Have always had great luck with Enterprise, and this rental was no exception! We picked up a Nissan Rogue, in Orlando, took it to the Florida Keys, Everglades National Park, and drove it back to northwest Missouri. Car ran great, and had amazing fuel economy (34.9 MPG for whole trip). We had three of us in the car (we are fairly large people), and the seats were a little snug, but overall pretty nice. The ride quality was great, so smooth it was easy to lose track, and find yourself speeding. read more

1 Star Very disappointing experience at Enterprise Orlando Airport. When I arrived, I was told to pick any car from a line of vehicles in a dimly lit parking garage. I chose a Kia K5 that looked almost new. I barely used the car during my trip, except for one drive to Miami. Before returning it, a friend noticed the front underbody panel hanging down. Upon inspection, it appeared the panel had previously been repaired with plastic zip ties, suggesting the damage existed before I rented the vehicle. I temporarily secured it and immediately reported it when I returned the car. Now Enterprise is charging me over $2,000 for damage I did not cause. I have asked them to review the airport exit footage, but my requests have been ignored. It appears the vehicle was not properly inspected before being rented, and I am being held responsible for a pre-existing problem. Very frustrating and disappointing. read more

I have only rented a car a handful of times when traveling because I always hear the horror stories and think best to avoid it. This time however, we rented a car for our trip in Orlando. I booked it online about a month or so out from our trip and then did the check in the day before online so I didn't have to wait in a line to confirm the information before getting the car. The process was so easy. We walked from the baggage claim right over to the parking garage for the rental. There was no waiting around or having to wait at the desk. I walked up to the desk, showed my ID and name, and picked out our car for the week. We ended up going with the Equinox since we have one at home. It was clean and was ready to go. We returned the vehicle after our trip and the dropoff was super easy too. He went over the vehicle to inspect everything and gave me my receipt right there. No surprises or anything major. Finding the location wasn't a problem...although there was only 2 people ahead of me, the wait was a bit longer than expected but a lady working there flagged me down and assisted me helping with the long wait. Very friendly service....provide information that was needed and confirmed my information and I was on my way. What I will say about this company is there wasn't any extra overcharge. Last time I visited Orlando I went with another rental service and the price was cheaper than others but they insisted on taking their insurance and nothing else. Arrived late due to delayed flight, only to find out all vehicles were oversold and rather than approving an upgrade to get us on our way, the manager flat out denied the request and said we can wait for the 'class we paid for'. Unreal and a terrible way to treat customers. Went to the enterprise at the MCO Orlando airport. It's conveniently located on the ground level of the airport. So it's so nice to not have to take a shuttle offsite. The person at the counter was helpful and friendly. He was from Jamaica and was happy to share things about his culture in between computer screens. The vehicle I got was an economy car and chose a Nissan venza. It was clean and have multiple usb-ports and charging ports. It had cruise control. I had trouble accessing the dash lights but there's a tiny knob you can turn. Took a bit but I finally found it. Overall the experience was good. And the cost was affordable. The worst car rental experience. I do not recommend this company, especially if you are a tourist visiting from another country. We had a tire problem and were left stranded in the middle of the road. To make matters worse, the rental car did not have a spare tire, so there was no way to handle the emergency and continue our trip. The only solution they offered was to send a tow truck, which arrived more than five hours later to pick up the vehicle. They provided no assistance for the passengers. They offered to send us an Uber, but we were in a remote area where it was impossible to get one. Thank God we had friends who were able to come and pick us up. But what would have happened if we had been tourists with no family or friends nearby? I honestly don't know how we would have resolved the situation. This experience showed a complete lack of concern for their customers' safety and well-being. I will never rent from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Incredibly long line to check in and pick up our rental vehicle. Of course this is Orlando airport and you expect it to be busy, but not a line of over 20 renters waiting for 2 reps to help them. I found three kiosks on the side pointed away from those standing in line and while my wife was in line with our luggage and children on a nearby bench with the luggage I decide to try the self serve kiosk. Had to do it twice for some reason and then we took our rental agreement and went to the lot and the kiosk there. They helped us get our car and we were on our way. Only problem detected was a slow leaking tire which required me to return to the airport two days later for a replacement vehicle. Next time we may fly into Fort Myers to avoid the amusement park crowds. read more

