Enterprise - a little bit of a walk from the main area but the help from Logan at the check-in kiosks was very easy (much easier than the first time a few years ago, also with Logan helping me through some issues). The car pickup was easy - they checked the slip and then directed me to pick any in a row. The checkout straightforward (ID and photos). They charged for a little bit of gas difference at the end (approx $5/gallon) which is better than charging for a full tank. Car had a bit of dirtiness and chipped windshield, though worked fine. Return was straightforward, print or email and cursory check of the vehicle. They send a separate charge later for the tolls (would be nice to get a line-by-line on those). read more

I must admit, I did not know what to expect when I went to the AIRPORT Enterprise on a busy SUNDAY afternoon in Orlando. Especially since I only needed to "switch out" a car. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised to find the operation running like a well-oiled machine. I was pulled aside and manager Abdel came over and very professionally and quickly got me and my Mom into a great vehicle. He was so nice and accommodating and even apologized that I even had to change vehicles. He told me to take my time and make sure I had everything out of the other vehicle. He made sure I knew how to exit the parking garage and what to do at the exit kiosk. I'm so happy with the service and friendliness of everyone I encountered. I rented a car from Alamo which is affiliated with Enterprise and National now. I rented a car on 3/27/2026 at the Orlando International Airport. I had the best customer service experience ever. We were told to go to a row of cars and choose any car. We chose one, loaded the luggage but couldn't start that car so decided to choose another vehicle. My husband told me to choose one while he moved the luggage. We checked into our hotel and while ordering a bite to eat, received a phone call from someone named Sharka, who informed me that I had left a folder in the car. It had my tickets to the space launch, hotels, activities, etc in it. He apologized for looking in the folder but I assured him that it was incredible that he discovered it was me, took the time to find my phone number, called me and then said that if I could come back, he would meet me to give me my folder. I know many of you do everything digitally and I could have retrieved much of the information but I had worked on this trip to meet my grandchildren for a couple of months. I so appreciate the phone call. He told me exactly how to retrieve the folder. I could have come the next day and it would have been in the lost and found but I wanted to retrieve it that night. This company is very unreliable. The day I was to pick up my rental I received a call from the location that they had no car for me. I received the call at 2pm and my pickup time was 5pm. I had reserved the car 1 month prior. We were to leave for our trip at 4am the next morning. In a panic I had to call other rental companies to find an available car. Update:  Downgrading the Yelp rating to 3 stars.  I just got my Enterprise toll bill:  $24.76 for tolls, plus $19.80 service charge, which is annoying.  I feel I was misled as I was quoted a flat $4.90 service charge, and not explicitly $4.90 per day service charge (which sounds a lot more onerous doesn't it) for their pay-by-plate system.  I actually brought my I-Pass transponder and could have used it if I thought it was worth it, but changed my mind based on a flat $4.90 charge.  As this is my most urgent and highest priority, I'm working on a $14.90 credit, but we'll see what happens. read more

Rented a car a week in advance, from an enterprise location just outside Tampa airport. When we arrived we were told that they "ran out of cars", leaving us stranded at the airport, 1.5 hours away from our final destination. We received nothing more than a "sorry for the inconvenience"... No compensation, no cars from a sister location, and not even any uber fares. Professional and polite, through and through. It's unclear to me whether or not Enterprise is simply run more efficiently or if it's far less popular in comparison to Alamo at the next kiosk over; we had a queue of one, versus their extensive serpentine line. The desk agents were direct and helpful, offering a choice of vehicles and a GPS option (which I gratefully accepted). No upsells or back and forth, just efficient transactional queries. Oh. And directions. Lots of them. With a little paper slip of directions (in case you didn't catch them all). You -will- need them if it's your first time getting from the kiosk to the rental car pickup lot. In another instance of questionable lack of customers or some sort of airport exclusivity, Enterprise apparently has a dedicated exit lane from the rental lot. This resulted in a far faster exit than the shared lanes of their competitors. And vehicle return was also a complete snap, which I hope is the standard. Signage at the airport is pretty direct, although I did end up having to make a loop back around since I missed the signage for the first time through. Once I pulled into the return lane, two agents swarmed over the vehicle. By the time I pulled my weekender from the trunk I was being offered my receipt, and prompted with a genuine question of whether or not there was anything they could have done better in the future. After reading Yelp horror stories about some of the "local" car rental companies that service Orlando, we began to look around for some larger chains that are known and reliable. Enterprise is solid. Very solid. Of course I lost her business card, but I specifically asked the name of the young woman who took care of me and my wife at the counter. Upon learning it was our honeymoon, she gave us a free car upgrade and made sure we were happy throughout. The guy who showed us to the cars we could upgrade to was very nice, and all around they were awesome. No surprises, no extra fees, and they didn't push too hard for extra insurance. Love it. After 90 minutes of waiting and being charged twice, upon my inquiry, they let me know they did not have the vehicle or anything comparable, and were going to do nothing to assist in the matter. Needless to say, I was furious. I approached the Enterprise crew in the garage and explained my situation, they notified the sales manager inside (Brendon), and my family and I were loading up into a Surburban with Enterprise in 10 minutes. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life from the other rental company, and then been met with such superior customer service immediately thereafter like I did with Enterprise. For me renting a car is like going to the dentist, not always the favorite thing to do but a necessary evil. Sometimes both going to the dentist and renting a car can be a pleasant experience and this time it was. The Enterprise desk is located near the baggage carousel and if you are a Plus or corporate member you skip to the front of the line. Then it is a short walk (3 minutes tops!) where an associate will let you choose your car. Of course they have upgrades galore, parked up front to tempt you. There was this gorgeous Aston Martin DB 9 convertible that my wife wouldn't let me upgrade to, or that Red BMW 640I convertible.....it was the Toyota Corolla of my choice. Whatever day dreams I had of driving an exotic and ordering my Vodka Martini shaken not stirred were shattered. I even had a Bond girl name all picked out for my wife too, I'll just have to save that for another time and mission.... It took five minutes from checking in at the Enterprise desk to driving off in our rental! Excellent service! Returning the car was just as easy, just follow the signs to Enterprise rental return, after a short inspection (two minutes tops!) we were off to our return flight. The staff was well trained, courteous, and friendly. The car was clean and in good shape, and the rates were fair. Having the Enterprise application on my phone was a big plus too, as the rental agreement and receipt were instantly received and available. Car was not roadworthy, with multiple faults causing safety hazards and driving difficulties. PS. In response to an Enterprise email requesting further details about these... First, the tire pressure warning light came on the morning after picking up our car, requiring a trip to a tire store that interfered with our travel. This is the second time in a row that my Enterprise rental car was received with low tire pressure. (The previous experience was at Dublin International Airport.) This time, all four tires were very low: 26-27 lbs. vs. manufacturer's recommendation of 33 lbs. - a safety hazard. Second, from the first rental day I received a frequently large, repeating warning that the front radar collision detection was unavailable, plus a distracting warning light showing a collision. Third, on our return day, as I pulled off one highway onto another, the overdrive went off - causing yet another warning light and requiring me to pull to the side of a busy highway to restart the car and stop the engine from over-reving. Both of these faults were safety hazards, too. On return to MCO, the agent checking me in expressed real concern. He went to the manager to explain the problems. The manager, apologized politely and immediately offered a full refund - which was only appropriate. But when I expressed concern about renting another unsafe car from Enterprise, she responded that Enterprise uses a third party to service your vehicles and all she could do would be to report the problems to them. Bottom line - if Enterprise does not care enough about my safety and convenience to pay for proper service and safety checks on your vehicles, why should I trust Enterprise for another rental? I appreciate the apologies and refund, but you clearly have a broken vehicle maintenance system at multiple locations. read more

