Bad - vehicle wasn't ready during the reservation time and it had to be cleaned. It also had a hold on it for oil change? So it was all very confusing to get here on time. Got two phone calls to confirm the pick up and not to have it ready was a slight inconvenience. OAN - I did ask the attendant about the delay. Wonderful service. Pleasant smiling people. Brand new car with only 115 miles on it. I do not have one thing too complain about. The rental car prices were good and they even have a gas deal going on right now ($1.99 per gallon) that allows you to pay up front to avoid having to worry about filling up your tank before returning your car. The car was very clean and well maintained. I'd definitely recommend renting from her due to respect I received from the staff and quick service. I received exactly what I requested without any issues. This is hard to find nowadays! I recommend renting a vehicle from here if you are in the Ocala area. read more

Got me and my kids ready to go get it and apparently they hey didn't have a van for us and it was our loss pretty much. What a great experience with my rental. When your cars been in an accident the last thing you need is more stress. The process was seamless! Called, they didn't have a car at first but said they would try to find one. 15 minutes later they called back and they had a car. It was brand new, clean and ready to go by the time I got there. The staff was so friendly. I had the car for about a week, and when I returned it they were so nice and happy to have the car back to get to the next customer. They made the whole experience so pleasant. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely use them again! Thank you! read more

Waiting in line for an Hour at this point even though everything was pre-paid online. Only 1 person working the desk, two others cleaning cars and picking up other people. The two workers had a quarrel in front of all of the people in line. The desk person is cleaning the cars while there's a like of people waiting to check in or return a car. Terrible service. I have been using this branch for my truck rental needs for over 1 year and would like to commend the Mgr Emanuel and his specialist John on the excellent service they provide. I rented from Penske in Ocala one of the worst service and they are costly for no reason, however I move my business to Enterprise and it was the best decision. ***This location is not closed.*** In fact! I rent from them whenever I'm in town as I'm a truck driver and my job has a terminal down the road from them. Excellent customer service and easy to work with. Highly Flexible on payment options, reasonable, as they are always willing to work with people and yes, they actually come pick you up lol. Competent and respectable team, great management. Cars are new, generally low mileage(Under 30-35k), very clean and well maintained. And cant forget to mention a modest variety of cars to choose from. Compared to other places i never have an issue with their rates/prices. Painless and a straight up In/Out ordeal for both first time renter's and repeat customers. Always my number 1 choice. read more

Terrible servise, the Supervisor Orlando has no people skills. After returning the car at the location and date he instructed me to, I find out that I got charged an extra day. The only way to get my money back was to file a claim with my bank. I rather go anywhere else but here, even if I have to pay more. read more