The worst experience never again!!!! I arrived at Ace at night the service there was horrible Noone outside to help,dark and water leaking at the entrance. Horrible smell mildrew water at that! Once my compact suv was issued to me I had to walk to the lot to look for it in the dark using my flashlight of my phone! One employee sitting in his car in the lot on the phone. My rental wind shield wipers were not working at all or defrogger at all. We had a bad thunder storm with lightning and I literally had to hold the wipers and steering wheel at the same time almost got into an accident making difficult for me to see on the highway I had to pull over till the storm calm down making my next destination much more delay! Terrible experience. If you decide to rent a vehicle, ensure you take pictures and videos of the entire vehicle. I rented a vehicle in November 2025 and returned it without issue. In March 2026 I received a bill for $1,500 stating I caused damages and demanding payment in 10 days. I disputed the claim with my insurance, who provided evidence the vehicle sustained damage prior to my rental. If you decide to rent, make sure you document everything. read more

This is the second time I've rented a car by myself from Enterprise. The first time was when my own car was being repaired after an accident. I love their service--the cars are always in great condition, which is why I chose Enterprise again for my vacation. And of course, they never disappoint! The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive--from the team at the booth in Orlando Airport to the garage staff and even those at other locations like Palm Beach. I had an issue with the first car and didn't feel safe driving it, but they immediately switched it out and performed a check-up on the new one, which I really appreciated. Orlando airport had a line 50 people deep for car rentals with 2 people working the counter - most people in line already had reservations - you would think you would know the demand based on the reservations. We wasted over one hour and a half so far and we are still having 20 people ahead of us our flight came in at 1:00 and it is 2:27 and still a long wait. The price was great and the car was great. They try and upsell you on insurance and sunpass. If you decline insurance they require you to provide your declaration page of your personal insurance. Check in took 45 minutes, even with a reservation, and the return takes 30-45 minutes. Plan accordingly. read more

NEVER again. Rudest agent I have ever encountered. Every Enterprise location has accommodated rental agreements with changing travel plans. I called ahead of time to plan my rental and was given the wrong information over the phone about payment methods, deposits and return flight requirements. When I asked the counter agent about a specific fee she insisted on turning her monitor around and pointing at it and said "I already explained this to you." I wanted to read it off my phone and she was not having it. The agent could not have been more rude or had a more unprofessional appearance. She looked like she just rolled out of bed and into the office. Expectations were for a quick and easy rental as with all of our previous rentals. So convenient when you don't need to take a shuttle for car rentals. The check in desk is on the lower level of the terminal and then you just walk across the street to pick up the car. Checked in with Harryl and it was easy, fast and smooth - no line. Reserved a compact car but got upgraded to an SUV. We had a choice of 3 to choose from. Loved the Mitsubishi Outlander. Only flaws were: 1. The interiors could have been cleaner. The other 2 SUVs we looked at had a mask in the back seat or napkins. 2. A required maintenance showed up on the car, not sure if it was just a reminder but I hope they service the cars after each return. Getting the machine to work at check-in was a bit of a nightmare, thanks to Chris for getting me sorted. The car, however, was trouble even before we left the garage - the sticker was missing, missing from the system (but was the last one in that size range other than pick-ups). Took an extra 15min to get out.. so much for speeding through the pick-up process. Car drove well, though, and only two hiccups - the carpet in the back was loose and the car smelled a bit like someone had smoked in it. Hm. Not a great new car kinda smell. Returning the car was straightforward and efficient, though no printed receipt given to me, just emailed after check-in. Overall, I've had better rental experiences but the people helped smooth it out a bit. read more

I am disappointed not only in the vehicles but customer service as well. I had 2 friends and their kid have to swap out 2 vehicles because first one broke down (oil change needed to be done in 2024) and the other one the battery died in the middle of nowhere up in Pennsylvania. You are failing to follow through with the most basic preventative vehicle maintenance and you are putting any families in danger due to this failure. You need to get your heads screwed on right and do TRUE preventative maintenance on all your vehicles or get out of the business of renting cars. They called your customer service 24-hour line 3 TIMES and each time they were hung up on. When they finally were able to speak to one of your people, they said that no one could come pick them up, send a Lyft/Uber until 0800. They were forced to stay in a Sheetz truck stop with their 6 year old kid until you could be bothered to send someone out in the morning. Even though you did send out a tow truck, you would NOT allow them to even try and fix the car and if he was going to tow it, have my friends remove ALL their stuff before it was allowed. They chose not to remove their stuff from the rental because of their location. Lo and behold, 0800 comes out and there is no Lyft/Uber there as promised and when they called, they were informed that you (Enterprise) had no one to send out. This is unacceptable as a car rental and customer service. If you promise something, you better follow through! Furthermore, when the parents of one of my friends called to make a reservation, the person they spoke to said they could do the reservation in their name and have it picked up by their daughter. When the day came for them to pick up the car under her parents name, they didn't have it and said it was against your policies. If you promise a rental (even if it is against your policies), you MUST follow through and make that an exception or tell them when they call the policy and not give false information/hope. I would like to commend the personnel at the Sheetz Truck stop for being extremely accommodating and understanding of my friends' plight, unlike the Enterprise Car Rental company. Enterprise, due to your negligence in maintaining your cars, good customer service and not willing to work with my friends, you not only ruined your reputation, but you literally put in danger my 2 friends and their 6 year old. You should be ashamed of yourself and give them a full refund because of all the difficulties and danger you put them in. I will not be using Enterprise due to this extremely poor event that not only affected my friends, but their parents as well. read more