The last thing I need when I travel is a hassle. But a hassle is what I got when I tried to pick up my Enterprise car the other day at the Orlando airport. First know- that even though you make a reservation on line, you must still stop at the counter and fill out all the paper work again (I don't understand this- ALL the other companies seem to be able to print up the info so I don't have to make two stops) But if you don't stop at the counter and find yourself in the garage, you will find yourself facing an incredibly rude, harried person at the counter who asks you if you stopped at the counter (I didn't) and then who rolls his eyes in exasperation at you and tells you to stand in line (with about 7 other people who also didn't stop a the first counter) Then after waiting about 20 minutes, a different guy (very nice and personable) walks you out to the line of cars and spends another 7 minutes making you inspect it for dents and such. So at this point- the simple act of picking up a car has taken almost 30 minutes. Other companies (which I shall use in the future) either have a car earmarked for me or just let me pick one up off the lot taking all of 5 minutes. And if that wasn't enough- the "piece de resistance" was that once I started to drive away, I realized the car wasn't even clean- the windows were dirty on the inside and there was trash in the ashtray. I travel alot for work and I expect ease and no hassle. Anything else is really just unacceptable. read more

During our recent Orlando trip, we drove a Toyota Camry for 10 days....it was very comfortable and handled of of our luggage and golf clubs with ease. However, I can't stand the personalized assistance to your car....what's the point? After checking in at the counter near baggage claim, we walked down to the parking garage where the cars were and waited for 20 minutes to get our car because an attendant had to service us....why not just give us the keys and be done with it? I think it's a waste of time. Despite that, they're always my 2nd choice behind Hertz. On this trip, they had a great deal on Expedia, so that's why we chose them this time. Great service! We hopped off the plane went downstairs to pick up our car. Every interaction I had with an Enterprise employee was very positive. From the gentleman at the counter to the fellow who did the walk around with the vehicle, everyone was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I found out that I paid a bit more than what some customers who were just walking up were paying..oh well... returning the vehicle was really easy and convenient, just follow the signs in the AP to the rental car return, pull into the garage and a staff member checks you in...it took us less that 5 minutes... I hate renting a car when I travel-too expensive and rarely a good experience. Enterprise at Orlando International was a 50-50 venture for me. First off- the negative...WAY too expensive. Easily $100 more for the weekly rental than I paid in January-ridiculous. The positive-when I arrived they didn't have any 'standard' sized cars so a free upgrade to a Jeep Liberty. A nice perk even if I really didn't like the Liberty-at least I know I won't look a one when I'm shopping for a new car. The line was all of one person deep when I got to the airport and my return took all of 45 seconds. If you can get a good rate I would recommend Enterprise. read more

We rented a car from Enterprise Orlando Airport 10 days ago. It couldn't have gone smoother and Jerry Icar was amazing at helping us check in and find a car. After all the bad reviews and concerns about 3 hour wait given other yelp reviews, we did not experience that AND the airport was busy. There were also numerous other Enterprise in the garage checking to see if I needed anything as I waited for my family to join me after getting our luggage. Other than there being no wiper fluid in the car (which wasn't a big deal), this was a great rental experience.Would highly recommend Enterprise in Orlando to anyone. read more
