DeSean and and the entire staff went out of their way to secure a Ford Expedition as I have four relatives here from overseas, and could not have possibly been able to pick them up from Newark Airport in a normal minivan. Never was I contacted. Stay away from this place! I do plan on escalating my issue to corporate since this business actually costed me an extra $200. Unless you have to pick up on a Sunday in this area I would use another rental car location. i travel for work so every week or every other week I need a rental car, I typically rent from enterprise or national (same company however national has much better customer service). I have rented from Enterprise in this area consistently for the past 2 months and planned on continuing to for the next 2 months, through my company. I have never not picked up the car, yet I was late picking up a car because I got into a car accident with my own car and these people despite my consistent rental history decided to give the car to someone else then had no cars left. I have a friend who went there on time for his rental pick up that he reserved and they had no cars for him either. They clearly don't understand how to treat a consistent customer. I use rental cars at least 3-4 times monthly and have never had this happen. I will never use them again. Which is just great because I am also going to need a rental car now that someone hit my own private car. What a shame. There was a time they were an hour late picking me up for a rental and then they tried to rent me a car that was damaged, then they rented me a car that wasn't clean so I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to half clean it; making me over an hour late to my destination, I didn't complain and was very gracious. If only they had extended some of that grace to me. Also when I did complain this time instead of apologizing and offering me some kind of penance the attitude was on 10... great customer service indeed. Was visiting a car-less friend in Easton. Picked Enterprise because they pick you up. Requested pick up the day before, and they said they didn't have the staff to accommodate the request. This was on Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. They were CLOSED on Monday, Memorial Day, perhaps the busiest holiday travel day of the year? Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but the only reason I picked Enterprise was for the pick up service, and being closed on Monday meant I couldn't add a driver until the next day. Rental car companies can be some of the slimiest unscrupulous shadiest crooks you will ever deal with in any so called legitimate business. I doubt that very few of them actually possess any amount of honesty and integrity I will say for certain that Enterprise rental car is by far the most corrupt criminal organization operating inside this industry. They lie, cheat, false advertise, and even go so far as to steal money from customers--usually under the guise of some unexpected charge that was in the fine print on the 22nd page that the customer was unaware of. Furthermore they disguised by simply billing to credit card or debit card with which the customer was asked to place on file "just for overages and incidentals." This is a pure scam the only reason they have your card on file is to simply bill you for excessive fees that you were unaware of nor have you never agreed to. When talking to others at rental car areas in various airports where there may be a dozen or so companies operating it is always Enterprise that has the most problems. Some examples that come to mind are people who reserved an economy car weeks in advance only to be told the car they had reserved is not available and they will have to upgrade to a much more expensive model of car. Another famous scam they pull all the time is getting peoples to sign up for their rental insurance which is overpriced and totally unnecessary in most cases. Check with your own policy, almost every car insurance policy offers extended coverage for rental cars especially while on vacation or getting repairs. So enterprise uses this as a way to double dip and make even more fees for unsuspecting customer. And trying to get any money back out of these crooks is almost impossible, they have the scam down very well and they know exactly what they can and can't get away with and they will get away with every thing they can! Stay away from this rental car company no matter what, do not be fooled by the terrific advertisements and lowest prices they always have published on every website (Expedia is definitely a co-conspirator to their scams!!!) because as mentioned earlier the advertise price will triple by the time you get in that office. I've been renting from this location for several years for business. Usually I need a larger vehicle to take customers for tours and visits. My recent experience, April 2015, is the first bad experience and it has me considering trying someone new. I must say I haven't rented from anyone other than enterprise since I started using this location including when I travel to other states or make arrangements for my employee's. I called the local office with two weeks notice for the largest vehicle to seat 8 people. I was assured they would have a suburban for me and wouldn't have to call to remind them. I showed up with very little available time to spare to meet my guests and they didn't have the correct vehicle on the lot. They said they had one 10 minutes away at a local university. An hour later their driver returned with the vehicle and not in the cleanest condition. it wasn't terrible but certainly not clean enough to make a great impression. At one point the representative, which was the only one there for most of the time I was there, was talking to the driver who was telling him he'd be right there but 10 minutes later had to call again. I was late getting to my guests. Delayed them and everyone at my businesses that was waiting as well. This experience, in my opinion, was due to poor planning and Managment. The rep was trying to service me and a few others as well as answer the phone and on top of this keep his only car wash/driver in line. The rep did his best and was embarrassed for the poor service. I would hire him in a minute based on how he was handling the situation and maintained his professionalism to us and the people calling. He offered me a discount on the rental. The discount is appreciated but can in no way make up for the embarrassment I felt with my new clients. It's a shame Enterprise would allow anything like this to happen. read more