Absolutely fabulous experience. I booked a luxury SUV through Costco for pickup at MCO/Orlando International Airport A-side. Here's a big tip if you're a Costco member check under travel for rental car prices on their website, nine times out of ten they have the lowest prices. I was greeted by Mikey G one of the managers out in the lot. His customer service skills were excellent. The car they had reserved for me was missing the keys. Mikey went on the hunt and in five minutes I was on my way. I was given a brand new Land Rover Defender 130. This SUV was a dream and a big hit everywhere we went, especially with the valet staff at the Grand Floridian Resort. My wife and daughter named it the beast! When I turned the car back in I was greeted by Maria who like Mikey G was a true customer service oriented employee. Keep up the great work, and I'll be back to see you soon. read more

When we picked up the vehicle the rep was very helpful and took care of us quickly. DO NOT USE Enterprise. Worst company ever. They put my 83 year old mother in a Jeep Wrangler when her insurance forced her to use Enterprise. She couldn't even get in the vehicle because they had no running board. They actually had to lift her into the car and a neighbor had to get her out. Then she had to put a stool on a string just to use the car. They are so lucky she didn't fall and break a hip! In addition to that, when my nephew's car was hit, they told him he had to pay for an upgraded vehicle because they allege they had no other vehicle covered by insurance-and it was his car hit so he shouldn't have paid anything. Then they coerced him into signing up for upgraded insurance he didn't need (he had to take off time from work to get that adjusted correctly). These guys are horrible horrible. Do not use enterprise for any of your rental needs. Especially not the one in Brook Park Ohio. read more

I have traveled for business many years and this is a first to arrive at a counter and be told your reservation has been canceled! Next sentence is we don't accept walk ups. Being type A and highly organized I gave you a print out of my reservation where you proceed for an indefinite period of time to locate a car for me. Let's cut to the chase I am on a business trip time is money. The rest of our time together was equally disappointing where you couldn't even get a manager. When I finally left to get my car the gentleman that greeted me could tell I was unhappy. Also very surprised it was because of Enterprise but singularly by your very poor customer service. I am sure you have personal issues and are definitely in the wrong field for work. After choosing a car I left. I returned later that day but than needed to see a manager regarding final payment due to Jonathan's lack of experience and customer service. I was pleased with the rental experience. Just like several other rental companies at the airport, it was conveniently located connected to the the terminals (no need to get a shuttle, etc). As soon as we arrived an employee was standing at the entrance and told us to select any car in the area (there was no need to go "inside" and complete paperwork etc). There was a decent selection ranging from Japanese to American to Korean. I selected a Camry since Toyota. Car was clean and in good shape. My only complaint is that once we collected the car it took a long time to exit the parking lot. There was a fairly long line of people exiting, and this is where the checkout process is handled. It would be much smoother if they could just have a few employees standing around the lot who handle the checkout at the car. read more

This review is to thank ESSAM for the above & beyond EXCEPTIONAL service that he provided on our recent trip to MCO. We arrived from PHX in the evening and needed a vehicle large enough to accommodate our luggage. This trip was to meet our son that is in college for a basketball tournament in Daytona followed by a trip up to Albany to celebrate Thanksgiving. The one trip required clothes for two very different climates and the need for an SUV. When we arrived, we could see the last SUV being loaded up. ESSAM noticed that we were struggling playing a version of "Jenga" trying to load our bags into a full-size vehicle. He approached us and told me to stay with our stuff and asked my husband to come with him. They disappeared into the rental garage. After about 5-10 minutes, they both returned with my husband behind the wheel of an SUV!!! We were able to load all of our bags easily. We were also able to take our 6'8" son around Daytona.
